This study aims to examine the concept of crisis response in the Qur'an and its relevance to medical triage practices in contemporary healthcare settings. The method used is a qualitative approach with thematic interpretation (maudhu’i) of Qur’anic verses related to saving lives, emergency conditions (darurah), justice, responsibility, and human limitations. The analysis focuses on how Qur’anic ethical principles can provide guidance in situations where medical resources are limited and difficult decisions must be made. The results show that the Qur'an offers an ethical framework that emphasizes the priority of saving human life, flexibility in emergencies, justice in decision-making, proportional consideration of benefit and harm, and recognition of human limitations in determining outcomes. These principles are closely aligned with the values of modern medical bioethics, namely beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy, and justice. Therefore, the Qur'anic perspective can serve as an integrative ethical foundation for medical triage practices, not only in terms of professional and interpersonal responsibility, but also as part of spiritual accountability before God. This research contributes to the development of interdisciplinary studies between Qur'anic studies, Islamic ethics, and medical bioethics.

Pendidikan karakter menjadi fokus penting dalam dunia pendidikan karena meningkatnya tantangan moral peserta didik di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasinya, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap perkembangan moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Plus Al-Ghifari. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, wali kelas, dan siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis dokumen sekolah, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter telah diintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah, dengan dukungan utama berupa kepedulian guru, kerja sama dengan orang tua, serta inisiatif peserta didik. Namun, implementasi masih menghadapi kendala seperti pengaruh lingkungan sosial, keterlibatan keluarga yang belum optimal, ketidakkonsistenan ketegasan pendidik, dan kesulitan adaptasi peserta didik baru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan lingkungan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas pendidikan karakter.

This study examines the relationship between the concept of rahmah in the Qur’an and the concept of the Adversity Quotient as an indicator of spiritual and psychological resilience among Muslim individuals in facing life’s challenges. The significance of this research lies in its effort to integrate Islamic spiritual values with modern psychological theories in understanding human capacity to endure and manage life pressures. This study aims to explain the interpretations of Qur’anic exegetes regarding the concept of rahmah and to demonstrate its contribution to the formation of the Adversity Quotient in human character. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research and thematic analysis of relevant Qur’anic verses, combined with a descriptive-analytical method for data interpretation. The findings indicate that rahmah encompasses spiritual, psychological, and social dimensions that play a vital role in strengthening inner resilience, emotional balance, and a positive perspective toward life’s trials. The novelty of this study lies in linking rahmah as a manifestation of divine compassion with the enhancement of the Adversity Quotient within the framework of Islamic psychology. Practically, a deep understanding of rahmah can serve as a foundation for moral education, Islamic counseling, and spiritual development oriented toward resilience and human dignity.

Penelitian ini menganalisis praktik akuntansi keberlanjutan pada Arif Barbershop, sebuah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Jombang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana barbershop menerapkan prinsip Environmental, Social, dan Governance (ESG) dalam operasional sehari-hari. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Arif Barbershop telah menerapkan praktik lingkungan dasar seperti pengelolaan limbah rambut melalui kantong plastik ke tempat pembuangan sampah, serta efisiensi energi dengan mematikan peralatan listrik setelah jam operasional. Dari aspek sosial, barbershop menjaga kepuasan pelanggan melalui konsistensi kualitas layanan dan sistem bagi hasil (60:40) kepada karyawan. Praktik tata kelola, meskipun bersifat informal, mencakup pencatatan keuangan sederhana menggunakan buku biasa. Namun demikian, barbershop belum memiliki izin usaha formal dan belum menerapkan kerangka akuntansi keberlanjutan yang terstandar. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa UMKM dapat mempraktikkan akuntansi keberlanjutan secara intuitif, dan menyarankan perlunya program pelatihan serta alat pelaporan yang disederhanakan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dalam mendorong investasi syariah melalui fungsi regulator, pengawas, pelindung konsumen, penjaga stabilitas sistem keuangan, serta edukasi dan literasi keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan analisis tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa OJK berperan strategis dalam menciptakan ekosistem investasi yang aman dan berkelanjutan. Regulasi yang adaptif meningkatkan kepastian hukum dan kepercayaan investor, sementara pengawasan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip kehati-hatian dan syariah. Perlindungan konsumen dilakukan melalui pengawasan praktik investasi dan penanganan pengaduan, sedangkan stabilitas sistem keuangan dijaga melalui koordinasi dengan Bank Indonesia dan Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan. Selain itu, edukasi dan literasi keuangan syariah berperan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat. Namun, terdapat tantangan berupa rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, perkembangan fintech yang pesat, serta kesenjangan implementasi regulasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan yang adaptif dan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan.

Di PPK Alif Laam Miim, observasi menunjukkan bahwa santri kelas 7 dan 9 terus mengalami masalah mengelola waktu, seperti menunda tugas dan bingung karena jadwal bertabrakan. Dengan menggunakan triangulasi dan analisis tematik, studi kasus ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi terhadap lima santri dan satu guru BK. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya pesantren, disiplin, dan interaksi dengan layanan BK dipengaruhi oleh manajemen waktu. Guru BK berperan penting dalam menetapkan prioritas, membuat rutinitas, dan mendorong disiplin. Perubahan, seperti jadwal yang lebih terorganisir, sangat membantu santri. Meskipun penelitian terbatas pada sampel kecil dan satu lokasi, keberhasilan lebih dipengaruhi oleh kualitas interaksi konselor daripada disiplin semata.

Etos kerja dan kewirausahaan ialah aspek penting dalam membangun kesejahteraan individu dan masyarakat, namun dalam praktiknya belum sepenuhnya berlandaskan nilai-nilai keislaman. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai konsep kerja dan kewirausahaan yang bersumber dari ajaran Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep etos kerja dan kewirausahaan berdasarkan tafsir al-Qur’an dan hadits Nabi sebagai landasan moral dan spiritual dalam aktivitas ekonomi. Studi ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan melalui penelaahan berbagai literatur berupa buku tafsir, kitab hadits, serta artikel jurnal ilmiah yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan tematik untuk menemukan nilai-nilai utama yang terkandung dalam ajaran Islam terkait aktivitas kerja dan usaha. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa Islam menekankan nilai kerja keras, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kemandirian, disiplin, serta orientasi keberkahan sebagai prinsip utama dalam bekerja dan berwirausaha. Kesimpulannya, etos kerja dan kewirausahaan dalam perspektif Islam tidak hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian materi, melainkan juga pada pembentukan akhlak mulia sekaligus kepatuhan kepada Allah sebagai tujuan utama kehidupan.

Palgunadi Selatan Village, RT 07/RW 05, Bulu Lor Subdistrict, North Semarang, possesses distinctive local potential in the form of community-based grape cultivation. However, this potential has not yet been systematically integrated into spatial and environmental planning at the neighborhood scale. This community service program aims to identify local potential and environmental constraints, formulate a design concept for a grape-based thematic village, and strengthen collaboration between residents, universities, and local stakeholders. The implementation method employs field observation, identification of potential and problems, environmental analysis, participatory discussions with the  community, and formulation of a spatial design concept. The results of the program are presented in the form of a conceptual design for the Grape-Based Thematic Village along Palgunadi Selatan Street, which includes gateway elements, pedestrian pathways, communal seating areas, pergola systems for grape cultivation, neighborhood bridges, vertical planting systems, and security posts. This design concept enhances environmental quality, strengthens the visual identity of the neighborhood, and creates opportunities for community-based economic activities and educational tourism. Furthermore, the program contributes to increased community awareness and participation in environmentally responsive and locally based neighborhood development, supporting the realization of a more organized, attractive, productive, and sustainable urban settlement.

Tax compliance is a crucial element in supporting state revenue and reflects the integrity of the public bureaucracy. However, the level of tax compliance among State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Indonesia still faces various challenges. To date, the literature on ASN tax compliance tends to be partial and does not provide a comprehensive overview of the evolution of theories and emerging methodological trends. This study aims to map the development of research related to ASN tax compliance in Indonesia during the 2020–2024 period through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This study analyzed ten scientific articles obtained from national academic databases, focusing on the variables, theories, and methods used in previous research. The analysis was conducted qualitatively and descriptively to identify patterns of findings and research gaps. The study results indicate that ASN tax compliance is influenced by factors such as tax knowledge, sanctions, awareness, trust, institutional factors, and digital technology. This study contributes by developing a research map that integrates the Theory of Planned Behavior and Institutional Trust Theory as a basis for fiscal policy for ASN. These results provide a basis for the government to design more effective tax policies and training.

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat mendorong perubahan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, sehingga pembelajaran abad ke-21 tidak hanya menekankan pemahaman materi, tetapi juga menuntut penguatan empat kompetensi inti atau 4C, yaitu berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Integrasi teknologi menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif, adaptif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mensintesis temuan dari sebelas artikel ilmiah yang membahas implementasi teknologi dalam mengembangkan keterampilan 4C pada pembelajaran modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah fokus, desain, serta hasil penelitian dari setiap artikel, kemudian mengintegrasikannya melalui analisis tematik untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih menyeluruh. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai bentuk teknologi seperti platform pembelajaran digital, aplikasi mobile, media interaktif, kecerdasan buatan, serta perangkat kolaboratif mampu memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik. Teknologi terbukti memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui kegiatan analisis informasi dan pemecahan masalah berbasis digital; meningkatkan kreativitas melalui pembuatan konten multimedia dan eksplorasi ide; memperluas kemampuan komunikasi melalui diskusi virtual, presentasi digital, dan interaksi sinkron maupun asinkron; serta mendorong kolaborasi melalui proyek kelompok berbasis platform daring yang memudahkan koordinasi dan pembagian tugas. Secara keseluruhan, integrasi teknologi memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap pengembangan 4C, meskipun keberhasilannya tetap sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru, dukungan sarana, serta desain pembelajaran yang tepat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi digital pendidik dan penguatan lingkungan belajar berbasis teknologi agar keterampilan 4C dapat dioptimalkan dalam pembelajaran abad 21. Dowry and slaves are two different things. Mahar is property or something given by a husband to his wife as part of their marriage. This is supported by a hadith from Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam which says "Marry a woman with a dowry even if it's only a piece of egg." (Narrated by Bukhari). Meanwhile, slaves are human beings who are the same as other people and have rights that must be respected. There are several hadiths from Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam which emphasizes protection for slaves. One example is "Indeed Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala will empower three people: a young man who is given an advantage by Allah in worship, a man who donates alms in secret so that his left hand does not know what his right hand is doing, and a slave owner who are honest and treat them well." (Narrated by Bukhari). This shows that slaves must be treated fairly and well by their employers and must not be seen as merchandise or exploited to work without pay.

The development of thematic teaching materials at the elementary school level requires a deep understanding of students’ learning needs to ensure that the presented material is relevant, contextual, and capable of improving learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the learning needs of elementary school students as a basis for developing effective thematic teaching materials. Literature related to learning needs, teaching material design, integrated thematic approaches, and the characteristics of students’ cognitive development were analyzed comprehensively. The results of the study indicate that students’ learning needs include contextual material, concrete visualizations, collaborative activities, and varied learning media. Challenges include limitations of teachers in conducting needs analysis, suboptimal utilization of technology, and the suitability of material to the local context. This article provides strategic recommendations for designing student-needs-based thematic teaching materials that are adaptive, engaging, and competency-oriented.

This study discusses the development of thematic teaching materials in elementary schools to improve the quality of learning in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results show that the thematic teaching materials developed with approaches such as Project Based Learning (PjBL), Problem Based Learning (PBL), and Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) can enhance students' critical thinking, creativity, and social responsibility skills. The integration of local wisdom values as well as the use of digital and contextual teaching materials make learning more engaging, interactive, and meaningful. The thematic teaching materials based on these innovative learning models can help students develop 21st-century skills. Thus, the development of thematic teaching materials based on innovative models is an effective strategy for creating quality learning in elementary schools that is relevant to curriculum demands and the needs of today's learners. The use of technology and contextual approaches enriches students' learning experiences, making them more relevant and beneficial in daily life.
