Sejahtera: Jurnal Inspirasi Mengabdi Untuk Negeri 2022 Universitas Maritim AMNI Semarang

This community service aims as village development literacy for the Village Head, Village Officials and Village Youth. The workshop was held in Bandungan, Semarang Regency, and program implementation was carried out in 5 selected districts in Central Java Province. This activity is supported by LPPM ITB Semarang and Unicef, which is included in the Program for Handling Out of School Children in Central Java Province. Through the lecture method with visual media supporting devices and ending with a question and answer session, it is very effective in delivering material. This was shown by the enthusiasm of the participants in the question and answer interaction at the discussion forum.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and digital literatures and financial management on the performance of UMKM. This research used quantitative research using associative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents of UMKN business actors in Cilacap District. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using Path Coefficients Test, Modes of Goodness Test, and Hypothesis Testing. Path coefficient value of the influence of financial management on the performance of UMKM. The results of the linear test and the output of column coefficients and T-tables are known that financial management has a significant effect on performance as seen from the p value 0.005 <0.05. Good and correct financial management will provide benefits and advantages for  UMKM  actors.  Several  related  institutions  can  provide  financial  and  digital  literatures training assistance. Training not only provides theoretical knowledge but also provides activities such as workshops and mentoring continuously.

Dewasa ini, Perkembangan UMKM jumlahnya telah meningkat pesat, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah memberikan kontribusi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja rata-rata sebesar 96,66% terhadap total keseluruhan tenaga kerja nasional. Dalam rangka implementasi kebijakan Otonomi Daerah yaitu melaksanakan pembangunan ekonomi secara merata untuk semua daerah maka pembangunan di wilayah pedesaan menjadi perhatian masyarakat maupun pemerintah. Oleh sebab itu, realita perkembangan UMKM masih sangat sulit diterapkan khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Sejahtera Mandiri atau Masyarakat Sejahtera Mandiri yakni desa yang mampu menghasilkan produk yang berdaya saing, lembaga sosial yang aktif, tingkat partisipasi, dan keswadayaan masyarakat tinggi dan masyarakat miskin terlibat aktif dalam rantai produksi..  Konsep Desa Sejahtera Mandiri mengandaikan adanya sebuah konstruksi pemikiran yang menempatkan "Desa" pada posisi subjek, organisasi sosial yang harus diberi kepercayaan penuh oleh "orang luar" untuk mengatur dirinya, dengan kekuatan dan modal yang ada pada dirinya. Tujuan dari pengabduan kepada masyarakat ini adalah menumbuhkan UMKM yang berkarakter. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan cara membuat seminar tentang UMKM serta mengisi kuesioner yang telah disiapkan. Hasil pemgabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Workshop Membangun UMKM Desa Rancamahi Melalui Karakter Untuk Desa Lebih Maju Dan Sejahtera dilaksanakan di Desa Rancamahi Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang dapat diselenggarakan dengan baik serta berjalan dengan lancar.

Kuningan  merupakan  salah  satu  Kabupaten  yang  ada  di  Jawa  Barat  dimana banyak warganya yang turut serta dalam Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dari UMKM ini terdapat berbagai jenis usaha UMKM. seperti: Aneka Usaha, Perdagangan, Industri Pertanian, Dan Industri Non Pertanian. Begitu banyak jumlah UMKM tersebut juga menghasilkan begitu banyak pula Merek dagang yang dihasilkan. Akan tetapi, masih cukup banyak pelaku industri UMKM yang belum mendaftarkan merek dagangnya dikarenakan terbatasnya permodalan dan  minimnya  pemahaman  akan  manfaat  pendaftaran  merek  bagi  industri UMKM. Dengan demikian, UMKM yang tidak mendaftarkan merek dagangnya tidak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum, sebab suatu merek dagang akan mendapatkan perlindungan hukum jika telah melakukan pendaftaran merek. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah langkah-langkah pengabdian, partisipasi mitra, kepakaran, dan tugas anggota tim. Adapun lokasi yang menjadi titik fokus kami yaitu di Desa Cipancur Kecamatan Kalimanggis Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode ini digunakan untuk menyampaikan  materi  penyuluhan  hukum  bersifat  kognitif  namun  dikemas dengan informasi yang menyenangkan. Selain itu metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini melalui metode pendekatan workshop, ceramah kemudian diakhir acara diadakan tanya jawab, dengan tanya jawab ini masyarakat diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya sesuai dengan tema penyuluhan, atau masyarakat dapat bertanya di luar tema yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan dari program kegiatan ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi bagi pelaku usaha UMKM   yang   ada   di   Desa   Cipancur   Kecamatan   Kalimanggis   Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat, terutama terkait dengan: 1) Kesadaran hukum pelaku usaha dalam   pentingnya   pendaftaran   merk   bagi   pelaku   usaha   UMKM,   dan   2) Memotivasi pelaku usaha UMKM untuk melindungi inovasi produk hasil temuannya dalam bentuk Kekayaan Intelektual yaitu Hak Mereknya.

Pada Pendidikan anak usia dini, penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengukur pencapaian perkembangan anak usia dini adalah menggunakan penilaian autentik.dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap tingkat pencapaian perkembangan masing-masing individu dan dapat merancang pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan. Dengan demikian, guru harus mencatat setiap perkembangan yang dapat diamati setiap hari. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru di Gugus 3 dan Gugus 4 PKG PAUD Kecamatan Cimanggis Kota Depok dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan tehnologi khususnya dalam merancang instrumen dan mengimplementasikan Penilaian Perkembangan Anak Usia Dini Berbasis G-Form sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan penilaian dan merekap penilaian menjadi laporan perkembangan akhir semester. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan PKM ini dirancang dalam 3 sesi pertemuan. Pada sesi pertama diisi dengan pembekalan tentang prinsip penilaian Anak Usia Dini. Pada sesi 2, peserta mendapat materi tentang bagaimana membuat instrument penilaian dari kompetensi dasar yang akan dicapai oleh anak usia dini. Sedangkan pada sesi ke 3, para  peserta  mengikuti  kegiatan Workshop/ mengkolaborasikan instrumen ke dalam G-form dengan praktek langsung.

Ngijo Village, Tasikmadu District, Karanganyar Regency has various potentials, one of which is the snack industry. Observation results, Partners have a good opportunity as evidenced by an increase in sales turnover every month. Partners have taken advantage of marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, OLX. Partner's understanding of banking digitalization is important to have, the problem is that Partners have not used internet banking. Community Service Activities carried out on Saturday 23 July 2022 in the form of a Workshop aimed at introducing internet banking as a strategy to improve sales performance. In practice, all partners are very enthusiastic about participating in the Workshop. By looking at the performance of Partners participating in simulations and doing exercises, it shows an increase in understanding where student partners have gained a good understanding of the use of internet banking to improve sales performance.

Keadaan saat ini yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran mendorong semua pihak untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara daring dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di dalam kelas melakukan penyimpanan data berupa tugas dan file materi. Semua kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru saat ini harus dilakukan secara online. Para guru di TK AL-Fatah terbebani dengan besarnya file penyimpanan data karena harus mengirim data satu-persatu ke siswa didiknya melalui Whatsapp sehingga media penyimpanan Smartphone penuh. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut tim melakukan pengabdian masyarakay untuk menyelesaikan maslaah tersebut.  Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan dan berbagi bahan ajar bagi guru TK Al-Fatah yang berbasis cloud yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu berupa workshop. Tim pengabdian melakukan pelatihan secara langsung dengan 1 narasumber sebagai pemateri workshop dan 2 pendamping untuk mendampingi guru dalam pelaksanaan workshop. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan guru dalam memanfaatkan Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan bahan ajar.

The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) Universitas Sains Al Qur'an carry out a community activity program in the Butuh Kidul Village. Butuh Kidul Village is one of the villages located in Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency. This village has the potential to produce vegetables. Vegetables that are widely produced are chayote. The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) students make product innovations from chayote into a more attractive product, namely chayote which is processed into candy. Candy is one of the food products that are liked by all ages. This activity was socialized through activities with the theme “Workshop on Marketing Strategy & Product Innovation from Pumpkin Siam”. This activity aims to take advantage of the potential of the Butuh Kidul Village community. By innovating through the use of chayote vegetables, it is possible to open UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Butuh Kidul Village. The UMKM can have an impact on the Butuh Kidul Village community which can be a business opportunity for the Butu Kidul Village community. In this article, we explain how to process chayote into candy and promote marketing strategies through digital marketing.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process in achieving learning goals. In preparing the academic supervision plan that must be considered is the preparation of the schedule, objectives, approaches, techniques and instruments needed.The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive, theoretical and empirical approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using reduction and verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the data using source and time triangulation.The results showed that the most frequently used approach was the collaborative approach and the techniques used were group supervision techniques (teacher meetings, workshops and MGMP) and individual techniques (class visits and class observations). Implementation of good academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers so as to produce quality graduates. Factors that support management of the academic supervision of madrasah heads in improving teacher competence are teacher education, teacher teaching experience, training experience that has been carried out by teachers, motivation, infrastructure, and supervision of school principals. The inhibiting factors were lack of teaching experience, lack of training, lack of self-motivation, lack of academic supervision from the head of the madrasah, and educational level qualifications.

This School Action Research was carried out on the basis of field facts that the author found that there were still many madrasah teachers who were still unable and proficient in setting the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) required in the implementation of the Madrasah Curriculum at MTs Al-Ma'arif Rancalutung. This condition can be seen as a finding when carrying out a teacher's duties, especially in carrying out learning evaluations, both end of semester exams and madrasa exams. The expected goal of this school action research is that teachers at MTs Al-Ma'arif Rancalutung can establish Minimum Completeness Criteria and this workshop can improve the ability of madrasa teachers in preparing KKM. This school action research was conducted at MTs Al-Ma'arif Rancalutung with a total of 15 subject teachers, while the implementation of this action research consisted of two cycles. The results of this study indicate an increase in the ability of teachers when setting Minimum Completeness Criteria and this workshop is effective as an approach used to increase teachers' abilities in setting minimum completeness criteria because teachers are more active and a growing sense of responsibility for setting minimum completeness criteria in each subject that taught.
