Bank is a production unit under the organizational structure of a business center in a school. This bank provides services in the form of savings deposit transactions and savings withdrawals. Bank customers are all students in grades ten to twelve along with teachers and employees. The information system required is a web-based school bank information system using the cash basis method so that it can assist in operational activities ranging from recording daily transactions to reporting. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method, UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the MySQL MariaDB database. The School Bank Accounting Information System is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur in the school bank.

At PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo, in the process of recording the determination of heavy equipment leasing, is still done manually using note documents which can cause errors in the heavy equipment rental determination transaction. This has resulted in problems in making reports which can take longer. Accounting application for determining heavy equipment leases at PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo uses the activity based costing method to make it easier for PT. Mitra Mandiri Trasindo in the data management process of determining the total heavy equipment rental and creating reports that are faster, more precise and accurate on a web-based basis. With the implementation of accounting applications for determining heavy equipment leases at PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo using the web-based Activity Based Costing method also has the following benefits: (1) It can be seen what lease transactions and costs are needed quickly, precisely and accurately. (2) Producing appropriate reports that can be used as a basis for making decisions by the Director of PT. Mitra Mandiri Transindo.

Sinar Harapan store which is engaged in construction materials has regular customers who are outside the area, so a sales information system is needed to help customers buy and receive product information from the store. This web-based information system can help shop customers shop online without having to visit the store in person. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based merchandise sales system at the Sinar Harapan Makassar store. Data obtained through field research, library research and interviews. The system design uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database storage. The researcher aims to develop a web-based information system that is expected to help manage school payment data for the better. The information system will be equipped with an SMS feature that will be sent to the parents of the students concerned so they can know that the school payment has been made. This SMS feature is also useful for sending reports of late payments or SPP arrears to parents of students whose children are late in paying tuition fees. With this program, students can also make tuition payments in two ways. The first is manually or submitting payment to the TU at the school. STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

Decision Support System in Employee Performance Appraisal is a web-based system used to support decision making for outsourcing employee contract extensions. This study aims to provide a decision support information system in employee performance appraisal so that employee performance appraisals and employee contract extension decisions can be carried out systematically. Currently, employee performance appraisals and decision making for employee contract extensions are still done manually using spreadsheets. The method used in the design of decision support systems in the web-based employee performance appraisal is the method of calculating the assessment using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and the prototype system development method. The design of this system provides convenience to the personnel staff and the head of personnel in assessing and making decisions for employees who are about to expire their contract. The system can also be a means for personnel staff in accessing reports on employee data whose performance has been assessed by the division head and makes it easier for personnel staff to make decisions on employee contract extensions. With the system, employees will be more motivated to do their job better.

The recruitment of new mechanics at Mataram Sakti is no longer through the training process at the head office, but new mechanics are placed at the dealership accompanied by the chief mechanic as a supervisor, with the aim of providing training to new mechanics in order to be able to service or periodically repair Yamaha products especially the latest motorbikes namely Yamaha NMAX, because of the flurry sometimes the mechanical head is not in place so that when the mechanic is experiencing problems it cannot directly ask the mechanical head causing the handling of repairs to be less effective and efficient. One way to overcome this is to create a web-based expert system application with a forward chaining method so that the chief mechanic can transfer the knowledge he has into the computer. Forward chaining method is a search technique that starts with known facts and then matches these facts with the IF part of the IF-Then rules, so that conclusions can be drawn. This expert system was built using supporting software including, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, PHP script language, MySQL database and WAMP server. The expert system for diagnosing damage to Yamaha NMAX motorcycles using the forward chaining method can be used as a new mechanical learning media in diagnosing damage to NMAX motorcycles and as a means of chief mechanics transferring their knowledge. 

Gamerground is a computer shop engaged in the sale of laptops, computers, spare parts, accessories supporting and providing repair services. The marketing process is less than optimal because it only sells by phone or social media. There are some problems that occur between them : 1. Stock management is not optimal because of frequent discrepancies between stock records with the amount of goods available so often consumers feel disappointed with the services provided, 2. The issue of uploaded ad duration in uploaded social media will alternate from one product content display to another in a relatively short period of time, 3. The absence of management of consumer sales transactions thus requiring recording of repeated transactions, 4. The decline in sales turnover in recent months, 5. The management of customer or consumer data is less noticed. Based on these problems, this study aims to design a web-based online sales information system mobile on gamerground. This research uses the development of SDLC waterfall model system which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Using PHP and MySQL Server programming language as database. The results of research in the form of Online Sales Information System Web-Based Mobile that can facilitate consumers to view products, make reservations for consumers and management for the admin. This information system is equipped with product management features, order data management, customer data management, preparing order reports and payment confirmation. So that this information system can provide convenience both consumer and admin on gamerground.
