This study examines the impact of government policies on the distribution and quality of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers in Indonesia, as a crucial component in efforts to improve the quality of education services during the golden age. Governmment policies such as the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 137 of 2014 concerning National PAUD Standards, tiered training, teacher certification, Teacher Professional Education (PPG), and the Teacher Mover program have significantly contributed to improving educator competency. However, the implementation of these policies still faces various obstacles, particularly related to the unequal distribution of educators between urban and 3T areas, limited access to education, and the low welfare of non-civil servant teachers. The study results indicate that government policies have increased teacher awareness of the importance of academic qualifications and professional competencies, but the impact on equity has not been optimal due to geographical factors and unequal regional support. This analysis emphasizes the need to strengthen the data-based teacher needs mapping system, improve ongoing training programs, and provide more appropriate welfare support for PAUD teachers. Therefore, collaboration between the central government, regional governments, professional organizations, and the community is key to ensuring the distribution of educators and improving the quality of PAUD services nationally. This study is expected to serve as a reference in developing more effective and equitable policies for PAUD educators in Indonesia.

This research intends to examine the application of the Child-Friendly School (CFS) policy in Sidoarjo Regency, concentrating on its effects on educational quality, changes in school culture, and the efficiency of collaborative governance among involved parties. The research is based on the necessity to enhance secure, inclusive, and child-focused learning settings that align with the regional government’s dedication to transforming public education services. A qualitative case study method was employed, which included informants from the Education and Culture Office, school leaders, educators, and participants from child advocacy groups. The results indicate that the CFS policy in Sidoarjo has effectively improved student engagement, teacher awareness of humanistic methods, and collaboration among institutions to foster a positive learning environment. The implementation of the policy illustrates a transition in school culture from an emphasis on instruction to a compassionate learning environment. Additionally, digital advancements and data-based reporting systems have enhanced transparency and accountability. In summary, Sidoarjo’s CFS policy demonstrates an effective implementation of public value management and collaborative governance principles within education policy. The research suggests improving teacher abilities, reinforcing assessment systems, and increasing inter-sector cooperation to guarantee the program's sustainability

A clean and healthy lifestyle is a health behavior that is realized through caring for oneself, family members and other people in the environment. Cultivating a healthy lifestyle is not just about washing hands, but throwing away rubbish so that students are exposed to a clean and healthy lifestyle. The researcher aims to conduct a literature review regarding clean and healthy lifestyles in elementary schools. Several PHBS programs researched from various articles show that clean and healthy lifestyles include washing hands, exercise, healthy snacks and proper waste disposal. Researchers used a technique (Systematic Literature Review). The target of this research is elementary school educators, because teacher awareness in educating children to behave in a clean and healthy lifestyle is still low. From the results of this research, it is hoped that teachers can teach and introduce clean and healthy lifestyles to children and provide several supporting services in implementing PHBS.

This study aims to analyze teacher awareness of lesson plans in the learning process at MI Miftahul Alim Habau which includes: analysis of teacher awareness of lesson plans and professionalism, teacher understanding in preparing lesson plans, and implementation of the learning process. This study used a quantitative survey method by collecting data by filling out a questionnaire/questionnaire and using a non-test instrument. The object of research is teachers who teach at MI Miftahul Alim Habau. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between teacher awareness of lesson plans in the learning process.
