Anxiety before anesthesia procedures is a common problem in patients and their families. High levels of anxiety can affect the patient's physiological stability and postoperative outcomes. The family assistance program aims to provide education and emotional support to reduce anxiety before anesthesia. The methods used include socialization, interactive education, and evaluation of the patient's family's understanding before and after the intervention. This study involved 15 respondents at RSIA Aisyiyah Klaten. The results showed that after the intervention, there was a decrease in the level of anxiety in the patient's family from 70% to 35%. This finding indicates that family education and assistance have an important role in improving the mental readiness of patients and their families before undergoing anesthesia.

Drugs are one of society's diseases that are growing very rapidly and are difficult to eradicate. The main target of the largest distribution and use is dominated by the younger generation while the younger generation is the backbone and driver of change for the Indonesian nation. Formation of morals and ethics from an early age is the first step as an effort to prevent drug use, so that in real work lectures in Amahusu Village students run a program namely socialization of the dangers of drug use for the millennial generation. The purpose of this program is to shape the character of students by introducing caused by drug use. This activity was carried out on November 15 2022 located at SMP Negeri 11 Ambon. The implementation method uses lecture and sharing methods. With this activity, it is hoped that students will not only know the dangers but can fight drugs for the sake of creating a healthy life, a harmonious family and a bright future.

Drug abuse occurs because of promiscuity and lack of education about the dangers of drug use. The increasing cases of drug abuse that occur in the community make it quite difficult for the government to overcome this. The amil zakat institution has a public responsibility by providing reports to stakeholders. The financial reporting of the Amil Zakat Institution is regulated by the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 109. However, not all of the lazis recognize and apply PSAK 109, including the Amil Zakat Infak/Alms Syamsul Ulum Institution (LAZISSU). This community service activity has been carried out in 2 stages. Phase 1 is in the form of socialization of PSAK 109 in the form of an introduction to the format of financial statements and the appropriate accounting system. Phase 2 is training and mentoring for LAZISSU amil to be able to prepare financial reports independently. The current activity is the third stage in the form of software implementation for amil zakat institutions. The method of implementing activities is direct implementation assistance. Participants are managers and Lazissu finance division team as the main users of the software. Participants combine the knowledge that has been obtained in the previous two stages into the process of implementing zakat institution software. Resource persons act as assistants in this implementation process. The result of this series of activities is that participants understand the importance of preparing financial reports for amil zakat institutions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and are able to compile financial reports with the help of accounting software that has been provided.

Writing scientific papers is one of the most significant things a teacher can do, especially if they want to advance to functional positions. However, producing scientific papers is a barrier for many teachers, leading to teachers engaging in dishonest behavior while writing scientific papers. The goal of this service is to organize socialization, training, and mentorship for SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo instructors on the importance of ethical issues and codes of ethics in scientific paper writing. This service's implementation is divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. As a result of this activity, socialization, training, and support in scientific writing with three primary resources, namely plagiarism, paraphrasing approaches, and reference managers, have been implemented. The post-test questionnaire score increased by 42.67% for the plagiarism indicator, 43.18% for the paraphrasing technique indicator, and 47.74% for the reference manager indicator, indicating an increase in SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo teachers' knowledge and understanding of literacy violations, ethics, and the code of ethics in writing scientific papers.

The purpose of this Community Service Socialization is to find out whether. Microsoft word is a word processing software in document creation that is the mainstay of Microsoft. In this software there is a track changes feature which functions to track changes made by the reviewer in carrying out the review work. The purpose of the training is to train students in using the track changes feature in Microsoft Word. The training conducted at the Polbangtan Yogyakarta-Magelang hall is a form of community service, especially students. The stages of service are 1. socialization of the track changes feature in Microsoft word; 2. carry out training on these features by students; 3. evaluation of training programs. The result of community service is that post-training Polbangtan livestock department students are able to apply the track changes feature in Microsoft word software.

For this reason, it is necessary to educate the public, so that the utilization of family herbal plants can be optimal, and the health status of the community increases. Hypotension in the elderly is a common condition and requires special attention in health management. This community service program aims to improve patient understanding of hypotension management through education and practical training. The methods used include socialization, interactive counseling, and evaluation of patient understanding before and after education. The results showed an increase in patient understanding from 55% before education to 85% after education. In addition, there was a decrease in complaints of dizziness from 80% to 40% after the intervention. These findings indicate that health education plays an important role in increasing patient awareness and readiness in managing hypotension. This program is recommended to be implemented widely to improve the quality of life of elderly patients.

Waste is one of society's main problems in environmental management which until now does not have an appropriate handling solution. This is due to the community's habit of still implementing collection, transport and disposal in waste management, as well as the unavailability of suitable locations in each village that can be used as waste management sites. This waste problem is also experienced by residents of Sokawera Hamlet, Ciwuni Village, Kesugihan District. The waste produced by residents is usually collected and then burned. This waste management problem must be addressed immediately because it can affect the quality of life and the quality of the village environment. The effort taken is not to provide or create a waste disposal area, but rather to invite the public to start caring and being aware of the importance of managing waste wisely and correctly. This community empowerment activity is carried out by holding outreach and establishing a waste bank to change people's mindset about waste, mentoring, comparative studies, and establishing a Waste Bank to manage waste so that it can have economic value. With the formation of the Soka Resik waste bank, it is hoped that in the future it will become the spearhead in waste management.
