The Special Dental and Oral Hospital of South Sumatra Province has an official WordPress-based website (https://rsgigimulut.co.id/) that functions as a medium for information dissemination, communication, and public services to the community. This website is expected to provide accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible information for users. However, in practice, the website management staff still face challenges and limitations in independently managing and updating the content, resulting in the suboptimal utilization of the website’s potential. This community service activity aims to provide website management training for the staff by utilizing the WordPress Content Management Sistem (CMS) so that they are able to manage the website effectively and sustainably. The training was conducted on August 11, 2025, in the third-floor meeting room of the Special Dental and Oral Hospital of South Sumatra Province, involving two website management staff members. The implementation methods included lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice covering the introduction to the WordPress interface, page layout customization, the addition of new posts and pages, menu creation and management, as well as tips on content management and website maintenance. The results of the training indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding and skills in independently managing the website, which has a positive impact on enhancing the quality of public information presentation and strengthening the hospital’s digital services.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy but still face challenges in utilizing digital technology for marketing. Shofi Cookies, as the partner of this program, has been using TikTok and a website, yet their utilization remains suboptimal. This community service activity aimed to enhance the partner’s digital capacity through social media analysis, website audits, and digital branding training. The methods included evaluating the TikTok account, auditing the website’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and providing training on the use of WordPress Content Management System (CMS) along with branding strategies. The results showed that the TikTok account was still personal, limiting analytic data, while the website audit produced a C- SEO score with issues in mobile access speed. The training, attended by the owner and operator, received positive responses with high satisfaction, although participants’ understanding still needs improvement. The implication of this activity highlights the importance of follow-up actions such as switching to a TikTok business account, increasing content upload consistency, and optimizing website SEO. With these efforts, Shofi Cookies is expected to strengthen competitiveness, expand market reach, and increase sales in the digital era.

The classic problem for city residents is the economic problem which is still not evenly distributed, where there are already residents with a high economic level, but there are still many city residents whose economy is below the poverty line due to low education and minimal skills so they can only work as unskilled laborers. minimal income. For this reason, this article wants to propose skills training that can be used to improve the economy by becoming an entrepreneur who uses websites to market his wares. With training to create an online shop using WordPress, the costs required by residents are not expensive and the material taught is also not too difficult. Hopefully this training can be a solution to the problems of city residents.

With advances in website technology and the increasing number of fields that use websites, indirectly interest in creating websites has also increased. Blog or weblog is a term used to describe a development of a personal website that makes it easier for users to display personal information on the Internet in an easy way. However, not all students and teachers at the Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kottabarat High School of Surakarta understand creating personal websites, due to a lack of knowledge regarding creating a website, where by having a personal website for students and/or teachers, apart from being able to carry out personal branding, students and Teachers at Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kottabarat High School of Surakarta can provide all forms of information that is useful for the school or even for each individual, by providing training to teachers and students is one way to increase knowledge and abilities in creating a website. And from this activity, the participants were able to build a website with the WordPress platform.
