This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for education administration in MTsN Batang, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate recommendations for service improvement. The study used a mixed-methods design with an evaluative approach to the CIPP model. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires from 60 respondents, while qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Kruskal-Wallis tests, while qualitative data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's thematic analysis. The study found that SPM implementation reached 72%, with the highest achievement in student administration (85%) and the lowest in financial administration (58%). The Kruskal-Wallis test showed a significant difference in perception between groups (p=0.032). The thematic analysis identified three themes: digitization of services, human resource capacity, and transparency of accountability. The implications of the research show the need to increase human resource capacity, optimize management information systems, and strengthen coordination with the Ministry of Religion.

Education is a planned effort aimed at creating an effective learning environment where students can develop their potentials; it seeks to ensure that students become individuals who are confident, competent, independent, and responsible. Introducing students to the Qur'an is one of the ways to increase their faith. Education that includes Qur'an study has a very broad purpose, with its main goal being to influence the individual as a being who obeys their Creator and to reflect this through Islamic values. This study aims to evaluate the Tahfiz Qur'an program at SMA-TQ Mu'adz bin Jabal using the CIPP evaluation model. The research was conducted at SMA-TQ Mu'adz bin Jabal Kendari, using a qualitative descriptive method with the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The reason the author uses the CIPP evaluation model to evaluate the Tahfiz Al-Quran program is because it provides relevance in the decision-making process related to the planning of the program being implemented. The data collection process was conducted using observation and interview techniques. The results of this study show that the Tahfidz Al-Quran program at SMA-TQ Mu'adz bin Jabal Kendari has made real progress or development in every component—context, input, process, and product. These range from human resources supporting the program to facilities that do not create much burden and do not require special funding. However, the collaboration between the school and the parents has not yet been effectively implemented; this is because not every parent is able to track their children’s progress in Quran memorization.

The Ten Scholars per Village Scholarship Program (SESAR) is an initiative of the Bojonegoro Regency Government to expand access to higher education for rural communities. This study evaluates the implementation of the program using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The evaluation was conducted through interviews, document analysis, observations, and information from program implementers to assess policy relevance, resource readiness, process quality, and achieved outcomes. The results indicate that the program is relevant to the goal of educational equity; however, the distribution of beneficiaries has not been even due to differences in the number of applicants and socio-economic conditions among villages. In terms of context, the program aligns with the need for equitable access to higher education, although beneficiary distribution remains uneven. From the input perspective, regulations and funding are adequate, but administrative requirements and higher education accreditation criteria still limit potential applicants. Regarding the process, the selection mechanism follows the established guidelines; nevertheless, socialization remains insufficient, document verification poses challenges, and fund disbursement is often delayed. In the product aspect, the program provides tangible benefits by supporting the continuity of higher education for rural students, although its overall effectiveness still requires improvement.

This study evaluates the AIESEC Incoming Global Volunteer (IGV) Program at the Veteran National Development University in Yogyakarta using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, non-participatory observation, and documentation studies, with validity ensured through triangulation. The findings reveal that the IGV Program is highly relevant to the university’s internationalization agenda and contributes significantly to strengthening cross-cultural competencies among students. The availability of resources and the overall implementation of the program have been effective, though improvements are needed in ensuring consistent mentoring for international participants. The evaluation highlights that the program has generated positive outcomes, particularly in enhancing intercultural competencies and fostering collaboration with local partners. These results underscore the importance of sustaining and refining the IGV Program as a strategic initiative to support global engagement and student development.

The context aspect is considered successful, but the input aspect needs improvement, especially in athlete resources with the main obstacle being the lack of government funding in fostering achievement training.
