This study aims to examine effective learning strategies in improving elementary school students' understanding of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) mathematics questions through a numeracy approach. The numeracy approach is an ability that not only involves numeracy skills, but also understanding and applying mathematical concepts in the context of everyday life so that students can think critically, analytically, and creatively. The method used in this study is a literature study that examines various scientific sources related to the application of numeracy and the development of HOTS in mathematics learning at the elementary school level. The results of the study indicate that learning strategies such as problem-based learning, Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI), collaborative learning, the use of interactive media, and integrated numeracy formative assessments are very effective in helping students master HOTS questions. In addition, the development of metacognitive abilities and adjusting strategies to student characteristics are also important factors for successful learning. The numeracy approach that links mathematical concepts to real contexts can increase students' learning motivation and active involvement so that understanding of HOTS questions can increase significantly. This study recommends that teachers integrate the numeracy approach in the planning and implementation of mathematics learning in order to produce meaningful learning that is oriented towards the development of students' high-order thinking skills.

On the contrary, the criminal justice system in Indonesia remains embroiled in challenges such as transparency, accountability, and efficiency due to heavy reliance on manual documentation and convoluted bureaucratic procedures. This study intends to analyze the opportunities, challenges, and implications for the enhancement of transparency and accountability in the criminal justice system through blockchain technology. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and participatory observation involving 15 informants from various legal institutions employing a descriptive qualitative and case study approach. Most informants were in favor of implementing blockchain to improve the transparency and integrity of legal data, although some institutional resisters and regulatory uncertainties exist. The originality of this research is primarily due to the integration of the technical, social, and legal perspectives in its interdisciplinary context. Practical implications are revealed for urgent policy reform, training of human resources, and infrastructure for a digital technology base towards enabling transformation in the judiciary.

Mangroves are plants whose natural habitat is in coastal areas, they should require the role of coastal communities to manage mangroves. In Pantai Labu District, four types of mangrove plants were found that grow abundantly in the area, namely mangroves (Rhizophora), api-api (Avicennia), nipah (Nypa), and pedada (Sonneratia caseolaris). Although the types of mangroves in this area are quite diverse, unfortunately the community has not utilized them optimally. So far, the community has only taken parts of the mangrove tree trunks to be used as firewood or sold, while the fruit, especially pedada fruit, is often left alone to rot without being utilized. The method in this study uses qualitative descriptive. This study aims to describe and understand the conditions of mangrove utilization and conservation efforts by the community in Pantai Labu District in depth, based on data obtained from observations and interviews with local residents.

This study aims to analyze the impact of acquisitions on the profitability of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), using Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) indicators as the main proxies. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods and paired t-tests on two years before and two years after the acquisition. The results showed that in the ROA indicator, there was no statistically significant difference before and after the acquisition, although there was a descriptive decrease in value. Meanwhile, in the NPM indicator, only one of the four combinations of observation years (T-2 vs T+2) shows a significant difference, and the direction of change shows a drastic decrease until it reaches a negative value. This finding indicates that acquisitions do not necessarily increase company profitability, and even tend to have a negative impact within two years after the acquisition. This may be due to the non-optimization of the post-acquisition integration process. This study emphasizes the importance of careful integration planning and implementation so that the expected synergy benefits from acquisitions can be achieved

Pegadaian is one of the Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia that continues to expand its market share through various marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the market penetration strategies implemented by Pegadaian and identify the efforts that can be made to increase customer interest. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach from various accredited national journals in the last five years, as well as document analysis related to Pegadaian marketing strategies. The results of this study reveal that Pegadaian market penetration strategy is carried out through the optimization of digital promotion, the development of innovative products and services, and the improvement of financial literacy in society. Digital promotion strategies are carried out by utilizing social media and other online platforms to increase product awareness and education to the general public. In addition, product development such as Arrum Haji and Tabungan Emas has become an effective innovation in meeting market needs. Pegadaian is also actively conducting financial education through seminars, workshops, and outreach programs as a form of improving financial literacy and customer loyalty. These three strategies have consistently proven to attract new customers, increase loyalty, and strengthen Pegadaian position amidst the competition in Islamic financial institutions. This research contributes to enriching the study of marketing strategies for Islamic financial institutions, particularly in the pawnshop sector. The novelty of this research lies in the systematic and detailed mapping of Pegadaian market penetration strategies based on the latest literature.

"Digitalization Web for Mulyaharja Village, Bogor: A Community Empowerment Initiative" This project aims to develop a digital platform for Mulyaharja Village, Bogor, to enhance community empowerment and improve access to information and services. The web-based platform will provide a range of features, including news and announcements, community forums, and online services, to facilitate communication and collaboration among residents, village officials, and local businesses. By leveraging digital technology, this initiative seeks to promote transparency, accountability, and inclusivity in village governance, while also fostering economic growth and social development.

Many regions in Indonesia face structural problems such as economic inequality. Economic inequality remains a significant obstacle to the development process, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of Unemployment Rate, Education Index, and Poverty Rate on Economic Inequality in East Java Province. This study employs a quantitative method using secondary data analysis from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the years 2010–2023. The analysis method used is multiple regression with classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that the Education Index and Percentage of Poor Population variables have a significant and positive impact on economic inequality, while the unemployment rate has a significant but negative impact on economic inequality in East Java Province. These findings suggest the need for further analysis of other factors influencing economic inequality to achieve equitable welfare for the community. The implications of this study can serve as a reference for the government in formulating inclusive development policies to reduce economic inequality in East Java.

Transformasi digital merupakan elemen kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di era industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah daerah dalam mendorong transformasi digital pada UMKM di Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pelaku UMKM serta instansi pemerintah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah memiliki peran strategis dalam menyediakan infrastruktur digital, pelatihan keterampilan digital, serta menciptakan kebijakan yang mendukung inklusi teknologi pada UMKM. Meskipun terdapat berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses internet, rendahnya literasi digital, dan kurangnya pendampingan teknis masih menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, sektor swasta, dan komunitas lokal menjadi faktor penting dalam mempercepat proses transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan.

Kabupaten Magelang menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam pengelolaan sampah akibat pertumbuhan penduduk dan aktivitas ekonomi yang pesat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kegiatan sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah, aksi bersih-bersih lingkungan, dan pembagian apotek hidup. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa dalam konservasi sumber daya alam hasil sosialisasi dan edukasi lingkungan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat desa dalam pengelolaan sampah, menumbuhkan budaya gotong royong, menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih sehat, serta mendorong pemanfaatan tanaman obat sebagai alternatif pengobatan alami guna mewujudkan Desa Girikulon yang lebih lestari dan mandiri. Program kerja berupa sosialisasi dan edukasi kolaborasi Tim 23 KKN Untidar Tidar Periode Januari 2025 bersama Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH), kerjabakti kebersihan bersama warga setempat dan pembagian apotek hidup ini disambut baik oleh masyarakat, dan secara berkelanjutan dapat menciptakan desa yang bersih dan sehat.

This study aims to examine the regulatory framework concerning Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), particularly in Functional Expert Positions in Indonesia and to identify how the policy implementation of PPPK in Functional Expert Positions is carried out at the Constitutional Court. The research employs an empirical method with a qualitative approach. The types of data used include both primary and secondary data: primary data was obtained through field interviews, while secondary data consists of documents, information, books, and facts sourced from official records and legislation. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of policies related to Functional Expert Positions at the Constitutional Court still faces regulatory inconsistencies, especially in the selection mechanism, which does not fully adhere to the established rules. Additionally, competency development for PPPK employees is not supported by systematic planning, which risks creating skill gaps. This situation may lead to uncertainty in career progression and reflects that the management of PPPK still encounters several fundamental challenges in its implementation.
