Inspirasi Dunia: Jurnal Riset Pendidikan dan Bahasa 2025 Universitas Maritim AMNI Semarang

This study aims to determine the implementation and challenges  of the Promblem Based Learning (PBL) learning model and contextual approach to students. So, by knowing the results of the implementation, it is hoped that teachers can improve the way to teach students better. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with interviews via chat via whatsapp and provides google from to be filled in by Yuselvin Beo Wesso as a PPG student who teaches at SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin grade 8. She was chosen because she was a student of the Teacher Professional Program and also directly taught at school. The results obtained are the advantages and disadvantages of this model and approach. The advantage of this model is that it helps students to hone critical thinking skills through problem solving that can build students' connectivity with learning. The shortcoming faced in its application is that students find it difficult if they are directly asked for problem-solving discussions. In addition, the challenge faced is that teachers must be able to design learning that varies with the context of problem-solving and not all students can construct their experiences into written text. Therefore, efforts are made by applying the jigsaw method. The result of the application of this model and approach is that the students are quite good. Students can work together to complete assignments and be able to bring up topics relevant to daily life.

This study aims to describe relevant digital marketing strategies to improve the competitiveness of the Rafika Dompo Banana MSME in Soguo Village, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing these strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and consumers, and documentation. The data analysis technique used a narrative inquiry model. The results of the study indicate that the digital marketing implementation of the Rafika Dompo Pisang MSME is still at a basic stage, utilizing WhatsApp and Facebook organically with simple content managed directly by the owner. Limited digital knowledge, minimal paid promotion budget, and suboptimal utilization of marketplace platforms are the main obstacles. Nevertheless, promotion through social media has been proven to increase product visibility and reach consumers. Supporting factors include maintained product quality, government support for licensing, and consignment collaboration. Consumer perception of the product is very positive, and existing digital promotions are considered to assist in purchasing decisions. In conclusion, the implemented digital marketing strategy is still simple but has a positive impact. Increasing competitiveness requires strategy optimization through increased digital literacy, platform diversification, and more planned resource allocation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada Usaha Buraq Telur di Terminal Pangkajenne, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingginya tingkat persaingan antar pelaku usaha telur di pasar lokal yang menuntut strategi pemasaran yang lebih adaptif, khususnya melalui pemanfaatan media digital sederhana seperti WhatsApp dan Facebook. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo 12 Plus untuk mengorganisasi dan mengidentifikasi tema-tema strategis dalam praktik komunikasi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital terbukti efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan penjualan. Personal selling menjadi strategi dominan dengan proporsi 29,38%, diikuti oleh promosi penjualan (25,28%) dan pemasaran langsung (20,94%). Aspek ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi personal, penawaran khusus, dan komunikasi digital sederhana mampu membangun kedekatan dengan konsumen sekaligus meningkatkan loyalitas. Dari perspektif bauran pemasaran, indikator harga menempati posisi tertinggi sebesar 27,86%, disusul produk (26,24%) dan tempat (25,30%), sedangkan promosi berada di posisi terendah yaitu 20,60%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi penetapan harga yang kompetitif, kualitas produk yang terjaga, serta distribusi yang tepat memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan, meskipun promosi digital masih sederhana. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital pada Usaha Buraq Telur dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi antara komunikasi interpersonal, bauran pemasaran yang seimbang, serta pemanfaatan media digital yang konsisten. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi UMKM dalam mengoptimalkan strategi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar lokal.

Rengginang Ibu Saliem Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dolok Kahean Village still rely on conventional marketing systems (word of mouth), resulting in limited market reach and the absence of digital presence. This service aims to overcome this gap through training and mentoring of social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and expand market coverage. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on participatory action and direct practice which is carried out through four stages, namely observation, interview, implementation, and evaluation. The results show the success of creating an official digital presence for MSMEs through the creation and management of Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts. Assisted partners gain new operational skills and awareness that the use of social media is a strategic obligation to increase consumer awareness. Social media marketing strategies are proving to be effective as a low-cost solution to significantly expand market reach. This program has succeeded in creating a sustainable empowerment model and provides a foundation for MSMEs to continue digitization independently.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the motor vehicle tax amnesty program and taxpayer responses to the policy at the West Surabaya SAMSAT office. The tax amnesty program is viewed as a strategic fiscal policy designed not only to increase regional revenue but also to ease the financial burden on the public, particularly among lower-income groups. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation process and policy impacts. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with SAMSAT officials and taxpayers, direct field observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, supported by source triangulation to ensure validity. The findings indicate that the implementation was supported by digital service innovations such as SMS Push and WhatsApp Push, incentives including fine elimination and an Umrah lottery, as well as law enforcement strategies like joint operations and layered warning letters. Overall, taxpayer responses were positive, as reflected in increased compliance, although potential moral hazard may arise if the program is implemented repeatedly.

This research explores the role of the Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Tangerang City in implementing an online permit system for billboard advertising as a form of digital transformation in public service. The study aims to analyze the institutional role of DPMPTSP, identify obstacles in the implementation of online licensing, and evaluate the improvement efforts undertaken. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with DPMPTSP officials, billboard organizers, and permit applicants, complemented by observation and documentation to ensure data validity through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that DPMPTSP plays a strategic role by providing 24-hour online access, simplifying licensing procedures, and offering direct assistance through the Public Service Mall (MPP), supported by responsive communication channels such as WhatsApp and Zoom. Despite these efforts, challenges remain, including system errors, low digital literacy among applicants, limited technical staff, communication gaps, and incomplete integration of the central and regional OSS systems. To address these issues, DPMPTSP has strengthened public assistance services, simplified online information systems, expanded communication channels, redistributed staff duties, performed routine system maintenance, and intensified public education on regulations. These findings highlight that the success of digital public services depends not only on technological readiness but also on human resource capacity, effective communication, and continuous institutional adaptation to public needs.

Young generations in the digital era face serious challenges in maintaining their Islamic identity due to the rapid flow of globalization, the penetration of popular culture, and the influence of social media, which often contradict Islamic values. This condition has led some adolescents and youth to experience moral degradation, a decline in interest toward religious studies, and a tendency to be more attracted to instant entertainment content. Conventional religious studies that are monotonous are often less appealing to Millennials and Gen Z, thus requiring innovative models of religious education that are relevant, engaging, and suitable for the characteristics of the digital generation. This Community Service Program (KKN) carried the theme “Strengthening Islamic Character of Young Generations through Interactive Multimedia-Based Studies at the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office of Central Lampung Regency.” The main objective was to improve the understanding, internalization, and practice of Islamic values through creative, participatory, and enjoyable approaches. The program was implemented over one month with eight face-to-face sessions. The methods included interactive lectures, motivational video screenings, Islamic animation, group discussions, digital quizzes, and the establishment of an online discussion group via WhatsApp to maintain continuity of learning. Evaluation was carried out through field observation, pre-test and post-test, as well as in-depth interviews with participants and partners. The results showed an increase in religious understanding from an average of 58% to 82%, with active participation reaching 87%. Moreover, a youth community named Forum Pemuda Islami Lampung Tengah (FOPILTENG) was established, which is committed to continuing monthly studies independently. Technical obstacles such as limited multimedia facilities were successfully overcome by facilitators’ creativity, including utilizing simple devices and free digital platforms. Overall, the interactive multimedia-based approach proved to be effective in enhancing learning motivation, strengthening Islamic character, and fostering togetherness among youth. This model has the potential to be replicated in other regions as a strategic effort to nurture a religious, well-characterized, and competitive young generation in facing global challenges.

One of the digital marketing strategies commonly used by companies and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to introduce their products and achieve optimal profits is through the use of social media (Hidayat et al., 2022). The rapid development of information technology, particularly the internet and social media, has significantly changed consumer behavior and the way businesses operate. Digital marketing provides strategic opportunities for business actors, including lower promotional costs, increased brand awareness, and the potential to boost sales (Dwivedi et al., 2020). However, many MSMEs have not yet fully utilized digital marketing strategies through social media. The lack of digital literacy and limited understanding of effective marketing strategies remain major challenges in business development. To address these issues, a community service team from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Islam Majapahit, implemented a mentoring program for the MSME “DnD Donat” located in Dlanggu District, Mojokerto Regency. The objective of this program was to provide the partner with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to design and implement an effective digital marketing strategy using social media as the primary promotional channel. Through this mentoring activity, the partner received education on the fundamentals of digital marketing, how to create engaging promotional content, and how to effectively use social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business. The results of the program showed that the partner gained an understanding of digital marketing strategies and began to implement them in their business activities. The positive impact of the program was reflected in a noticeable increase in both sales volume and income over a specific period following the implementation of the new marketing approach. This program is expected to serve as a model for developing digital capabilities among other MSMEs and to support the broader digital transformation in the micro and small business sector in a sustainable manner.

The rapid development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in various aspects of life, including the world of work. One skill that is now highly sought after by job seekers is digital platform-based communication skills. This skill is crucial for building a professional image, expanding networks, and increasing employment opportunities. In response to this need, a digital communication training program was held in Kartasura District with the aim of improving the practical skills of job seekers, particularly high school/vocational school graduates and final-year college students. The training was conducted face-to-face using a participatory approach, combining conceptual material delivery with hands-on practice sessions. The training focused on utilizing professional platforms such as LinkedIn and social media platforms like Instagram, which have become essential tools in the job search and personal branding process. A total of 42 participants attended the training, with diverse educational backgrounds and interests but a common desire to be more competitive in the digital job market. The training results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of professional communication in the digital realm. Participants also gained practical skills in creating attractive LinkedIn profiles, creating content relevant to industry needs, and managing their online self-image. Furthermore, this training created a collaborative space between participants and presenters through a WhatsApp group, which later developed into a platform for sharing information about job openings, career tips, and ongoing discussions. The findings from this training underscore the importance of integrating digital communication training into workforce development programs, particularly in buffer urban areas like Kartasura. This effort serves as an adaptive strategy to address the challenges of digital transformation while empowering the younger generation to be better prepared for job competition in the digital era.

Small-scale economic activities, such as micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), play a vital role in a region's economy. MSMEs need to be protected and empowered to prevent unfair competition between businesses, especially those involving large-scale businesses. One example of an MSME with great potential is the amplang (rice crackers) manufacturing business, a typical souvenir from Balikpapan. Amplang has a distinctive taste and is attractive to tourists visiting the city, and has the potential to be further developed in the future. However, during the community service process, several problems were discovered among these MSMEs. One of the main problems is the lack of online product marketing expansion. These MSMEs still rely on traditional marketing methods, which are limited to direct sales or through local markets. However, with technological developments and high internet usage, the use of social media for product promotion can have a significant impact on increasing sales and market reach. To address this issue, market share expansion was carried out by utilizing social media, which has not previously been used by these MSMEs. Social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp can be highly effective platforms for introducing amplang products to a wider market, both locally, regionally, and nationally. Furthermore, this community service program also provides business development assistance by providing training to MSMEs in social media management, engaging content creation, and appropriate digital marketing strategies. With this introduction to online marketing and mentoring, it is hoped that amplang MSMEs in Balikpapan can better develop their businesses, expand their market reach, and increase their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

This community service initiative was designed to improve the digital competence of the PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) group in Simogirang Village, Prambon Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency, with a focus on utilizing social media and internet-based tools to optimize the branding of local UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) products. The program adopted an andragogical approach that emphasizes adult learning, integrating methods such as direct instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and guided simulations. Key digital platforms including Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google Docs, and Google Drive were introduced and practiced during the sessions. A total of 40 participants took part in the training. Evaluation results indicated that 85% of the participants successfully mastered the digital branding techniques, achieving over 85% accuracy in practical exercises. This achievement was evidenced by the creation of functioning business accounts, digital catalogs, and various forms of promotional content tailored to their UMKM products. The implementation of these digital tools led to a noticeable increase in consumer engagement and demand for village products, particularly cassava chips and handmade crafts, signifying a positive impact on local economic activities. To ensure long-term benefits and continuous improvement, a dedicated WhatsApp group was established as a support forum for participants to share experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance post-training. Despite its success, the initiative faced challenges related to unstable internet infrastructure in certain areas of the village, highlighting the need for improved digital access. In conclusion, this initiative not only enhanced the digital literacy of rural women but also contributed to their economic empowerment, aligning with broader efforts to promote smart village development and digital transformation in rural Indonesia.

The hybrid work era, which combines remote work with face-to-face work, has brought about new challenges and opportunities in business communication, particularly in the negotiation process. This study aims to analyze the role of digital communication media in supporting the effectiveness of business negotiations. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with several professionals from various industrial sectors who are active in online negotiation activities. The results indicate that digital communication media such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp play a crucial role in enhancing time efficiency, flexibility, and the speed of information exchange. However, limitations in nonverbal expression and the risk of miscommunication remain significant challenges. This study suggests adopting adaptive digital communication strategies, including virtual communication training and the use of a combination of synchronous and asynchronous media to achieve optimal negotiation outcomes.

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by clothing stores in the Telang area from a sharia economic perspective. In the digital era, business actors are required to adapt to technology, including in terms of promotion and marketing. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that most business actors have utilized social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace to market their products. The strategies implemented are mostly in line with the principles of sharia economics such as honesty (ṣidq), openness (tabligh), and amanah. However, some practices that are not in accordance with sharia are still found, such as the use of photos that do not match the original product (gharar) and excessive promotion (tadlis). The main inhibiting factors in the implementation of sharia digital strategies are limited digital literacy and infrastructure. Therefore, ongoing assistance and training in sharia-based digital marketing are needed to improve understanding and business practices in accordance with Islamic values.

One form of enterprise that represents the potential of villages and receives government support is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, limitations in marketing have led to the underrepresentation of local products. This highlights the importance of community service programs. The aim of this program is to enhance the marketing of UMKM products through the utilization of the Shopee marketplace and WhatsApp Business social media. The community service methods used include socialization, training, and direct assistance to UMKM actors in the target area. Shopee is utilized as an online marketplace, while WhatsApp Business serves as a medium for product advertising. This activity aims to provide understanding of the importance of digital marketing, as well as practical skills in creating and managing accounts on Shopee and WhatsApp Business. The results of this program indicate an increase in participants' understanding and ability to use both platforms. The conclusion of this research states that the effective utilization of Shopee and WhatsApp Business can assist UMKM actors in enhancing their marketing and sales, which in turn can drive local economic growth.

The use of social media in Arabic language learning is becoming increasingly significant in today's digital age. Social media has become an integral part of students' and teachers' daily lives, opening up great opportunities to create more interactive, collaborative and engaging learning experiences. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok can increase students' motivation to learn, make materials more accessible, and improve students' Arabic language skills. This study aims to identify the opportunities and challenges of using social media in Arabic language learning using library research method. The results show that social media is often utilized by teachers and students to improve communication, facilitate the distribution of teaching materials, and enrich the Arabic learning experience. The use of social media has also been shown to increase student motivation to learn through active engagement in discussion and collaboration. However, there are some challenges such as unequal access to technology, high potential for distraction, limited internet quota and network problems and digital security risks. The use of social media can be an effective tool in Arabic language learning if integrated with appropriate teaching strategies and accompanied by digital literacy training for teachers and students, as well as the development of creative and safe educational content. This study recommends the development of policies and guidelines for the use of social media in schools and universities, so that the potential of social media in supporting Arabic language learning can be optimally utilized.

This activity is expected to provide understanding and the ability of MSME actors in Bakar Rama and Seblak julid in using social media optimally so that it has an impact on business development and increases profits. This activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach method which includes: interviews to find out the SWOT or problems faced by MSME actors in Bakar Rama and Seblak julid related to social media, making posters of product menus sold then making content about the products they sell, creating social media accounts and optimizing them. This PKM activity has been carried out smoothly according to the goals to be achieved, and getting good results. The results of this activity are that MSME actors understand how to use social media optimally, expand sales, and the products sold can be known to many people. However, there is one MSME that is less interested in using social media other than WhatsApp.

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality and e-trust Whatsapp Reminder on customer loyalty of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banyuwangi Regency with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. In the digital era, technology-based services are a key factor in improving customer experience, especially in social security services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 respondents of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banyuwangi Regency participants who have used the Whatsapp Reminder service. Data was collected through questionnaire methods and direct interview sampling and then analyzed using the Smart PLS method. This Smart PLS analysis method used to analyze data is the value of Path Coefficients, P-value, and T-Statistics. The results showed that e-service quality and e-trust Whatsapp Reminder have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between e-service quality and e-trust Whatsapp Reminder on customer loyalty. Thus, improving the quality of digital services and trust in the WhatsApp Reminder system contribute directly to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan customer loyalty. These findings provide implications for service managers for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants to continue to improve digital service quality and build customer trust in order to maintain loyalty in the long term.

This study aims to examine the impact of digital marketing training focused on the utilization of WhatsApp Business and Shopee in driving the digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector in Kedungjambe Village. Using both quantitative and qualitative approaches, the research evaluates the effectiveness of training on creating engaging promotional content on WhatsApp Business and managing online stores on Shopee to enhance product visibility, expand market reach, and improve MSME sales performance. The findings reveal that equipping MSMEs with skills to optimize features on these platforms, such as creating appealing product catalogs, utilizing broadcast features, and managing online stores effectively on Shopee, significantly enhances customer interaction and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. In addition to positively impacting sales growth, the training also accelerates digital technology adoption among MSMEs, enabling them to compete more effectively in an increasingly competitive market. These findings highlight the importance of targeted and sustainable training programs in supporting the growth of MSMEs in the digital age.

This study aims to enhance the competitiveness and market reach of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kedungjambe Village through the optimization of social media marketing and e-commerce platforms. The primary challenge faced by MSMEs is limited consumer visibility due to ineffective promotional and marketing strategies. The proposed solution includes training on digital marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms like WhatsApp Business for interactive communication with customers and leveraging the features of the Shopee e-commerce platform to expand market reach. MSME participants were trained to create engaging promotional content, utilize WhatsApp Business broadcast features to foster customer engagement, and effectively manage online stores on Shopee, including crafting informative product descriptions, managing inventory, and analyzing sales performance. A simulation of digital marketing through Shopee was conducted to provide hands-on experience for the business owners. The results of the program demonstrated a significant improvement in MSME competitiveness, brand awareness, customer engagement through social media, and sales volume on Shopee.
