Combined care is a care system where babies and mothers are treated in one unit. In its implementation, the baby must always be by the mother's side from birth until he returns home. The advantages of combined care are that it promotes the use of breast milk, emotional contact between mother and baby is established from an early age, mothers can learn to take care of babies and mothers can immediately report strange baby conditions they encounter. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between postpartum maternal knowledge and the benefits of combined care at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This research method uses a type of analytical descriptive research with data collection techniques using a cross sectional approach and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The population of this study is all postpartum mothers at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin with a sampling technique using accidental sampling, with a sample of 30 respondents. The results obtained from the bivariate analysis of the chisquare statistical test showed that the value of p = 0.000 > ? = 0.05. The results obtained were that most postpartum mothers had insufficient knowledge, namely 15 people (50%) with most of them having a high school education of 14 people (46.7%), and never carried out combined care as many as 19 people (63.3%). The conclusion shows that most postpartum mothers have less knowledge about the benefits of combined care at Bhayangkara Hospital Banjarmasin. This shows that a person's level of education also affects the level of mother's knowledge.

Paulo Freire’s concept of liberal education is still not implemented in the world of education in developing countries. Educational actors still adhere to the banking system to oppress students. This study raises a social correlation between educators and students called school family kinship. The education curriculum needs to be used as an indicator of success in terms of the intelligence of the children. The curriculum has continued to transform since 1947 to 2022 but has not found its identity.  Now, the independent learning curriculum is intensively grounded, but there are gaps between regions and between socio-economic groups in terms of learning quality. The implementation of the independent learning curriculum is considered not to have a significant positive effect in the outermost and marginalized areas. Therefore, the old pattern called banking system of education is still used. Students are considered empty piggy banks that must be filled by the teacher. Teachers are still recognized as the all-knowing in knowledge that must be poured into the brains of students. As a result, students can only follow what is transferred by the teacher. This is the basis for the author to try to provide briefings to Catholic teachers and education personnel in Wini and Wekfau parishes regarding the implementation of an independent curriculum in Catholic Schools. This study uses qualitative methods with observation techniques carried out in coastal parishes (Wini) and in the mountains (Wekfau) in terms of geographical location to find out the similarity of perceptions of the independent curriculum. This study applies a qualitative method with observation techniques carried out in the coastal parish (Wini) and in the mountains (Wekfau) in terms of geographical location to find out the similarities in perceptions of the implementation of the independent curriculum in two different areas.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of BPOM’s mentoring programs for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the natural medicine and cosmetics sectors in navigating complex regulatory requirements to obtain product licenses. Despite the strategic role of MSMEs in supporting Indonesia’s economy, regulatory compliance remains a significant challenge, particularly due to limited resources and market access. Previous studies have highlighted the need for adaptive regulatory approaches and mentoring programs, but gaps remain in evaluating their long-term impact and inclusivity. This study offers novelty by analyzing the program’s effectiveness across diverse demographic and educational backgrounds, providing evidence-based insights into its impact. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys involving 35 MSME participants from the “Rembuk UMKM” event. The Likert-scale questionnaire assessed regulatory understanding, program effectiveness, and its impact on license readiness. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, generating insights into participant perceptions. The findings show that the mentoring program is most effective among younger participants (aged 18–25 years), scoring 4.53, while maintaining high effectiveness scores across all age groups. Educational background analysis revealed the highest scores (5.00) from vocational high school (SMK) and master’s (S2) participants, highlighting the program’s inclusivity and adaptability. However, team competence scored relatively lower (4.26), indicating the need for continuous capacity building. The study concludes that BPOM’s mentoring programs significantly enhance MSME compliance and build long-term trust, with strategic recommendations for continuous training, technology-based module development, regional collaborations, and structured feedback mechanisms. These initiatives aim to strengthen program relevance and sustainability, supporting MSMEs in achieving regulatory compliance and contributing to national economic growth.

Various schools of pencak silat are the original cultural heritage of the Indonesian people known as pencak silat. Although the origin of pencak silat is not known for certain, it makes sense that pencak silat has existed in Indonesia since the beginning of human civilization.  One learning strategy that emphasizes practice is the drill method. One of the learning strategies for consistent and frequent practice to master a particular skill or talent is the drill method. A person's skill level is determined by the level of expertise they have achieved in various activities that are considered skills. This occurs as a result of the widely held belief that one or more prolonged patterns of movement or behavior, such as straight kicks in pencak silat, can be referred to as talent. The next problem is that there are still some students who have difficulty in doing straight kicks using the drill training method. The method used in this research is the experimental method. In this study the sample used was half of the population taken, namely 30 students. Furthermore, the sample of this study was divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 15 people and the control group of 15 people The research instrument used in this study was the straight kick skill test. The data analysis technique used is the t-test statistical analysis technique, before the t-test is carried out, it first begins with testing the analysis requirements, namely the data normality test and the variance homogeneity test.

There is no known learning method that can improve dribbling skills with the inside foot in soccer games or whether students have the ability to dribble with the inside foot in soccer games. This research uses an experimental method. This study involved 30 male students from Class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Kumelembuai. Furthermore, the sample was divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, each of which had 15 people. The instrument used is a test of dribbling skills with the inside foot in soccer games. The data analysis technique used is the t-test statistical analysis technique, before the t-test is carried out, it first begins with testing the analysis requirements, namely the data normality test and the variance homogeneity test. Physical fitness in the school environment requires special attention because it will support optimal teaching and learning outcomes. Physical fitness or good physical ability for students serves to maximize the ability of learning comfort. From the results of observations at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano school, PJOK practicum learning activities experienced a few obstacles due to the lack of willingness of students in carrying out PJOK practical learning activities, even though high school age children must be active in carrying out physical activity activities. However, there are still some students who do not participate in PJOK learning practice activities. This is because students do not know the importance of maintaining physical fitness through PJOK learning activities at school. The research method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative approach with a percentage using a survey method with test and measurement data collection techniques. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano as many as 557 students and a sample of 56 students. This study examines the relationship between education level and understanding of insulin therapy among type 2 diabetes mellitus patients undergoing insulin therapy at RSUD dr. M. Soewandhi Surabaya. Using a descriptive observational method with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from interviews and medical record observations from 100 patients aged 15-64. The findings reveal that most patients had low educational backgrounds, with 27% never attending school and 39% only completing high school. Regarding insulin therapy comprehension, 10% demonstrated good understanding, 55% moderate, and 35% poor. The highest comprehension was insulin usage rules, while the lowest was injection techniques. The study underscores the need for tailored health education to improve patient understanding, particularly for low-education groups. Limitations of the study include the single-site setting and potential response biases from interviews. Future research should expand to include diverse populations and examine non-educational factors influencing therapy comprehension, such as cultural and economic conditions.
