There are three objectives in this study, namely to see the effect of company scale, liquidity and capital structure on internal financial performance. The research population took the financial data of companies or issuers of LQ-45 shares of 56 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample used was 36 companies with the criteria for issuing complete financial reports for the 2017-2020 period. Methods of data analysis using quantitative data with the classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis testing and test the coefficient of determination. All the results from the research show a significant effect but with different directions of the relationship. Company scale and liquidity have a positive effect on the company's internal financial performance, but capital structure has a negative and influence

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of celebrity endorser credibility variables and advertising attractiveness on Indomie purchasing decisions, questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique, the data collected were processed by multiple regression method with SPSS version 23. The results showed that credibility Celebrity Endorser has a positive and significant effect on Indomie Purchase Decisions, Ad Attractiveness has a positive and significant impact on Indomie Purchase Decisions, Celebrity Endorser Credibility and Advertising Attractiveness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Indomie Purchase Decisions.

This study was conducted to determine the role of mediators in resolving industrial relations disputes and how the PHI process at the Bogor Regency Manpower Office has rights, pleasure, no termination of employment, and relations between workers/unions can be resolved through two channels through the courts and outside. court. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The focus of this research is the role of the mediator in resolving the cases experienced. The type of mediator used in this study is the type of authoritative mediator. Processing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Credibility, Transferability, Confirmability and  Dependability. Data analysis and processing used in this study are: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) drawing conclusions or levers. The results showed that the role of the mediator in the settlement of industrial relations is in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2004 and Ministerial Decree No. 92 of 2004, to maximize the role of mediators in the settlement of industrial relations, the Bogor Regency Manpower Office provides special policies such as facilitate the disputing parties in holding negotiations beforehand. In the mediation process, the mediator uses the half-room technique in the process of carrying out the mediation session.

The population continues to increase but the percentage increase in regional original income that tends to decrease is certainly a concern for researchers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of population, investment, and local tax revenue together on Regional Original Income in Bogor Regency for the period 2016-2019. The results showed 1. The results of the test t prove that the total population does not have a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income in the Regional Government of Bogor Regency, this is evidenced by the t value of -0.572 <t table 2.718 and the significance value of 0.578> 0 , 05. 2. The results of the test partially prove that partially the investment does not have a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income in the Regional Government of Bogor Regency. This is evidenced by the t value -0.733 <t table 2.718 and the significance value 0.477> 0.05. 3. The test results simultaneously prove that together the independent variables consisting of total population, investment, and local taxes simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income in Bogor Regency.

This study aims to identify the causes of low quality and provide suggestions for improving the painting process of the NGH 320 Excavator. The method used to conduct this research is the Six Sigma DMAIC method. With a sigma level value of 3.86, the painting process for the Excavator NGH 320 still requires process improvements to increase the sigma value. Based on the Pareto Diagram, the types of defects that dominate in the painting process are Runs/Saging (too much paint attached) of 65.08% and Fish Eyes (painting defects in the form of craters on the top coat paint) of 14.29%. At the repair stage using steps 5W + 1H and FMEA, the results obtained are 6 recommendations for improvement, namely providing IQA (Incoming Quality Assurance) in the goods receiving area, changing the operator's rolling schedule to every 1 or 2 weeks, changing the size of the spray gun nozzle to a larger size. small size (size 413 to 411), installing a filter regulator on the mixing machine, conducting training on understanding the working methods used, providing new tools for cleaning plates and some suggestions from the results of this research on the painting process of the NGH 320 Excavator.

This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables (motivation, discipline, and work environment) on the dependent variable (employee performance) at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Cibinong. The results showed that: In the partial test (t-test) it shows that the variables of motivation, discipline and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Cibinong, because the value of t count is greater than t table, with a value of t count. respectively 3,204, 3,113 and 4,931 (>) greater than t table 1,667. Simultaneously, motivation, discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Cibinong, because the value of f count 64.476 is greater than f table 2.16. From the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment, the variable that more dominantly affects employee performance is the work environment variable (X3), because the t value is greater than the other variables, which is 4,931. In the test results the coefficient of determination (adjusted R²) which is obtained is 0.726, this means that 72.6% of employee performance variables are affected quite highly by the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment. While the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.

The marketing strategy helps the company maintain its market share by using a credit sales policy so that accounts receivable arise which often experience problems in terms of disbursing units from leasing. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach because this research is not clear and there is no suitable data about the problem being studied. This research was conducted directly at PT.Victory Cipta Makmur Sukahati Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the constraints on disbursement of repayments through the Brainstorming method, then the results of the causes of these problems were searched based on the data and facts available at PT.Victory Cipta Makmur Sukahati Branch, then an analysis was carried out using the Seven Tools For Quality Control analysis tool, in which this research using 3 analyzes,namely checksheets,Pareto diagrams,and fishbone diagrams. From the results of the study, it was concluded that internal control was less effective as seen from the final results of the fishbone diagram which explained the human factor in carrying out the billing process that was not in accordance with the company's SOP. There are suggestions for good corrective actions to control in the form of further checking on billing.

This research aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image and Price partially and simultaneously on Purchase Decision and the factor which has the most dominant effect on Purchase Decision of Honda Brio Car in Honda Internusa Cibinong. This populations are consumers who buy and have ever bought a Honda Brio car with samples of 100 people. In this research the technique used is questionnaire method by questionnaire or distributing list of questions to respondents. The analysis method used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v23 application program. From the research results it is obtained that the formed regression equation is Y = 6,780+0,120X1+0,427X2+0,228X3. Partially each variable (Product Quality, Brand Image and Price) has an effect on the purchase decision because the t count > t table and the significance value is < 0,1. Whereas simultaneously variable (Product Quality, Brand Image and Price) has an effect on the purchase decision because the F count is 14,962 > F table 2,14 and the significance score is 0,000. From the determination coefficient test results the Adjusted R square value obtained is 0,297 (29%), where the rest 71% is affected by other factors not examined in this research.

The objectives of this study are knowing the condition of the service quality of the operational car driver for the employees of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), this is to find out how employees are satisfied with the operational car driver service at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) and to find out the gap analysis of employee satisfaction with operational car driver services at PT Sarana Multi Infrasrtuktur (Persero). The results of the analysis show that the variables that satisfy consumers are 1). Tangible variable in the second question, namely the physical condition of the vehicle being driven by the driver according to the request. 2). The variable reliability (reliability) in the first question is the skill of the driver (driver) in driving operational vehicles. 3) Variable assurance (assurance) in the second question, namely, the driver of the operational car provides a sense of security in service to employees. the company has provided the best service, therefore the company must maintain the above variables. The variable that has not satisfied consumers is the variable reliability (reability) in the second question, namely the question of Timeliness in picking up and delivering employees and variable assurance (assurance) on the first question Driver (driver) Provides safety assurance in serving employees.

In an increasingly sophisticated era, the development of technology has made major changes in the business world. One of them is on social media which is increasingly developing and facilitating communication. Communication in business is very important. So it is necessary to achieve the existing conveniences and need to be used as well as possible. This form of utilization can be accepted by MSME actors in Indonesia, especially MSMEs in Jombang District. By using the interview method to thoroughly discuss the use of social media in their business, and using supporting questions, the results of the study show that the use of social media can be made to facilitate media promotion, so as to improve the development of MSMEs themselves. The sales rate is getting faster and automatically increases in other aspects of the business. The increase that occurred has made MSME players feel benefited and facilitated by the current sophistication of technology. The positive benefits obtained by MSME players are expanding market networks, facilitating interaction with consumers, and increasing product sales.

Di zaman sekarang ini bukanlah suatu hal yang asing bila mendengar istilah “Covid-19”. Covid-19 atau virus Corona merupakan suatu jenis virus yang menyerang sistem pernapasan. Virus ini pertama kali muncul di Cina dan saat ini menyebarluas hingga ke seluruh dunia tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Di indonesia sendiri, virus ini terus berkembang hingga telah menyebabkan banyak orang yang meninggal dan membawa dampak pada berbagai macam aspek di negara ini terganggu. Menanggapi permasalahan pandemi Covid-19 ini pemerintah pun mengedukasi masyarakat dengan memberikan berbagai macam edukasi pencegahan Covid-19. Tentunya edukasi tersebut bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat dapat memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19. Dalam kegiatan KKNT IAKN Manado 2021, mahasiswa KKNT IAKN Manado Desa Tateli meneruskan apa yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dengan mengadakan kegiatan edukasi pencegahan Covid-19 dikalangan remaja GMIM Eben Haezer Buntong Tateli. Melalui kegiatan edukasi pencegahan Covid-19 ini diharapkan akan memberi dampak bagi para remaja ini agar mereka juga dapat berperan untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19 dan membawa dampak bagi masyarakat dan juga gereja.

Keramahan Kristen di tengah pandemi covid-19 menjadi penting sebagai salah satu wujud pemutus pandemi covid-19. Tulisan ini menyikapi persoalan itu dari fenomena stigma masyarakat di tengah pandemi covid-19 di desa Koka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini ialah kualitatif-terapan sebagai upaya pemutus mata rantai pandemi-covid-19. Melalui upaya tersebut, diharapkan keramahan Kristen di tengah pandemi covid-19 dapat relevan sehingga memungkinkan pemutusan mata rantai covid-19 dalam konteks kini. Upaya keramahan yang dilakukan ialah sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pembagian alat pelindung diri (APD) berupa masker serta hand-sanitizer.

Pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda dunia termasuk Indonesia, telah membawa keresahan yang besar bagi masyarakat selama setahun ini salah satu keresahannya adalah dalam dunia pendidikan. Peralihan kebiasaan belajar di masa pandemi, yang biasanya pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara langsung disekolah namun karena adanya aturan pemerintah untuk mencegah penyebaran penularan COVID-19 maka kegiatan pembelajaran pada akhirnya dilaksanakan secara online dan para siswa harus menghabiskan waktu belajar mereka di rumah saja. Peralihan ini ternyata tidak mendatangkan pengembangan dalam belajar siswa tapi justru menurunkan giat belajar siswa. Oleh sebab itu untuk menyoroti hal tersebut maka dilakukanlah kegiatan webinar di kelurahan Buyungon khusunya di SMP Negeri 2 Amurang dalam program pengabdian KKNT IAKN Manado kepada masyarakat khususnya kepada para siswa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar para siswa tidak hanya mengabiskan waktunya untuk bermain media sosial, gaming dan lain sebagainya tapi mengajari kepada siswa-siswi SMP untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan kreatif sewaktu di rumah saja. Analisis permasalahan ini juga dilakukan dengan menggunakkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana sebagai mahasiswa KKNT IAKN Manado yang ada di kelurahan Buyungon memanfaatkan waktu pelaksanaan secara luring untuk melihat perkembangan pembelajaran para siswa, melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung bersama para guru.  Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para siswa akhirnya bisa membuat suatu rancangan video kreatif yang mereka bagikan lewat media sosial.  

Jemaat GMIM El Roy Dimembe merupakan salah satu jemaat di wilayah Dimalak yang telah mengadakan pesta iman pada beberapa pekan yang lalu. Para pelayan khusus yang terpilih di jemaat ini sedang dipersiapkan untuk melayani di periode selanjutnya. Berangkat dari pengamatan pelayanan di periode sebelumnya, nampak bahwa sebagian anggota keluarga pelayan khusus di jemaat ini yang masih jarang ke persekutuan ibadah, mabuk-mabukkan dan tawuran, sedangkan mereka sendiri mengetahui bahwa salah seorang keluarga mereka adalah pelayan khusus. Sehubungan dengan hakikat pelayanan dan peran keluarga pelayan khusus seperti yang tertuang dalam katekisasi bagi pelayanan khusus di jemaat GMIM, tentunya terdapat kesenjangan jika dibandingkan. Indikatornya, badan pekerja majelis jemaat (BPMJ) GMIM El Roy Dimembe masih kurang memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya hakikat pelayanan dan peran keluarga pelayan khusus, mengevaluasi dan introspeksi pelayanan sebelumnya sehingga permasalahan tersebut terus teradakan tanpa adanya sikap lebih lanjut. Berdasarkan realitas tersebut, maka dilaksanakanlah katekisasi dan retreat calon pelayan khusus sebagai penyamaan persepsi melayani di jemaat GMIM El Roy Dimembe Wilayah Dimalak. Hasilnya ialah mengenali diri, memahami panggilan diri sebagai pelayan khusus, serta harapan dan komitmen untuk melayani Tuhan.  

Wabah Corona Virus (Covid-19) saat ini sudah menyebar pada seluruh dunia dan tidak terkecuali Indonesia bahkan sudah hampir setahun belum bisa ditangani dengan sempurna. Oleh karena itu salah satu cara untuk menghadapinya agar pandemi Covid-19 tidak meluas seperti diawal tahun 2020 maka masyarakat diminta untuk tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan yaitu memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjauhi kerumunan, menjaga jarak, mengurangi mobilitas.Akan tetapi sampai saat ini belum semua masyarakay terbiasa dengan protokol kesehatan ini sehinggga menjadi penting untuk diedukasi kembali agar semua masyarakat dapat menerapkan ptokol kesehatan Covid-19 untuk saling menjaga dan menghambat penularannya dimasyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat mahasiswa KKNT IAKN Manado melalui edukasi dan sosialisasi protokol kesehatan dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan di Kota Manado Kelurahan Pall Dua. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskritif dan kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan tahapan membuat dan mendesain poster-poster 5M, membuat tempat cuci tangan, membagikan masker dan hand sanitizer untuk dipakai setiap hari, dan mensosialisasi dan edukasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan dan pentingnya pola hidup 5M serta memberdayakan masyarakat dalam penggunaan masker dan hand sanitizier serta menjaga jarak pada saat keluar rumah dan kurangnya masyarakat yang tidak memakai masker ditempat umum.

Penanganan pandemi covid-19 oleh pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan sejumlah kebijakan yang dituangkan dalam peraturan,  diantaranya Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019. Tingkat pemahaman mengenai Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) pada masyarakat belum tentu diaplikasikan pada kehidupan sehari-hari khususnya bagi masyarakat dengan pendidikan tingkat menengah ke bawah dengan penghasilan ekonomi menengah, akan tetapi tidak memungkiri bahwa masyarakat tingkat menengah ke atas telah menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah untuk melaksanakan aktivitas sehari-hari dalam masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Dengan adanya kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik di Kecamatan Malalayang, Kota Manado, bertujuan untuk membuat mahasiswa berusaha mengingatkan masyarakat untuk semakin peduli dan sadar betapa pentingnya untuk menjaga diri dari bahaya covid-19.  Banyak siswa yang masih kurang sadar dengan keadaan pandemi covid-19 hingga tidak patuh untuk mengikuti peraturan pemerintah dengan menggunakan alat pelindung diri saat berada di luar rumah.

Pertanian merupakan pengahasilan terbesar bagi masyarakat Indonesia namun di karenakan menyebarnya virus Covid-19 di Indonesia mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan besar dalam tatanan kehidupan masyarakat salah satunya dalam sektor pertanian dan bagi masyarakat yang berprofesi sebagai petani. Di Kecamatan Kawangkoan Utara sebagian besar masyarakat adalah seorang Petani sehingga pandemi Covid-19 sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Artikel ini mengkaji usaha pertanian masyarakat pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode pembuatan artikel ini.  

Pandemi Covid 19 yang melanda dunia memberikan dampak dalam segala lini kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk di Indonesia.  Upaya strategis dilakukan oleh Pemerintah guna memutus rantai penyebaran Virus Covid-19 dan salah satu yang dilaksanakan adalah program Vaksinasi Nasional. Namun, hal ini justru menimbulkan polemik dikalangan masyarakat ada yang pro dan kontra terkait hal itu. Banyaknya persepsi negatif dikalangan masyarakat membuat lambatnya upaya penerimaan vaksin terjadi secara merata karena penolakan untuk melakukan vaksin. Program studi Sosiologi Agama IAKN Manado sebagai wujud pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Manado memberikan sosialisasi dan pemberian vaksin bagi masyarakat yang berada di wilayah Singkil I Lingkungan I Kampung Islam. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat mendapatkan informasi lebih lanjut dan bisa divalidasi kebenarannya mengenai keamanan dan keektifan vaksin yang kemudian di realisasikan dengan melakukan vaksin guna memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19.

The need for automated tools to facilitate human activities, makes the need for smart chips or microcontrollers increasing. A new breakthrough in the world of microcontrollers with the application of Arduino.Especially at SMPN 10 Salatiga, there are fish ponds and garden lights, which you forget to feed or not, while the officers forget to turn off the lights, causing the fish to die and the lights stay on even though it is noon. This study tries to implement Fish Feed Control and  automatic garden lights on and off using Arduino and scheduling, this is so that the fish stay healthy   and the garden lights can turn on or off according to the schedule desired by management. The author designed a garden lamp and automatic fish feed based on a case study at the school. The tool is designed with three sources of tool control. The first manual is pressing the fish feed manual button, the light switch and the reset button. Both semi-automatic, as a fish feeder, light ON/OFF and reset remote control with the Android application. The third auto is scheduled feeds and lights. This tool is designed to manage fish feed and garden area lighting. This tool is practical to use, inexpensive, useful, flexible and easy to build. The classification of this tool is sufficient for the needs of the school garden. Among the advantages of this tool is that it can be controlled remotely effectively 25 m without a hitch using the android application. The author hopes, this tool provides benefits and solves problems in schools.

This study aims to examine the influence of price and quality of service on the satisfaction of people living in Rusunawa, Bayem Subdistrict, Kutoarjo District. The data collection technique in this research was obtained by observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and library studies. The population in this research is the people living in Rusunawa, Bayem Subdistrict, Kutoarjo District, numbering 54 families. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, namely where all members are sampled. So the number of research samples is 54 families. Data collection methods are through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and library studies. Data analysis techniques use multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression, tests and determination tests. The research results from multiple correlation analysis for the price variable obtained a value of 0.693 and for the service quality variable obtained a value of 0.679, so the relationship between the price variable and the service quality variable on public satisfaction is strong, because This figure is in the interval 0.60-0.799, which means it is strong. Multiple regression analysis produces the equation Y=3.320+0.501X1+0.329X2. The price variable has a coefficient of 0.501. The value of 0.501 means that if the value of the price variable increases by 1 unit and the other variable (service quality) is considered constant then the level of public satisfaction is 0.501. The service quality variable has a coefficient of 0.329. A value of 0.329 means that if the value of the service quality variable increases by 1 unit and the other variable (price) is considered constant then the level of public satisfaction is 0.329. Determination analysis produces an R Square figure of 0.526, this figure is called the coefficient of determination value. The determination value is 0.526 or 53%. This figure means that 53% of the level of community satisfaction can be explained using price and service quality variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 47% is likely influenced by other variables that were not studied, such as promotion and location. Hypothesis testing (t test) shows that between the price variable and consumer satisfaction there is a positive and significant influence so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, then between the service quality variable and consumer satisfaction there is also a positive and significant influence so that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The f test shows that the price variable and the service quality variable together have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction so that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected.
