Technological developments are increasingly rapid, as evidenced by the large number of individuals and businesses from various industries who depend on computers to support their daily operations, as well as the small, medium and medium sectors. Large companies that already manage payroll processing tasks every month certainly require the use of computers so that the process can function properly. It is hoped that the web-based stationery sales information system at Istana Anugerah can stimulate public interest in purchasing the shop's merchandise. This information system is expected to facilitate consumers' ability to place orders from any location without having to physically visit the store, as well as facilitating the sales department's ability to produce sales reports more quickly and without errors.

In an increasingly advanced era in terms of digital marketing encouraging people to adapt to increasingly advanced technology, in the digital era purchase decisions can be made based on several applications that are often used by the public, currently, Harrum Mart retail stores are stores that sell their merchandise online and offline, in its use the quality of the product can describe the extent of the product's ability to meet the needs of consumers,  , when the service is in accordance with consumer expectations, it can be said to be effective in increasing consumer satisfaction. Quality service should be carried out continuously in accordance with the needs of consumers and the company's goals. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is no direct positive influence of Product Quality on Digital Marketing, there is no positive influence of Service Quality on Digital Marketing, there is a positive influence of Digital Marketing on Consumer Satisfaction, there is a positive influence of Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction, there is a positive influence of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction Keywords: , , ,

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with the application of data analysis techniques using triangulation. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store is not yet optimal, as evidenced by the lack of adequate organizational structure and the existence of dual functions in the execution of tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, negligence in inventory recording by store employees leads to discrepancies between the physical inventory of merchandise and the recorded inventory in the system.

Kemajuan industri e-commerce menciptakan tantangan bagi perusahaan ritel offline saat ini. Meskipun harus bersaing secara ketat dengan toko online, tetapi ritel offline masih diinginkan oleh konsumen. Ritel offline mampu bertahan karena sebagian konsumen masih memilih untuk datang ke toko dan melihat produk terlebih dahulu sebelum membelinya. Salah satu ritel besar yang populer di Indonesia adalah Transmart yang sedang mengalami penutupan 39 gerainya sepanjang 2021-2023. Tetapi ada beberapa gerai yang masih sangat potensial salah satunya adalah Transmart Cempaka Putih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang mendorong konsumen untuk berbelanja secara offline di Transmart Cempaka Putih. Responden penelitian adalah orang-orang yang pernah mengunjungi Transmart Cempaka Putih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa previous experience berpengaruh terhadap store layout, store merchandise dan store service. Sedangkan store familiarity tidak berpengaruh terhadap store layout, store merchandise dan store service.

Sinar Harapan store which is engaged in construction materials has regular customers who are outside the area, so a sales information system is needed to help customers buy and receive product information from the store. This web-based information system can help shop customers shop online without having to visit the store in person. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based merchandise sales system at the Sinar Harapan Makassar store. Data obtained through field research, library research and interviews. The system design uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database storage. The information system for selling goods is based on the Sinar Harapan Makassar Store based on the results of the implementation test with the user acceptance test getting an average weight of 36 with a percentage of 90% so this application is very suitable for use
