Emerging technologies play a crucial role in transforming education by fostering inclusivity and equity. This study explores how artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and adaptive learning platforms contribute to overcoming traditional barriers to education. The research adopts a qualitative approach, analyzing case studies and recent advancements in educational technology. Findings reveal that these technologies enhance accessibility for students with disabilities, provide personalized learning experiences, and bridge educational gaps in underprivileged regions. The study highlights the importance of policy support and infrastructure development to maximize the benefits of technological integration in education. The implications suggest that adopting emerging technologies can create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment, ensuring education for all.

Financing is the main function and product of Islamic banking, namely the distribution of funds aimed at helping those in need, and if managed properly, can contribute significantly to Islamic banking income. However, in their distribution, funds carry many risks due to the uncertain and diverse nature of humans. This risk is reflected in the existence of loans that face problems that reduce the profits or profitability of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the profitability (ROA) of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah By including Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) as the independent variable and profitability (ROA) as the dependent variable. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population or research theme is the annual report of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah. A total of 9 samples were taken from the Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Quarterly Financial Report for the 2016-2018 period. Based on the test results, it is known that tcount = - 1.4 98 < t table = 1.8 3 3 Financing and NonPerforming Financing (NPF) both have no significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA). While the Financing to deposit Ratio (FDR) regression shows a significant influence on Profitability (ROA). The amount of tcount is 1.859 > ttable 1.833

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and digital literatures and financial management on the performance of UMKM. This research used quantitative research using associative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents of UMKN business actors in Cilacap District. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using Path Coefficients Test, Modes of Goodness Test, and Hypothesis Testing. Path coefficient value of the influence of financial management on the performance of UMKM. The results of the linear test and the output of column coefficients and T-tables are known that financial management has a significant effect on performance as seen from the p value 0.005 <0.05. Good and correct financial management will provide benefits and advantages for  UMKM  actors.  Several  related  institutions  can  provide  financial  and  digital  literatures training assistance. Training not only provides theoretical knowledge but also provides activities such as workshops and mentoring continuously.

Stock Prices Fluctuation affected by market conditions indicates that the company is not doing well. Fluctuations in the share price of Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia are influenced by unstable market conditions. The aim of this study is to find out whether the stocks which have been recommended by PT. Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia 2021 is superior or inferior. The data used in this study were in the form of secondary data contained in the Market Outlook published by PT. Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia, which consisted of 33 stocks during the research period. Moreover, this type of research used case studies. The result of the study shows that the value of the regression constant is negative with a significance value smaller than the significance level of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of PT Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia's stock portfolio for the January–December 2021 period is inferior which shows that the performance of the portfolio with the index has bad performance. In addition, companies whose shares have good performance are expected to maintain their company's performance, while companies that have bad performance can improve their company's performance. 

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. This study aims to determine the influence of external business environmental factors and strategic planning on company performance. This study was conducted with a sample of 30 respondents with this sampling technique is probability sampling from multiple linear regression calculations, obtained Y = 3.302 + 0.564X1 + 0.661X2 The results of this study obtained t test, for variables: External Business Environment Factors (X1) t count (2.505) > t table (2.051831) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of External Business Environmental Factors on Company Performance. Meanwhile, for the results of the t-test of Strategic Planning (X2), namely t count (2.690) > t table (2.051831) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant effect of Strategic Planning on Company Performance. Based on the calculated F test of 36,489 > Ftable 3.35, which means that simultaneously or together External Business Environmental Factors (X1) and Strategic Planning (X2) have a significant effect on Company Performance.

The problem in this study is, Based on the background of the problem, the problem of this research is "How is the use of the abbreviated Slang for Aliyah students?" The purpose of this study Based on the research problems above, the purpose of this study was to find out the use of abbreviated slang in Aliyah students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were Aliyah students aged between 15-18 years and totaling 20 students. The time and place of this research is at the library, school, and at home because this research is a documentation research. The research instrument is the researcher. The data collected is in accordance with the research data, the researcher uses a tool in the form of a recorder or table. Data collection techniques are methods used by researchers in gathering information or facts in the field. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. By collecting written evidence through photos. The results of this study are data on the use of slang words for abbreviations.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using picture series on students' speaking skill. The researcher had done at MTSS Nagari Binjai. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. Firstly, students paid less attention to the English teacher. Secondly, they were afraid of making mistake to express ideas. In this research a quasi-experimental design was used by the researcher. The researcher used pre-test and post-test to experimental and control class. The sample was 2A as experimental class and taught by using picture series and 2B as control class and taught without using picture series. To determine the sample, the experimental and control class, the researcher utilized SPSS 20 to examine the data and check for normality and homogeneity. The researcher utilized the t-test formula to test the hypothesis and consulted the results in a t-table with level of significance of 0.05. It was found that there was a significant effect of using picture series toward students speaking skill. Then there was a significant difference between students who were taught using picture series and those who were taught without them. The value of t-calculated in the post-test from the experimental and control classes was greater than the t-table (3.4 > 2.021). The last hypothesis was that teaching with picture series was superior than teaching without picture series in terms of improving students' speaking skill. In the post-test, the mean score of the experimental class was greater than the control class (8.10 > 2.54).

Internet technology is currently developing rapidly, the need for internet in the community in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing because studying and working can be done at home. By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

Educational game is a game which is specifically designed as a tool to accomplish educational needs. Therefore, it has to be projected in an exact precision to achieve its goal: educating, and increasing the user knowledge and skills. There are some problems which frequently happened at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, firstly, the number of props of traffic signs is limited so it is not proportional to the number of meetings in the existing curriculum and students must repeat the same material. Secondly, there isn’t suitable learning support media to add props to traffic signs that are still lacking. The software used in this game development was Adobe Flash CS6. The research was conducted through R&D; Research and Development method by processed through some stages. First, problem identification stage, then, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and the final step was the product trials. The validation was carried out by the expert validators and product user. Based on the research conducted, it concluded that this game has 43 signs which fulfill the number of signs that must be taught to students according to the curriculum at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, 18% which is most often found on the road from the total number of traffic signs in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 13 years 2014.

Salah satunya adalah dengan menyediakan pemandu wisata yang juga memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan pariwisata. Dengan demikian ketrampilan seorang pemandu wisata juga harus diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan teknik kepemaduan para pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan praktek langsung di Kota Lama Semarang. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini diharapkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan kepemanduan pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang meningkat dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pariwisata di kota Semarang. Kriptografi adalah ilmu yang mempelajari tentang keamanan pesan, sehingga membuat pesan tidak dapat dibaca oleh orang yang tidak berwenang. Oleh karena itu penulis menggunakan metode Kriptografi yang bernama Playfair Cipher untuk diimplementasikan pada sebuah aplikasi agar aplikasi tersebut mampu mengubah file teks menjadi file terenkripsi dan sebaliknya. Untuk menganalisa proses pada aplikasi, penulis menggunakan beberapa file diantaranya ( .txt ), ( .docx ), dan ( .pdf ). Sehingga dari hasil analisis tersebut dihasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa semakin besar ukuran file yang akan melalui proses enkripsi atau dekripsi maka akan semakin lama pula proses enkripsi atau dekripsinya. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan akan membantu mengubah file teks menjadi file terenkripsi dan sebaliknya.

Fatigue is a problem that needs attention. All types of work both formal and informal cause fatiguehWork. Fatiguehwork will reduce performance and increase work errors. Fishermen are one of the marine communities that need to receive government attention in the health sector, namely fishermen, because fishermen's work is dangerous to health. The purpose of this study was to describe work fatigue in fishermen in Waisarisa Village, Kairatu Barat District, West Seram Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research. with a total sample of 20 respondents. By way of sampling, namely Total Sampling. The data that has been collected is then tabulated in a table according to the variable to be measured. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of editing, coding, tabulation and statistical testing. The statistical test used was univariate. The results showed that 12 people (60%) had a work attitude that was considered the most at risk, and 35% had work fatigue. It was concluded that what can be described in this study shows that work attitudesrespondentor fisherman is best described with a heavy risk attitude. And in the most fatigue described there are respondents who experience a lot of fatigue at work.

Along with the progress of the Digitalization Era, people's needs are increasingly complex so that they must be followed by optimizing excellent public services and one of the ways that must be carried out by the state apparatus is by utilizing information technology or also known as Public Information System Management. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, chapter I article 1 paragraph 7 states that the National Zakat Amil Agency, hereinafter referred to as BAZNAS, is an institution that manages zakat nationally. Furthermore, in Chapter II article 5 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 it is stated that to carry out zakat management, the Government establishes BAZNAS domiciled in the State capital which is a non-structural government institution that is independent and responsible to the President through the Minister. SIMBA can be used by BAZNAS throughout Indonesia as an operational standard for zakat institutions and national zakat reporting. SIMBA or BAZNAS Information Management System is a system that is a new breakthrough in terms of fulfilling the role of the national zakat coordinator for the creation of a transparent and accountable zakat management system throughout Indonesia. With an online basis, the role of the zakat coordinator can reach almost all parts of Indonesia. Anemia during pregnancy is still a global problem. The government synergizes with health workers to reduce the prevalence of anemia, one of which is by administering iron supplements. However, this alternative has not been able to reduce the incidence of anemia in Indonesia. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine strategies to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Qualitative research with a single holistic case study approach. Research informants were heads of puskesmas, midwives, nutritionists, ATLM, doctors, and anemic pregnant women. Data collection for 1 month. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. The data collection instruments were interview guides, study documentation, observations, logbooks and field notes. The results of this study, there are 4 themes namely: 1) increasing the competence of human resources; 2) providing more comprehensive health education and simpler word choices; 3) Educational media innovation by utilizing online platforms; and 4) husband and family support. Therefore, increasing human resources can be through training and technical guidance on the management of anemia during pregnancy and anemia hematology examination, utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Whatsapp. increased blood especially drinks that can block the absorption of iron. Also, husbands encourage and remind pregnant women to regularly consume iron tablets every day.

This is because investing in certain sectors of the economy can quickly change the various economic challenges facing a country. Both private and public investment bring many benefits, including job creation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth. This type of research is quantitative research. The research instrument used is documentation of research instruments through books and scientific journals. Data analysis using multiple regression method. As a result, it can be seen that foreign investment has a large positive effect on economic growth. Foreign direct investment helps Indonesia achieve stable national development. But domestic investment has no effect on economic growth. The implementation of this research is the need for the government's role as a regulator to support increased domestic and international investment in order to encourage Indonesia's economic growth.

This study reviews micro-learning including its use, benefits, and limitation. This study is library research. The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. However, not all educators have the capacity and time to prepare content. Microlearning strategies are related to the individual qualities of learners, the propensity of teachers to utilize digital technology, and external circumstances such as the availability of learning resources.
