The purpose of this study is to find out how the synergy between post-merger employees at the BSI Denpasar Branch Office. The research methodology used is qualitative research using triangulation in testing credibility as checking data from various sources in various ways and at various times. The informants in this study were employees of the Denpasar Branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia using a purposive technique. As well as data collection in the form of: Interviews and Documentation. This study describes the results under which the synergy between employees who previously came from BNI Syariah, Mandiri Syariah and BRI Syariah was well established.

Corruption is an act of misappropriation or abuse that can harm the state for personal gain. Corruption is the enemy of society because it is carried out by people who are irresponsible and this robs people of their rights. This research discusses how the government authority over corrupt practices in state administrative law and the role of state administrative law in efforts to prevent corrupt practices in government. The type of this research is normative jurdicial research with a descriptive approach. The secondary data sources in this research are observations in books, articles, journals, and other documents. Validation of this data using source triangulation techniques, and analyzed with inductive qualitative techniques. This research concludes that government authority is closely related to state administrative law because this law plays an important role in realizing good and clean governance, especially from corruption. The government can create an authority by implementing a closed system policy. To prevent the entry of outsiders and help strengthen government regulation. The role of state administrative law in corruption practices can be in the form of optimizing leadership, improving administration, increasing the integrity and synergy of the bureaucracy, as well as strengthening legal awareness regarding corruption in the community.

              The objectives of this study were to: (1) find out how the implementation of anti-corruption education in order to strengthen the value of honesty character in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban (2) find out whether the implementation of anti-corruption education is correct to strengthen the value of honesty character in class VIII students. (3) Knowing the factors that support and hinder the implementation of anti-corruption education in order to strengthen the value of the character of honesty in class VIII students.This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. The subjects of this research include principals, vice principals, PPKn teachers, and students. The data source uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by technique triangulation and source triangulation. The research data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with an interactive model.             The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban has provided anti-corruption education lessons because anti-corruption education is very important to learn with anti-corruption education in the curriculum can teach students to be honest, responsible and teach things about the dangers of committing crimes. corruption, so that students in the future of our country can be free from corrupt behavior. 2) True anti-corruption education is a reinforcement of the character value of honesty. 3) there are 2 influencing factors, namely: a. supporting factors: teacher commitment, adequate school infrastructure, parental support, conducive environment, cooperation of all components, teachers working together, the role of BK teachers in dealing with students; b. Inhibiting factors: The Covid-19 outbreak, lack of motivation, differences of opinion, teachers feel overwhelmed, the ability of teachers to choose subjects, anti-corruption education has not been fully implemented, there are still some teachers who have not integrated, and students' low interest in learning.

The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the values ​​of democratic character in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban (2) To analyze the role of PPKn teachers in developing democratic character values ​​in students at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. The subjects of this research include principals, vice principals, PPKn teachers, and students. The data source uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation, both techniques and sources. The research data were analyzed using interactive model qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban has implemented democratic character values, by integrating democratic character values ​​in each subject so that students are accustomed to applying democratic character values, (2) teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban has carried out its role well, it can be shown that the teacher always provides encouragement, motivation and habituation to students in developing the value of the character of honesty. Character education in elementary schools requires special attention to apply it in the lives of students in order to form a strong noble character foundation attitude, environmental problems often occur in Indonesia and the lack of environmental awareness by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Siasem 04, thus students can carry out any of the following: one character value, namely caring for the environment in daily life, in developing efforts to improve the surrounding environment. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education caring for the social and non-social environment, and various kinds of obstacles that exist in SD Negeri Siasem 04. Using qualitative research types. The primary data of the study were students, while the secondary data were the principal and teachers, as well as other supporting documents. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources. The results showed that 1) The implementation of environmental care character education in SD Negeri Siasem 04 was carried out through, a) Environmentally friendly school policies, b) Implementation of an environment-based curriculum, c) Participatory-based environmental activities, d) Management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities, 2) Obstacles in implementing environmental care character education at SD Negeri Siasem 04, namely, a) Not including Adiwiyata schools. Lack of awareness of students and lack of understanding of students about the vision, mission and goals of the school, b) The curriculum is not independent and students lack understanding of the environment c) Lack of awareness of school residents to protect the environment. d) Students lack awareness to buy healthy food and damaged supporting facilities.

This article discusses the Internalization of Islamic Values ​​in Youth at the Nurul Falah Mosque Block Kana Palembang. It is important to instill Islamic values ​​in Muslims, including mosque youth, as the next generation of the nation. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The method of collecting data is through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique begins with data reduction, then data presentation and finally data verification. Meanwhile, the technique for examining data integrity is through triangulation which consists of triangulation of time, sources and methods. The results obtained are Islamic Values ​​in Youth at the Nurul Falah Mosque Block Kana Palembang which have been well implemented, through the field of mosque worship. Some of the activities carried out are related to the cultivation of Islamic values ​​for mosque youth, namely the values ​​of faith, shari'ah values ​​and moral values. To internalize these Islamic values, several activities are carried out, namely Islamic studies which are held every Saturday night, then study of classic books on the first Sunday morning of every month, Islamic studies on national holidays, as well as routine activities every Friday night.

This study aims to improve the activeness and learning achievement of students by applying simulation methods in Strategy and Planning of Studying courses. This research is a class action research. The research setting was regular semester VI students, totaling 50 students who took Strategy and Planning of Studying courses. The research design involves the lecturer as the main researcher and at the same time the perpetrators of the action, the observer lecturer and students as the subject of the students. The way the research is carried out through: 1. planning, 2. implementation of class actions, 3. monitoring and evaluation, 4. analysis and reflection, 5. summarizing results. Data collection uses observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires: Test the validity of the data using triangulation of          methods and sources.Research this action by applying simulation methods in Strategy and Planning of Studying courses. The results of this action research are 1) The application of simulation learning methods can increase student activities. An increase in learning activities from cycle I to cycle II, and from cycle II to cycle III. 2) Application of simulation learning  methods can optimize student learning achievement. Student learning achievement has increased from learning achievement cycle I to cycle II, and from cycle II to cycle III.
