Kota Lama Semarang telah menjadi salah satu daya tarik wisata yang menarik minat wisatawan baik dari dalam kota Semarang maupun luar kota Semarang. Pemerintah Kota Semarang melalui Badan Pengembangan Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang merevitalisasi Kota Lama Semarang sehingga menjadi tempat yang nyaman untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Selain memperbaiki kondisi fisik, pemerintah juga memperbaiki dan meningkatkan fasilitas di Kota Lama Semarang. Salah satunya adalah dengan menyediakan pemandu wisata yang juga memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan pariwisata. Dengan demikian ketrampilan seorang pemandu wisata juga harus diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan teknik kepemaduan para pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan praktek langsung di Kota Lama Semarang. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini diharapkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan kepemanduan pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang meningkat dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pariwisata di kota Semarang. This community service aims to assist 25 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ciung Wanara tourist location, Ciamis district, boost their sales turnover in 2022. The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy. This type of business is very stable, not affected by inflation, flexible, and not overly reliant on the macro-financial system. The role of digital marketing facilitates MSME actors' ability to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, raise awareness, and increase sales turnover. MSME actors in Ciung Wanara gain insight as well as depth of understanding into digital marketing as a result of this community service. The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) Universitas Sains Al Qur'an carry out a community activity program in the Butuh Kidul Village. Butuh Kidul Village is one of the villages located in Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency. This village has the potential to produce vegetables. Vegetables that are widely produced are chayote. The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) students make product innovations from chayote into a more attractive product, namely chayote which is processed into candy. Candy is one of the food products that are liked by all ages. This activity was socialized through activities with the theme “Workshop on Marketing Strategy & Product Innovation from Pumpkin Siam”. This activity aims to take advantage of the potential of the Butuh Kidul Village community. By innovating through the use of chayote vegetables, it is possible to open UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Butuh Kidul Village. The UMKM can have an impact on the Butuh Kidul Village community which can be a business opportunity for the Butu Kidul Village community. The Tri Dharma of Higher Education requires lecturers to carry out research, teaching and community service. Therefore as a form of lecturer's moral responsibility to the community to improve knowledge through formal and non-formal education. Our team of lecturers will carry out community service in the form of making training on the internet in the form of webminars that are very suitable to reach audiences during this pandemic. The coaching material that will be delivered by the lecturer team includes the use of SEM-GSCA and the GSCA-PRO application for research for students and lecturers (S1, S2, S3). The purpose of this training is to introduce SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Applications Generalized Structure Component Analyst and how to use and process data through the GSCA-PRO application. So far, students and lecturers are still patterned with a regression analysis, by studying SEM students and lecturers will have the freedom in making the research model. The benefit that can be taken from training on the use of SEM-GSCA and the GSCA-PRO Application for research for students and lecturers is that there are other options offered to students and lecturers in terms of doing research.

Appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a gastrointestinal disease and surgical disease that often occurs in society, especially among teenagers such as students. Adolescents usually have poor fiber intake patterns, such as not consuming enough vegetables and fruit, which results in functional obstruction of the appendix and increases germ growth. This is what can cause appendicitis. Facing a situation like this, efforts are needed to prevent the occurrence of appendicitis among teenagers. The aim of implementing this community service is to provide education to teenagers regarding efforts to prevent appendicitis. The method used in carrying out this community service is by providing counseling through lectures and providing leaflets containing counseling material at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School with the address Jalan Captain Sumarsono No. 180, Helvetia Village, Medan Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The targets for implementing the activities are students at Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. The results of this community service have had a positive impact on the parties involved, especially for students at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. Students can increase their knowledge regarding Efforts to Prevent Appendicitis in Adolescents. Apart from that, students can also improve their skills in preventing appendicitis in teenagers by trying to consume foods that contain fiber such as vegetables and fruit to avoid appendicitis.

Management of zakat funds requires an institution that handles it in a professional, trustworthy and accountable manner, starting at the central level to the regional level (read: at the lower level it is called UPZ). UPZ (Zakat Collector Unit) is an institution that collects as well as distributes or distributes zakat, formed and officially issued by the local regional BAZNAS. The purpose of its establishment is in accordance with the mandate of Law No.23 of 2011 concerning zakat, namely by becoming UPZ BAZNAS, UPZ operations have been standardized according to the principles of proper zakat management. The services provided by UPZ BAZNAS are more optimal with the authority to provide Evidence of Zakat Deposit (BSZ) printed by BAZNAS. The BSZ can be used as evidence that the zakat paid can be calculated as a deduction from taxable income (zakat as deductible items). One area in East Java in Gresik Regency, Dukun District, has formed a UPZ which is coordinated by the Dukun District UPZ Coordinator who oversees several UPZs, be it Village UPZ or Mosque UPZ and Taklim Assembly UPZ. The existence of the UPZ Coordinator is quite effective in coordinating the management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh (ZIS) for Muzakki (Zakat Givers), or Mustahik (Zakat Recipients) and Munfiq (Shodaqoh Givers). The collected data is analyzed in a scriptive manner, meaning that the data obtained in the field is processed in such a way that it provides a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations are held with simple regression analysis, coefisen correlation coefficient of determination (r) and t-test, From the results of calculations obtained values of y = 17.51 + 0.63 x, while the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.527 and coefficient of determination (r2) of 27.77% and the remaining 22.23%  It is influenced by other factors that were not studied. While the results of the distribution are: t (t-table) = 2,034, from the calculation of the distribution t (thitung) = 3,562, so that it can be known t (thitung) > t table (3,562 > 2,034, so that Ha received and rejected H0, which means, discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance in hospital. Waste is one of society's main problems in environmental management which until now does not have an appropriate handling solution. This is due to the community's habit of still implementing collection, transport and disposal in waste management, as well as the unavailability of suitable locations in each village that can be used as waste management sites. This waste problem is also experienced by residents of Sokawera Hamlet, Ciwuni Village, Kesugihan District. The waste produced by residents is usually collected and then burned. This waste management problem must be addressed immediately because it can affect the quality of life and the quality of the village environment. The effort taken is not to provide or create a waste disposal area, but rather to invite the public to start caring and being aware of the importance of managing waste wisely and correctly. This community empowerment activity is carried out by holding outreach and establishing a waste bank to change people's mindset about waste, mentoring, comparative studies, and establishing a Waste Bank to manage waste so that it can have economic value. With the formation of the Soka Resik waste bank, it is hoped that in the future it will become the spearhead in waste management.
