This study aims to evaluate learning planning based on the Merdeka Curriculum and the 2013 Curriculum at MAN 1 Padang City. The method used is descriptive qualitative through field observation and in-depth interviews with mathematics teachers and vice principals of madrasahs for curriculum. The research instruments are in the form of observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques are carried out descriptively with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that teachers have compiled teaching tools such as RPP and teaching modules collaboratively and systematically. The assessment is carried out with a formative and summative approach and is accompanied by remedial and enrichment programs. The Olympiad program, use of books, LKPD, and teaching materials are also quite effective even though there are still obstacles such as limited time and variations in student abilities. In general, learning has led to a contextual and flexible approach. Thus it can be concluded that the Learning planning is very effective, namely 92,55%. Therefore, further training is needed to improve the quality of learning planning based on the Independent Curriculum.

The teacher's ability to summarize learning material for students is important because it will provide confirmation of the material that has been studied at the meeting. In concluding the material the teacher can provide a summary of important points regarding the material studied at the meeting. Students will also find it easier to understand the meeting material. Students come to know the essence of learning. The aim of summarizing the learning material is to determine the teacher's level of success in providing explanations of the subject matter. This study covers various methods and strategies used in summarizing learning material, including training, collaboration between teachers, and the application of educational technology. Through the use of these approaches, this journal explores the results of improving the quality of teaching and learning processes in education. The results of this research underline the importance of developing teachers' abilities in summarizing learning material as one of the main factors in creating an effective learning environment. This journal provides valuable insights for educators, educational policy makers, and researchers to continue to develop approaches that can improve teachers' abilities to summarize learning material effectively, which in turn will contribute to increasing student achievement and the overall quality of education

This study aims to describe the process of learning the subject of fiqh in class I MI Miftahul Huda Karangturi in the 2022/2023 academic year. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of field research, where researchers directly collect data at the research location. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the fiqh learning process at MI Miftahul Huda Karangturi has been carried out systematically including planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, several obstacles were found in the learning process, such as the dominant use of the lecture method, low class management by teachers, low student interest in learning, limited teaching materials, and minimal use of learning media. The recommended efforts to overcome these obstacles include: the application of varied learning methods, improving teachers' abilities in managing classes and building emotional closeness with students, giving educational sanctions to students who are less focused, using interesting learning media, providing capable learning aids, and utilizing technology to support fiqh learning more optimally.

The background of this research is that students feel that the methods used by the teacher are less varied so that students feel bored, then the teacher rarely connects learning material with student interests. In addition, the teacher explains more about the lesson than the students. The teacher only conveys material to students, while students have different abilities in understanding the material. The research objective was to find out how the principles of motivation, activity and individuality were applied by PAI teachers in class 2A at SMP N 1 Singingi Hilir. This study uses a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The key informants were PAI teachers and the supporting informants were class 2A students. Data analysis in this study was done by reducing data, displaying data, and then drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it was found: (1) Principles of motivation: teachers rarely choose teaching materials that suit students' interests, teachers rarely use teaching methods and techniques that students like, teachers rarely make corrections as soon as possible to student work and share the results with students. (2) The principle of activity: teachers rarely use multi-methods and multi-media in learning (3) The principle of individuality: teachers rarely use methods that are able to serve the needs of students according to their characteristics, then teachers also rarely use media in learning, then teachers rarely determine the right treatment for the students concerned
