Smartphone retail sales in Indonesia are currently growing very rapidly. Point of Sales Material (POSM) is used to provide information about products to consumers, using displays to stimulate impulsive buying behavior. This study designed a 3D planogram visual media, which can visualize real-time with text, images, and videos. Media that has been developed by researchers is in the very good category with a percentage of 78% for the promoter segment that is more than 1 year and 77% for the new promoter segment who has worked at Samsung retail for less than 1 year. From the results of experalidation and user validation, for the aspect of video visualization and the 3D planogram module that has been developed, the category average AB score is 81-85. The display arrangement process can be done more quickly and precisely because the understanding of the planogram increases.

Desa Patimuan sebenarnya memiliki banyak potensi yang belum banyak diekspos oleh media secara maksimal. Salah satu potensi ekonomi yang ada di desa Patimuan dan menjadi andalan karena sudah dikenal oleh kalangan luas adalah pertanian jeruk. Kebun jeruk yang ada di di desa tersebut seluas 250 hektar. Potensi lain yang sebenarnya belum terekspos secara efektif adalah kebun sayur organik dan tanaman hias. Hal ini memang belum banyak mendapatkan perhatian dari kalangan umum. Selain itu, masih ada beberapa potensi desa yang lain yang seyogyanya dapat lebih ditingkatkan dengan adanya program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Menurut kepala desa Patimuan, Muttaqin. S.Pd.I, masyarakat di desa Patimuan masih harus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memaksimalkan potensi di desa ini. Sayangnya, masyarakat yang potensial tersebut masih ketinggalan dalam penguasaan dan pemanfaatan smartphone untuk online marketing. Setelah kami mengetahui kurangnya pengetahuan di bidang teknologi ini, maka kami menawarkan proposal PKM-M yang berjudul "Pengenalan online marketing melalui media smartphone di desa Patimuan, Kecamatan Patimuan Kabupaten Cilacap". Menurut kepala desa Patimuan, Muttaqin. S.Pd.I, masyarakat di desa Patimuan masih harus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memaksimalkan potensi di desa ini. Dengan terealisasinya proposal ini kami berharap besar akan adanya perubahan signifikan terhadap masyarakat Desa Patimuan dalam hal pengetahuan teknologi dan penggunaannya. Hal tersebut yang akan menjadikan Desa Patimuan dikenal sebagai desa model di kabupaten Cilacap yang berkecimpung dalam marketing online. Dan bukan hal yang mustahil, jika prosposal yang kami tawarkan ini bergerak maju sesuai yang diharapkan, nantinya Desa Patimuan akan menjadi desa percotohan dan teladan bagi desa lainnya.

The development of technology allows one to obtain other people's spatial position data. One mobile technology that utilizes spatial data as a supported factor is location-based services. The large number of employees at the PT.XYZ causes the presence of a controlled process to be under control, and even tends to be questioned. Because it takes a GPS-based presence system on android that is expected to be a solution of the problems that occur at this time. The system development method used is a six-step R&D method, consisting of: Research and information gathering, Planning, Development of initial product forms, initial field testing, major product revisions, main field testing. The final result is the prototype of the Ganesha Employee Presence System Operations. The test results on the system shows the employee attendance system can run on the android platform. The system only responds to presence based on the position of the employee's coordinates with office coordinates. Besides checking the presence process is also based on devices that have been approved in the system.

Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) which are one of the top ten strategic technology trends for 2019 and continue to be developed massively in this 2020, have been widely applied in various mobile applications by many companies in this industrial revolution era 4.0. AR can be applied to help the promotion for housing developers where users can see the 3-dimensional shape of the types of houses offered, while VR allows users to explore each part of the house in a virtual 3D. Pre-existing brochures are used as markers for this application to work, so that AR and VR applications can be a complement to promotional media. The design method used in this paper is Research and Development (RnD). Salespeople can offer types of houses to prospective customers without having to print multiple brochures, but with just one brochure and one android smartphone to present, so the promotion costs are more efficient.   Keywords: AR, VR, house.

The development of smartphones today is very rapid and can not be separated in everyday life in finding information or making information and in all fields of work requires communication tools to access data and information, it is no wonder in terms of smartphone work being an inseparable part separate, this research I use smartphone especially Android which is currently one of the operational systems that are commonly used by the public especially Indonesia so that it can be used to help team performance in the field in this case Merchandiser in conducting Data Processing Asset Material Promotion Using Qr Code to monitor and control the allocation of promotional material assets in the field to facilitate reporting of promotional material assets. QR Code is a two-dimensional matrix code or barcode that comes from the word "Quick Response", where the contents of the code can be deciphered quickly and precisely, Optimizing the use of applications in this case QR code to facilitate monitoring and control of promotional materials in the field which will help merchandiser to help make it easier to do work in the field and directly connected to the admin computer at the head office, so it will be easy, fast, and accurate.

In the daily use of technology, humans cannot be separated from the internet as a need to exchange information. People at this time spend more time in front of computer screens, laptops, even smartphones to find out information, send data to some of their friends. One of the information that is often sought or sent is a file. Apart from that, image files are files that are much searched for and sent, and many also contain important information in them. Image file security is of course very important so that unauthorized parties do not hack or manipulate information from the image. There is a way to secure information so that it does not leak to unauthorized parties, namely by using cryptography and steganography. By combining these two methods, you can maintain the confidentiality and security of a file, especially image files. In this study the algorithm and method used is the AES cryptographic algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 and the LSB (Least Significant Bit) steganography method. Data integrity needs to be tested to ensure that the encryption and decryption processes are running properly. Data integrity testing uses the SHA-1 method. Likewise, the image quality after insertion will experience a decrease in quality. To evaluate this, it is necessary to test using the PSNR method. From the results of data integrity testing by comparing the hash value of the decrypted image file with the original image file, there is no difference. So this shows that the encryption and decryption process was successful. While in testing using the PSNR method, the average PSNR value is 44.14086 dB and with an average error value of 2.830403 dB, which means there is a small decrease in quality. From the implementation and testing results, it can be concluded that the AES 256 cryptographic algorithm and the steganography method LSB can be implemented in maintaining the confidentiality and security of secret messages.
