This study aims to analyze the influence of SEA and E-WoM on college decisions for Digital Business Study Program, Universitas Al Irsyad Cilacap, The object of this research is the Digital Business Study Program at Al-Irsyad Cilacap University, while the subjects are students of the Digital Business Study Program at Al-Irsyad University Cilacap. sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 31 respondents. Data was obtained through questionnaires which were distributed directly to digital business students at Al-Irsyad University, Cilacap. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it shows that SEA has a positive effect on digital business study study decisions, E-WoM has a positive effect on digital business study study decisions.

Unemployed are people or people who have not got a job, are looking for work and have lost their job or are not working at all. This study aims to analyze Government Policy Related to the Threat of Unemployment Post-Inflation Increase in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this research is by using quantitative methods. The object of analysis will be obtained from BPS or the Central Statistics Agency. BPS is an institution that deals with censuses and statistics. The results show that the numbers can affect a state's income because not having income can cause economic problems and poverty. Therefore, government policies are urgently needed to overcome this unemployment.  

Inflation is closely related to unemployment and the economic performance of a country. The relationship between the inflation rate and unemployment affects decisions to be taken in financial policy. The purpose of this article is to analyze government policies in Batam City regarding the threat of unemployment in inflation in 2018-2020. The method we use is library research. From the results of our analysis, we find that the highest unemployment rate is in 2020 at 11.79% . And the movement of inflation has increased and decreased. We also analyze the policies that can be taken by the Batam city government in overcoming this problem.  

The events of the covid-19 pandemic produce an uncertain future. This has a very far-reaching influence on capitalization of capitalization and also social problems such as increasing levels of violence and crime rates. The purpose of this study is to analyze government policies regarding reactions due to inflation, especially in Indonesia. Inflation rate has a negative effect on the reaction load. The inflation rate affects the response because when the stimulus increases, inflation will decrease and vice versa. There are several government policies in overcoming pressure due to inflation, namely creating jobs, changing the investment climate, spreading several economic stimulus, and improving the quality of human resources through education.    

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing channels of cloves in Larodangge Village, Lasolo District, North Konawe Regency and the amount of profit obtained by clove farmers in the process of clove marketing activities. The selection of farmer respondents was carried out randomly (Simple random sampling) which was 15% of the population, so that the number of respondents was 20 farmers. The marketing institution respondents consisted of 3 collectors and 2 wholesalers, carried out by (snow ball sampling). Data analysis used in this study was qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The distribution channels for clove marketing in Puulembo Village, Lembo District, North Konawe Regency are Farmers, Collectors and Wholesalers. The average profit from clove marketing at the Collectors and Wholesalers level is Rp. 6,758,5000.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of farmer groups in rice farming income in Momea Village, Tongauna District, Konawe Regency. The number of farmer samples was 70 farmers. The analysis used was descriptive analysis, which is a method or way of analyzing and describing existing research data, and linked to theories related to the problem in order to draw a conclusion that is presented. This data uses a Likert Scale. The role of Farmer Groups (POKTAN) in increasing rice farming income is in the moderate category. Rice farming income in Nambeaboru Village, Tongauna District, Konawe Regency averaged Rp. 7,975,376, - in the moderate category. This is due to the still high production costs and the still low harvest yields of respondent farmers. This proves that new farmer groups can play a role as production units for their members.

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine the effect of production costs on sales turnover, 2). To determine the effect of selling prices on sales turnover, 3). To determine the simultaneous effect of production costs and selling prices on sales turnover. This study was conducted by sampling, with purposive sampling technique, with saturated sampling. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, descriptive statistical methods, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Production costs have a significant effect on sales turnover, 2). Selling prices have a significant effect on sales turnover, 3). Production costs and selling prices have a simultaneous effect on sales turnover.

Festival dapat diartikan sebagai hari atau pekan gembira dalam rangka peringatan peristiwa penting atau bersejarah. tujuan dan maksud dari kegiatan ini yakni untuk mengembangkan tapai agar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas dengan varian yang berbeda dan juga agar dapat dikembangkan kembali supaya masuk dalam UKM, dan juga membuka peluang bagi generasi millenial untuk mengenal usaha yang berpeluang besar.Dengan adanya festival sayembara atau perlombaan/kompetisi, maka para mahasiswa melakukan festival untuk melakukan perlombaan/kompetisi yang dilakukan antar SMA. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswa/i dari Fakultas Ekonomi Prodi Pembangunan dan Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Simalungun Pematang Siantar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 1 Desember 2022 di Universitas Simalungun. Adapun tujuan dan maksud dari kegiatan ini yakni untuk mengembangkan tapai agar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas dengan varian yang berbeda dan juga agar dapat dikembangkan kembali tapai supaya masuk dalam UKM selain . Kegiatan perlombaan ini diikuti oleh 10 tim, di mana  1 tim terdiri dari 3 orang  dari SMA/SMK yang ada di Kota Pematang Siantar. Perlombaan yang dilakukan yaitu membuat makanan dari berbahan dasar tapai, dengan ini siswa/i ditantang untuk membuat makanan dari bahan dasar tapi dengan sekreatif mungkin. Tim dari pelaksana kegiatan ini berjumlah 18 orang dari Fakultas Ekonomi Prodi Pembangunan Universitas Simalungun.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar mengetahui apakah sistem informasi berperan dalam keberhasilan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di desa Cemandi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang memiliki subjek penelitian pelaku usaha tepung. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini akan menunjukkan apakah sistem informasi akuntansi berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan UMKM di desa Cemandi terkhususnya UMKM yang memproduksi tepung.

Dalam dunia pendidikan model pembelajaran menjadi ujung tombak tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang sering ditemui dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu kurangnya daya tarik minat siswa dalam pembelajaran, guru menjadi perancang strategi pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan di kelas, yang mana harus mengenal berbagai macam model pembelajaran yang kooperatif digunakan pada situasi pembelajaran yang tepat. Salah satu model pembelajaran kooperatif yaitu model pembelajaran Snowball throwing. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas adalah kajian tentang situasi sosial dengan maksud untuk meningkatkan kualitas tindakan melalui proses diagonis, perencanaan, pemantauan dan mempelajari pengaruh yang ditimbulkan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yakni data dimulai dengan menelaah dari awal pengambilan data sampai seluruh data terkumpul. Tulisan ini berdasarkan temuan di SMA Negeri 1 Tambun Utara sebagai tempat pelaksanaan praktik kerja lapangan dan bahan penelitian penulis melaksanakan model pembelajaran ini di kelas XII IPS 3 yang memiliki kendala dalam proses pembelajaran membuat kurang minatnya belajar siswa karena model pembelajaran yang monoton. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan perbedaan nilai ketuntasan dari 3 tahapan proses penilaian yaitu penilaian siklus 1, penilaian siklus 2, dan penilaian siklus 3. penerapan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di kelas XII IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Tambun Utara. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran snowball throwing ini berhasil.

In 2016, the company achieved a sales turnover of up to IDR 1 trillion and launched a new brand called “HOKI”

Anxiety before anesthesia procedures is a common problem in patients and their families. High levels of anxiety can affect the patient's physiological stability and postoperative outcomes. The family assistance program aims to provide education and emotional support to reduce anxiety before anesthesia. The methods used include socialization, interactive education, and evaluation of the patient's family's understanding before and after the intervention. This study involved 15 respondents at RSIA Aisyiyah Klaten. The results showed that after the intervention, there was a decrease in the level of anxiety in the patient's family from 70% to 35%. This finding indicates that family education and assistance have an important role in improving the mental readiness of patients and their families before undergoing anesthesia.

Mastery of AutoCAD software for engineering students is very necessary to assist in technical drawing. Training using AutoCAD software for engineering students at Nusa Putra University can help them to better understand design in both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional drawing using AutoCAD software. The training was carried out in 3 sessions, namely a theoretical presentation session by the resource person, followed by a drawing practicum which was attended by students using computers in the Nusa Putra University engineering laboratory, the last was a question and answer session. This activity received a positive response from students and lecturers so it needs to be held every year.

Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) merupakan bisnis masyarakat yang utama dalam kegiatan perekonomian di Indonesia. Terutama pada industri makanan memiliki perkembangannya sangat positif dan memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Roti merupakan salah satu alternatif makanan siap saji yang cukup diminati masyarakat karena tersedia dalam aneka pilihan rasa, praktis penyajiannya, dan dapat dinikmati mulai anak-anak sampai orang tua. Oleh karena itu, konsumsi terhadap roti juga mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Kondisi ini dapat menjadi peluang pasar yang potensial bagi industri roti yang ingin mengembangkan usahanya. Bertambahnya jumlah produsen roti akan berimplikasi terhadap tingkat persaingan yang semakin tinggi diantara perusahaan roti. Salah satunya produsen Usaha Roti Anget roti di Kabupaten Bogor. Tingginya persaingan ini menjadi salah satu faktor bagi Usaha Roti Anget untuk melakukan pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam penguatan ekonomi kerakyatan pada Usaha Roti Anget di Kecamatan Cikaret Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif, analisis SWOT dan analisi matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan usaha kecil dalam penguatan ekonomi kerakyatan pada usaha Roti Anget di Kabupaten Bogor yang dapat digunakan yaitu pengembangan pasar dan produk, serta penetrasi pasar secara intensif dengan meningkatkan promosi, kualitas, inovasi produk Roti Anget, serta perusahaan harus mampu mengembangkan kekuatan yang ada dan meningkatkan serta mempertahankan peluang yang ada.

Masjid merupakan bangunan untuk melaksanakan suatu ibadah yang dilakukan oleh umat Islam. Masjid juga termasuk kedalam organisasi nirlaba yaitu yang tidak berorientasi pada laba. Ruang lingkup masjid juga perlu adanya laporan keuangan guna menarik investor. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan studi literatur, yaitu metode mengumpulkan artikel-artikel pada penelitian terdahulu setidaknya pada 10 tahun terakhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pemahaman dari kepengurusan masjid dalam mengelola laporan keuangan masjid tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa masjid masih menerapkan laporan keuangan sederhana dan belum menerepakan PSAK 45 yang merupakan standarisasi laporan keuangan organisasi nirlaba. Hal tersebut dikarenakan keterbatasan kualitas dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia kepengurusan mesjid. Kepengurusan masjid memerlukan literasi mengenai laporan keuangan pada pengurus masjid guna keberlangsungan kepengurusan masjid dan efektif.

Peran internal audit dalam mengawal manajemen risiko memiliki peran yang sangat penting agar dapat meminimalisir terjadi nya kerugian perusaahan. Salah satunya internal audit berbasis risiko yang menghubungkan antara internal audit dengan kerangka manajemen risiko. internal audit juga memungkinkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah peran internal audit pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI mengawal Manajemen Risiko yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara, yaitu tanya jawab langsung dengan bagian manajemen risiko perusahaan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan kegiatan perusahaan dan observasi yaitu pengamatan yang dilakukan secara langsung tanpa perantara objek. Berdasarkan hasil data penelitian yang dianalisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kriteria manajemen risiko menurut ISO31000:2009 hasil kondisi dari PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI terdapat bebagai hasil pengeloloaan risiko yang kurang baik yaitu  Risiko Laba Rugi tidak tercapai secara korporat, Risiko Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) Gula diatas sasaran, Risiko pencapaian sasaran produksi gula tidak tercapai dari target RKAPP 2021, Risiko kinerja, Potensi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang mengakibatkan kematian dan cacat fisik bagi pekerja, potensi ini masih memiliki kemungkinan yang tinggi, serta Risiko Pelunasan Kredit Petani tidak lunas sebagian besar. Dari berbagai risiko ini mengakibatkan kerugian bagi perusaahaan.

Fulfilling the need for transportation equipment is not only fulfilled by buying but, can also be done through a rental system. As a result, the vehicle rental business has become a very lucrative business opportunity, both corporate and individual. Efforts to seize a fairly large market share require the right strategy so that business owners can achieve the targets that have been set and can increase the number of management units (units in contract). This study aims to determine the effect of marketing variables (7P) on rental decisions at PT Surya Sudeco either partially or simultaneously. This study was also conducted to determine the marketing mix (7P) and how much the marketing mix (7P) can explain the vehicle rental decision at PT Surya Sudeco. The results of the T test show that among the independent variables (X) analyzed, only the product variable has a positive and partially significant effect on vehicle rental decisions. While the results of the F test show that the independent variable (X) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 35.1% indicates the contribution of the influence of the independent variable simultaneously to the dependent variable. While the remaining 64.9% is the influence of other variables (residual/error values) outside of the variables studied.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of financial ratios on firm value. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables, namely the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and total asset turnover, while the dependent variable was the value of the food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2020 period. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained as many as 10 companies. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression method. The results of this study are the disclosure of the effect of current assets, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and total asset turnover on firm value. significance 0.386 so that Ha1 is rejected; the variable debt to equity ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by the t-count result of 10,427 and a significance of significant effect on firm value, as evidenced by the t-count result of 2.782 with a significance of 0.007 so that Ha2 is accepted; the return on assets (ROA) variable has a positive and 0.000 so that Ha3 is accepted; The total asset turnover variable has a negative and significant effect as evidenced by the t-count result -2.091 with a significance of 0.041 so that Ha4 is rejected.

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and compensation both partially and simultaneously on employee performance in the Ciampea District office, Bogor Regency. The results showed that: (1) The results of the partial hypothesis test proved that communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, with a t-count of 9.133 > t-table of 2.028 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) The results of hypothesis testing partially prove that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency with a t count of 8.436 > t table of 2.028 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing prove that communication and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency with an F count of 111,585 > F table of 2.866 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. (4) The results of the determination coefficient test obtained an adjusted R² value of 0.863. This proves that 86.3% of employee performance in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency is influenced by communication and compensation, while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this study.

The variety of interest rates offered allows customers to choose to take banking credit then the good quality of service by the bank will give customers consideration in taking credit. The objectives of the study are (1) To find out and explain the effect of interest rates on lending, (2) To find out and explain the effect of service quality on lending, (3) To determine the effect of interest rates and service quality together on lending. The approach of this research is to use quantitative methods. The sample taken was 109 customers of PT BPR Nusumma Jatim Jombang Branch. The results showed that (1) There is no effect of interest rates on lending, (2) There is an influence of service quality on lending, (3) There is an influence of interest rates and service quality on lending.
