Poverty is a problem that exists in every region. Many factors can affect the level of poverty, for example, the unemployment rate and also the Human Development Index. The higher the unemployment rate, the higher the poverty rate will be. And also if the higher the Human Development Index, the lower the poverty rate. This study aims to determine whether the Open Unemployment Rate and the Human Development Index affect the Poverty Level. This research is a quantitative research. The variables used in this study are the Open Unemployment Rate, the Human Development Health Index, and the Poverty Level. The analysis used is a panel data method in the form of a cross section of 27 regencies/cities in West Java Province and time series data from 2020 - 2021.

The Kita Mengabdi Sumsel Community is a community founded on September 24, 2020 online. This community has a vision and mission to develop remote areas in the South Sumatra region. Initially, the Kita Mengabdi Sumsel community was only founded by three administrators, until now this community has 23 members consisting of various professions and regions of origin. What makes this community unique and different from other communities is that the Kita Mengabdi Sumsel community only consists of administrators and does not have members in it. In addition, this community stands online so that in its implementation, as well as meetings, it also runs online so sometimes it causes some problems internally.

AbstrakMenulis merupakan salah satu modal yang sudah selayaknya dimiliki oleh para pebisnis atau pengusaha awal. Keterampilan menulis sangat penting bagi para perintis usaha sendiri. Salah satu keuntungan keterampilan menulis adalah adanya kemampuan menuangkan ide atau gagasannya dalam bentuk tulisan sehingga ketika orang bisa berbicara maka dirinya sendiri itu mampu menyampaikan gagasan/idenya dalam bentuk tulisan. Dalam pelatihan menulis ini, semua peserta melalui tahap-tahap berikut ini, yaitu 1) persiapan, 2) menyusun outline, 3) menulis sesuai outline menjadi sebuah draft, 4) merevisi. Suasana pelatihan dibuat sedemikian rupa agar para peserta kerasan dan menemukan cara belajarnya sendiri. Target pelatihan menulis ini adalah para peserta mampu menyusun company profile dan proposal dan keduanya tercapai.Kata kunci: menulis, outline, company profile, proposalAbstractWriting is one of the skills that any businessperson or young entrepreneur should have. The training atmosphere is made in such a way that the participants might feel at home and find their own way of learning. Seeing the important role of entrepreneurship in the Indonesian government's economy, universities in Indonesia have provided education on entrepreneurship for their students. It is intended that their students can become entrepreneurs after graduating from college. However, becoming an entrepreneur is not easy, because it requires strong motivation from within a person to start their own business. The decision to become an entrepreneur is also not popular because of the large responsibilities that must be borne by business owners. Therefore this study wants to see the meaning of entrepreneurship for an alumnus of Business Administration Education. This research was conducted using a qualitative phenomenological method. The results of this study state that several attitudes must be owned by an entrepreneur, challenges that must be faced by an entrepreneur, and the benefits of entrepreneurship. The subjects of this study were alumni of the Universitas Negeri Malang Faculty of Economics and Business Commerce Education who already have their businesses. This research is also expected to be able to provide additional contributions to material about entrepreneurship

This research was conducted because the poverty rate in 2020 increased to 0.67%. Therefore this study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Open Unemployment and Average Length of School on the Poor Population Rate in Indonesia in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The analytical method used in this study is the normality test and hypothesis testing, and the data used is secondary data. The results of the study show that partially (1) there is no significant effect of open unemployment on the poverty rate in Indonesia in 2020, while simultaneously (2) there is no effect on the average length of schooling on poverty in Indonesia in 2020, (3) there is no significant effect Open Unemployment and Average Length of School to poverty in Indonesia in 2020.

Desa Bakalan Krajan merupakan salah satu sentra industri trofi di Kota Malang. Perkembangan industri kerajinan trofi mempengaruhi berbagai segi kehidupan baik dalam segi sosial maupun ekonomi. Desa Bakalan Krajan boleh dikata salah satu sentra industri kecil trofi di Kota Malang. Banyak perajin yang memproduksi trofi. Industri kecil ini terus berkembang karena produksinya mulai menembus toko-toko di Malang Raya. Salah satu industri trofi di Desa Bakalan Krajan diproduksi dengan merk Win’s Trophy yang beralamat di Perum Griya Tirta Aji Blok A-1, Sukun, Malang. Saat ini produksinya berupa trofi menghasilkan 60 sampai 120 trofi per hari dengan omzet 1,5 juta perbulan. Trofi yang dihasilkan oleh usaha mikro ini dipasarkan ke beberapa daerah di Malang Raya. Untuk memasarkan produksi tersebut pengrajin bekerja sama dengan para agen dan toko trofi di Malang Raya dengan merek Win’s Trophy. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah kurangnya modal usaha, peralatan yang masih sederhana dan kapasitas produksi yang terbatas, kurangnya promosi, kurangnya sumber daya manusia dan kurangnya penerapan teknologi. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, Tim Pelaksana PKM memberikan bantuan modal usaha berupa peralatan-peralatan yang lebih modern dan lebih banyak, memberikan penyuluhan tentang tata cara berwirausaha, memberikan pendampingan tentang pemakaian peralatan yang lebih modern dan jumlah lebih banyak, pengelolaan order trofi secara profesional dan waktu yang lebih cepat. 

Desa Gunungrejo terletak di Kecamatan Singosari, Kabupaten Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Mayoritas penduduk Desa Gunungrejo mempunyai mata pencaharian sebagai petani. Salah satu komoditas yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan adalah tanaman cabai rawit. Terdapat permasalahan terkait Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang terbatas dapat dilihat dari rendahnya produktivitas pengolahan komoditas yang ada. Masyarakat cenderung konsumtif dan kurang memaksimalkan sektor ekonomi kreatif terlihat dari ketersediaan UMKM yang sedikit. Sebelum diadakannya kegiatan mengenai penanggulangan permasalahan tersebut, mahasiswa KKN-T melakukan survei dan diskusi terkait pengolahan pada komoditas cabai rawit menjadi produk yang memiliki daya simpan lebih lama dan memiliiki nilai ekonomis yang lebih tinggi. Beberapa program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan diawali dengan mengadakan persiapan, penyuluhan pelatihan pengolahan, dan pengemasan cabai rawit segar menjadi produk berupa cabai bubuk, serta pelabelan yang sesuai dengan produk. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah cabai rawit, mengurangi resiko terjadinya kerugian saat harga cabai rawit mengalami penurunan yang cukup siginifikan, dan menjadikan usaha sampingan sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan warga desa.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh perpustakaan tinggi yang dimaknai sebagai pusat penelitian karena banyak menyediakan informasi yang berkaitan dengan sarana pendukung dalam proses penelitian, selaras dengan kegiatan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus, sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis miles dan Huberman. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah suatu perpustakaan akan dianggap berhasil apabila perpustakaan tersebut sering dikunjungi oleh penggunanya, mengetahui seberapa pengaruh ketersediaan koleksi terhadap pemenfaatan perpustakaan oleh mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Universitas Diponegoro, Perpustakaan Program Pascasarjana menyediakan koleksi sebanyak 5.706 eksemplar yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa sebanyak 4.215 pada 35 program studi dengantingkat kunjungan berbeda-beda dalam lima tahun terakhir, penurunan kunjungan perpustakaan pada tahun 2010 dibandingkandengan tahun 2009, jumlah koleksi Perpustakaan Program Pascasarjana tidak sesuai dengan Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Koleksi Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi yang sudah ditetapkan.</p><p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of higher libraries, which are interpreted as research centers because they provide a lot of information related to supporting facilities in the research process, in line with university library activities. The method used is qualitative with the type of case study research, while the data analysis used in this study is the analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results obtained from this research are that a library will be considered successful if the library is frequently visited by its users, knowing how much influence the availability of collections has on library utilization by Diponegoro University Postgraduate Program students, the Postgraduate Program Library provides a collection of 5,706 exemplars used by 4,215 students in 35 study programs with different levels of visits in the last five years, the decline in library visits in 2010 compared to 2009, the number of collections of Postgraduate Program Libraries is not by the established Guidelines for Organizing College Library Collections</em></p>

In 2014, Retno Marsudi was elected as Indonesia's first female Foreign Minister. During her leadership period, acts of violence against the Rohingya escalated in 2016 and 2017. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Retno Marsudi, carried out her foreign policy to deal with the Rohingya problem. This study discusses Indonesia's foreign policy during 2016-2019 under Retno Marsudi's leadership. To answer Indonesia's foreign policy, the author uses decision-making theory that analyzes policy formulation to determine the direction of foreign policy as the basis for implementing Indonesia's foreign policy. The theory of women's political leadership is used to analyze the characteristics of Retno Marsudi's leadership in carrying out her foreign policy. The method used is a qualitative research method using sources of data and documents from official sources, books or journal articles, official websites, and credible and trusted online news sites. The results of this study found that Indonesia's foreign policy was carried out based on the Preamble to the 1945 Indonesian Constitution and the second principle of Pancasila which resulted in the direction of foreign policy by using a soft power base approach. Meanwhile, when carrying out her foreign policy as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, Retno Marsudi demonstrated a transformational leadership style that was identical to the characteristics of women's leadership.Pada tahun 2014, Retno Marsudi terpilih sebagai Menteri Luar Negeri Indonesia perempuan pertama. Dalam periode kepemimpinannya, aksi kekerasan terhadap etnis Rohingya mengalami eskalasi di tahun 2016 dan 2017. Menteri luar negeri Retno Marsudi melaksanakan politik luar negerinya untuk menghadapi permasalahan Rohingya. Penelitian ini membahas politik luar negeri yang dilakukan Indonesia selama tahun 2016-2019 dalam kepemimpinan Retno Marsudi. Untuk menjawab kebijakan luar negeri Indonesia yang dilakukan, penulis menggunakan teori pengambilan keputusan yang menganalisis perumusan kebijakan untuk menentukan arah kebijakan luar negeri sebagai landasan pelaksanaan politik luar negeri Indonesia. Kemudian teori kepemimpinan politik perempuan digunakan untuk menganalisis karakteristik kepemimpinan Retno Marsudi dalam menjalankan politik luar negerinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data-data dan dokumen dari sumber resmi, buku atau jurnal artikel, website resmi, dan situs berita online yang kredibel dan terpercaya. Hasil penelitan ini ditemukan bahwa kebijakan luar negeri Indonesia dilakukan berlandaskan Pembukaan UUD Indonesia 1945 dan sila kedua Pancasila yang menghasilkan arah kebijakan luar negeri dengan pendekatan menggunakan basis kekuatan soft power. Sementara saat menjalankan politik luar negerinya sebagai Menteri Luar Negeri Indonesia, Retno Marsudi menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang identik dengan karakteristik kepemimpinan perempuan.
