Malaria is still a public health problem in Indonesia because of its high morbidity and mortality rates, especially in areas outside Java and Bali. In transmigration areas where there is a mixture of people from endemic and non-endemic areas of malaria, cases or epidemics still frequently occur which cause many deaths. Data from the Tebo District Health Office for January-July 2014 were 519 people out of a population of 328,564 people (0.16%) with an AMI of 1.6. The highest incidence of malaria was in the Mengupeh Health Center, Tengah Ilir District, with 75 people out of a population of 11,820 people (0.63%) with an AMI of 6.34. The purpose of this study was to find out the description and relationship between malaria prevention efforts in the Working Area of ​​the Mengupeh Health Center, Tengah Ilir District, Tebo Regency in 2015. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional research design. In this study, the sample was the community in the Working Area of ​​the Mengupeh Health Center, Tengah Ilir District, Tebo Regency, with a sample size of 96 people. The results showed that of the 96 respondents, 57 (59.4%) respondents had poor motivation, 59 (61.5%) respondents had a bad environment, respondents had poor malaria prevention efforts. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between motivation and a p value of 0.007 (p <0.05), environment with a p value of 0.009 (p <0.05) on malaria prevention efforts in the Working Area of ​​the Mengupeh Health Center, Tengah Ilir District, Tebo Regency. Advises the public to be active in seeking information about prevention of malaria in order to reduce the incidence of malaria. At the same time actively maintaining the cleanliness of the home environment and their respective settlements.    

Competitiveness is important for MSMEs to be able to develop and survive in the midst of competition. Efforts to strengthen MSMEs can be done by collaborating with university service programs. In the service program carried out by STIE YPPI Rembang through the KKU (Business Work Course) program located at the Sambel Pecel MSME, Bu Heru. The problems that occur in the MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru are the marketing area is still limited, the marketing media is not maximized, does not have business legality and there are no clear directions for the location. Based on these problems, a service program was prepared, namely training and assistance in the creation and use of social media, expansion of marketing areas, facilitation of business legality management and the creation of google map features. The results of the KKU STIE YPPI Rembang are MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru has an Instagram social media account, has an MSME location on the google maps application, creates a photo catalog for promotion and has a business license.

Analysis of the performance of the device requires a measure of performance based on results that are balanced to measure success in meeting goals and objectives. Performance measurement is based on the function of the work area and allowances is a useful tool in the effort to achieve the goal. Through the assessment process work areas and allowances can provide objective assessment in the achievement of the performance of the device, so it helps in management decision making. This type of research is quantitative by using a sample of 91 devices in Jetis Mojokerto. This source of research data obtained from the respondents' answers on the questionnaire were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the first hypothesis is empirically proven that working areas and allowances simultaneously significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. Further testing in partial work area has no significant effect on the performance of the device, but the office allowances significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. This has some consequences allowances have a dominant influence on the device performance than variable working area.

The emergence of the current COVID-19 pandemic has a significant impact on people's activities from various aspects of life, both in foreign countries and in this country in various sectors, namely economic, political, social and cultural. The Covid-19 pandemic has hit almost 3 years and has not been fully controlled. Government policies that have been made and implemented require good management, for that full support from the community is also needed. The implementation of existing policies, ranging from PSBB, transitional PSBB, emergency PSBB, New Normal PSBB, Emergency PSBB 2, PPKM, emergency PPKM, Micro PPKM is felt to have not shown a significant decline, this makes the government continue to strive to continue to make policies and regulations. To reduce the rate of suspected Covid-19 contamination, the last government policy through the Java and Bali Level PPKM showed good results, was able to suppress and control the Covid-19 pandemic, Covid-19 control will not work if only the government does it, but requires participation of all elements of society in their respective areas. The government really needs the participation of various parties, namely the business world, the community, Covid-19 volunteers, community leaders and the media. In addition, community behavior is expected to be disciplined in implementing the health protocol, namely 3M (maintaining distance, wearing masks and washing hands frequently), with 3M discipline being the key to strengthening the implementation of 3T (testing, tracing, treatment) down to the village level. In addition, social distancing, long-distance travel restrictions, and proper promotion and education to the public are forms of public health efforts in breaking the chain of the spread of the Corona virus.
