Fokus analisisnya adalah motivasi psikologis dari perilaku ekonomi untuk memahami perilaku keagamaan dan bentuk perlawanan perilaku ekonomi tersebut apakah menciptakan rasa rasionalitas yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip ajaran Islam dalam penelitian ini.

This type of research is empirical and uses a qualitative approach with secondary data source. From the explanation, it can be said that PT ALAMI Sharia has carried out Sharia fintech P2PL transactions that are following existing economic principles starting from the identification of potential recipients of funds, analysis carried out by PT ALAMI and risk mitigation carried out by PT ALAMI Syariah.

Mathematics is often seen as a deductive science and is not related to social aspects. Even though mathematics grows and develops from socio-cultural practices that occur in society. This is the basis for the development of ethnomathematics concepts. The ethnomathematics concepts in the Bolaang Mongondow community are very diverse. This study aims to describe the implementation of ethnomathematics in learning mathematics at SMP Negeri 7 Kotamobagu, especially in the use of regional languages ​​and symbols of the Bolaang Mongondow Kabela Box Craft. The data obtained is in the form of qualitative data while the sources are obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation from informants (teachers, students and craftsmen). The main instrument is the researcher, while the supporting instruments used are interview guides and documentation. The results showed that the regional language and the symbols of the Bolaang Mongondow Kabela Box craft really helped teachers and students in the process of learning mathematics at SMP Negeri 7 Kotamobagu.

The company will go bankrupt if it does not make a profit. This study discusses the Factors Affecting Income Smoothing in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange 2016-2020. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of firm size, financial leverage, profitability, cash holding, and auditor reputation on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study can be said that company size, profitability, and cash storage have no significant effect on earnings performance. Meanwhile, financial leverage and auditor reputation have a negative and significant effect on earnings management in manufacturing companies.

The synergy of Innovative Brebes with the speakers, namely the General Manager and the Quality Control division. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix strategy at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes in the SWOT matrix is ??in quadrant I. The strengths of the 4P marketing mix are: product, price, while the weaknesses are: promotion and price. The threat is promotion and place. The strategy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product creates a strong brand image and maintains product quality to be able to differentiate the product from other products.

Stunting is a problem in child growth that is caused by malnutrition over a long period of time. Malnutrition can begin when the child is still in the womb. Stunting can cause a child's body to become stunted or short, the child's intelligence is low, so that the child is susceptible to disease. The stunting prevalence rate in Indonesia was 27.67% in 2019, with a percentage of 30.38% coming from North Sumatra. The causes of stunting are a lack of nutritional support and the presence of infectious diseases in children. In addition, knowledge of nutrition and knowledge of stunting also has an indirect impact on stunting. The phenomenon seen in Suka Maju Village, Tanjung Tiram District is that pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers do not know stunting well, some of them have never even heard of the term stunting, and some others know that stunting is a malnourished child but do not understand what causes it and the impact of children suffering from stunting. With this knowledge, there are no preventive activities carried out by pregnant women and nursing mothers in Suka Maju Village, including the parenting style they apply. Parenting practices that do not support stunting prevention are pregnant women who do not consume highly nutritious foods, provide complementary foods that are not varied, and do not cultivate exclusive breastfeeding.
 

The waste bank is a container that can solve the problems that the community is currently experiencing through a program by utilizing dry waste to sort and having management like banking but what is stored is waste. The management of the Pancadaya Kuranji Garbage Bank, Padang City, has used many ways to change people's environmental care behavior. The focus of this research is to find an overview of waste bank management efforts, including: knowing the implementation, obstacles, and efforts made in overcoming obstacles to implementing the garbage bank application. in realizing pancadaya good governance in Kuranji, Padang city. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The discussion of this research is based on data from interviews with secretaries, coordinators, and members at the Pancadaya Kuranji Garbage Bank, Padang City. The theoretical studies used are Good governance, E-Government, Aspects of Digital Governance, The Role of Digital Governance in realizing good governance, Garbage Bank , and the Garbage Bank Application. The results of this study indicate that the Pancadaya Garbage Bank Application has not been able to provide maximum service. Because the application features are not related to service to the community, and data processing of people who carry out waste transactions. In terms of limited facilities and infrastructure, the solution is in the form of government policy to embrace the private sector in the form of integrated cooperation which certainly benefits both parties

Masalah kemiskinan masih menjadi isu yang harus disikapi secara serius, khususnya di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 sekarang ini persoalan kemiskinan di Indonesia masih terus meningkat. Berbagai strategi dilakukan untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan. Mengentaskan kemiskinan pun telah disebutkan dalam tujuan SDGs yang pertama. Socialpreneur merupakan salah satu strategi untuk mengatasi persoalan sosial dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Selain itu, melalui layanan lembaga keuangan mikro yang merupakan stakeholder memiliki peran besar dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui socialpreneur sebagai strategi dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan melalui layanan lembaga keuangan mikro. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review. Penelusuran artikel penelitian menggunakan sumber pencarian online melalui Google Scholar dan Refseek. Artikel yang diperoleh kemudian diseleksi kembali berdasarkan publikasi yang telah terbit antara tahun 2017 hingga 2022 yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia, untuk pembahasan yang dibahas disesuaikan dengan materi yang akan dibahas. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu kegiatan socialpreneur dapat menjadi strategi yang digunakan untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan melalui layanan lembaga keuangan mikro. Dengan layanan yang mudah dan berkualitas socialpreneur dapat meningkatkan pendapatannya untuk mengatasi persoalan kemiskinan di masyarakat.

This study aims to examine the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on the performance of LQ45 stocks in Indonesia. The Indonesian Stock Exchange's (IDX) monthly share price of LQ45 is taken into account in this study. Using a quantitative approach, this study compares pre-pandemic and post-pandemic Indonesian COVID 19 epidemic data and hypotheses based on these two sets of data. A causal link comparison study was used to assess the study's validity. According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that the performance of LQ45 shares in Indonesian companies before and after the Covid 19 epidemic was statistically significant. Based on the results of this study, which show that the t-count value is 4.347, with a sig value of 0.000, it is concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. During the Covid 19 epidemic, performance of LQ45 share on Indonesia Stock Exchange fell, resulting in the financial losses of several companies.
