The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. Blood is an important component of the human body, therefore the supply of blood at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the amount of blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross decreased. Seeing this condition, lecturers and students from the Management Program of the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta initiated blood donation activities to the community with the aim of providing education and socialization of the importance of blood donation in the pandemic era, increasing the number of blood bags, humanitarian efforts to help others and a concrete manifestation of the implementation of community service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity was held on October 14, 2020 at the Keluarahan Tipes, Serengan with health protocol and 3M principles. Participants who registered were 28 participants, who qualified as donors as many as 25 participants. The amount of blood that was collected was as many as 25 bags. The result, the event can run smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that this activity can be held regularly.

Welcoming free trade, competition in the business world is getting tougher. As many companies emerge, according to the law of Supply and Demand, competition will arise between similar and dissimilar industries to dominate the market using various methods and strategies. When these companies or industries are established, they certainly have a goal to be achieved. Of the many goals that a company wants to achieve, it is to gain profit or profit. The author's anxiety in facing increasingly tough competition makes the author try to examine whether the calculation of overhead costs is in accordance with the accounting process implemented, because companies are required to be able to make decisions quickly and precisely, because being careful in making decisions will affect the continuity and development of the company, wrong One decision that must be taken in the management of a company is decisions and policies regarding costs.      

Kota Semarang dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar yaitu 1,6 juta jiwa memerlukan bahan pangan beragam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang tetap dan supply bahan pangan   dari kabupaten sekitar terbatas.       Kota Semarang   bukan penghasil bahan pangan dengan rata-rata produksi hanya memenuhi  12-15%  kebutuhan  terutama  beras,    telur,  ikan  dan  sayur  mayur  serta  umbi-umbian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis kebijakan peningkatan ketahanan pangan dan mengatasi kerentanan pangan bagi kelompok miskin dan rentan serta pemenuhan gizi bagi Balita dan penduduk lanjut usia. Kebijakan peningkatan ketahanan pangan menjadi langkah strategis  bagi pembangunan  pangan  di  Kota  Semarang.  Kebijakan  ini     memerlukan  dukungan  dan  langkah bergerak bersama  pemangku kepentingan pembangunan sebagaimana  dinyatakan dalam kebijakan konsumsi pangan secara efisien (pangan cerdas) dalam  Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Kota Semarang yang baru.

The purposes of this research were to analyze the sources of cash, to analyze the application of cash, to analyze the liquidity level, and to analyze the effect of source and application of cash on liquidity at the National Logistical Supply Agency of Maumere Branch Office. The results of analysis showed that in the period of 2017-2018, the sources of cash weretaken from the decrease of accounts receivable, inventory of indirect material, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the decrease of sales revenue bank,the increased of account payable, the increase of  accrued expense, the increase of regional division connection, the increase of capital, the decrease of cash. The application of cash in 2017-2018 covered the increase of down payment, merchandise inventory and tax payable. In the period of 2018-2019, the sources of cash were taken from the increase of down payment, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the increase of procurement payable and tax payable, the increase of accrued expense, the increaseof regional division connection. The application of cash in the period of 2018-2019 covered the increase of accounts recerivable, the increase of merchandise inventory and inventory of indirect material, the increase of prepaid expenses, the increase of sales revenue bank, the decrease of account payable, the decrease of profit or loss accumulation, and the increase of cash.Based on the results of this research, it can be conclueded that if the cash of National Logistica Supply Agency increased, the liquidity level would also increase, meanwhile if the cash of National Logistic Supply Agency descreases, the liquidity level will also decrease. Keywords: Source of Cash, Application of Cash, Liquidity

Dull skin is a skin condition that is full of dead skin cells. The cause of dull skin is due to lack of water supply, pollution and sunlight and lack of facial care. Facial care can be done using a face mask. Facial masks are treatments intended to treat facial skin. Rice water is obtained from washing rice. Cherry water contains vitamins that are beneficial for skin health. Greentea has antioxidants that are good for skin health. The abundant content of EGCG antioxidants in greentea has the ability to rejuvenate damaged skin cells. The aim of this research is to create a mask based on leri and greentea water which functions to treat dull skin. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are literature, interviews, experiments and documentation. The experiment was carried out at the Laboratory of the Make-Up Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, Jalan Sultan Agung, No. 77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City. The experiment was carried out 3 times with the composition of (1) 15 grams of water powder and 10 grams of greantea, (2) 15 grams of water powder and 15 grams of grentea, (3) 10 grams of water powder and 15 grams of grenteea. From the results of these three experiments, this experiment produced a mask with a green color, coarse texture and a fresh scent of greentea.
