The rapid development of information and communication technology has led to the emergence of various forms of digital-based crimes, including the dissemination of electronic information containing online gambling content through social media. This situation poses challenges for criminal law enforcement, as the parties involved are not limited to gambling operators but also include individuals who promote and facilitate access to online gambling platforms. This study aims to examine criminal liability for perpetrators who disseminate electronic information containing gambling content and to analyze judicial considerations in sentencing, referring to the Decision of the Tanjung Karang District Court Number 823/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Tjk. The method used is normative juridical research with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Data were collected through literature studies of relevant regulations, criminal law doctrines, and court decisions, and then analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the elements of criminal liability are fulfilled, including the existence of a criminal act, intent, capacity to be responsible, and the absence of grounds that eliminate criminal liability. Furthermore, the panel of judges’ considerations reflect a balanced assessment between juridical and non-juridical aspects, resulting in a decision that embodies legal certainty, justice, and utility. This study is expected to contribute to the development of criminal law, particularly in addressing online gambling crimes in the digital space.

This study aims to analyze the role of digital spaces in the transformation of political communication as well as the power relations between society and political elites. The development of social media has now opened new opportunities for society, which can now express criticism and also participate in a more open and transparent public discourse. This study focuses on the case of digital criticism delivered by Salsa Erwina regarding controversial statements made by a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Ahmad Sahroni, which generated various public opinions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with library research. The analysis in this study employs Jan Van Dijk's concept of network society, Jürgen Habermas's concept of public space, and Raewyn Connell's theory of gender and power relations. The results of the study have shown that social media, Moreover, the TikTok platform allows individuals who do not have formal positions within the political structure to influence public opinion through the dissemination of information in digital networks. In addition, this case also demonstrates that digital spaces are capable of expanding women's participation in political communication and also challenging patriarchal power relations. Therefore, digital spaces now have an important role in strengthening public participation, shaping public opinion, and also promoting the accountability of political elites in digital public spaces.

This study aims to improve digital money literacy among the community of Kineppen Village, Munte District, Karo Regency, through education and the implementation of the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) payment system. The research utilized a descriptive qualitative approach, incorporating field observations, interviews, and direct mentoring with four local businesses: Ayam Penyet Pak Lek, Warkop Aim Tigander, Oke Laundry Kineppen, and Pangkas Singarimbun. The findings show that two businesses, Ayam Penyet Pak Lek and Pangkas Singarimbun, successfully adopted QRIS, leading to smoother transactions and increased customer trust. However, the other two businesses, Warkop Aim Tigander and Oke Laundry Kineppen, still face challenges in adopting the system due to limited internet access and deep-rooted traditional cash payment habits. Despite these barriers, the program significantly enhanced the digital literacy of local entrepreneurs, raising their awareness and readiness to participate in the village’s digital economy. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous support and access to technology in fostering the broader adoption of digital payment systems, particularly in rural areas where technological access may still be limited

This study aims to describe strategies for Indonesian language development through the use of Instagram, particularly the Story feature, as a medium for introducing Indonesian lexical equivalents. The study is grounded in the increasing use of foreign terms and code-mixing on social media, highlighting the need for language cultivation efforts that align with digital communication habits. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected from polls, question box responses, and user interaction metrics from the Instagram account @katasetara_. The findings indicate that respondents’ understanding of Indonesian lexical equivalents remains relatively low, as shown by the high percentage of incorrect answers for terms such as caption (57%), typo (56%), and headset (52%). By providing explanations in feed posts, the @katasetara_ account serves as an informative and engaging medium for language cultivation. This study concludes that Instagram holds strong potential as an effective platform for linguistic education when combined with interactive strategies and adherence to standard Indonesian language norms.

This study examines the challenges and opportunities of digital learning in Vocational High Schools (PMK) in Palembang City, which is a crucial issue in the context of vocational education. The main problems identified include limited infrastructure, lack of digital skills among teachers, and unequal access to devices for students. The purpose of this study is to explore how digital learning can be effectively integrated into the PMK curriculum. The method used is an ethnographic approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis in four vocational high schools. The results of the study indicate that despite significant challenges, digital learning offers opportunities to improve students' technological skills and innovation in teaching methods. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for support from the government and educational institutions to overcome these challenges, so that digital learning can contribute optimally in preparing students for an increasingly digital world of work.  

This research aims to determine the effect of the use of digital money on the amount of money circulating in Indonesia. The method used is Library Research (Library) in this writing, this method uses books, and journals, both written and online. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the use of digital money brings efficiency in transactions, reduces operational costs, allows fast payments, and allows better transaction tracking. It changes the way we interact with finance, providing benefits to individuals, businesses, and the economy as a whole. However, it should be noted that security, regulation, and consumer protection are also important concerns in the development of this financial technology.

Bitcoin and Altcoin are digital currencies (cryptocurrencies) that use blockchain technology, a technology that can monitor, supervise, record, and record every transaction that occurs in digital currency. Bitcoin is decentralized, meaning it is spread everywhere, not centralized and cannot be regulated by authorities or other institutions. In making transactions, it is very necessary to recognize digital currencies such as identity, core business, projects being developed, volume of demand and supply, and other indicators. Digital currencies provide business opportunities and loopholes to be able to generate profit from every coin/token traded, but on the other hand these assets are risky for traders and investors due to their high volatility which makes market price movements difficult to predict (unpredictable). To be able to overcome this problem it is necessary to manage finances by taking 10% for trading from the main salary earned, dividing which assets are needed for trading and which are for daily / other living needs and self-control well, when is it time to trade, rest, and when to pause. That way it can save other assets when the other asset is experiencing a decline, so it doesn't disturb the main asset.
