This study aims to analyze the impact of the geopolitical conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran in 2026 on global macroeconomic stability and climate change dynamics. Using a qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research synthesizes findings from various international journal articles, reports, and academic sources. The results indicate that the conflict has significantly disrupted global energy markets, leading to a sharp increase in oil and gas prices. This energy shock has triggered global inflationary pressures, reduced purchasing power, and increased economic uncertainty across both developed and developing countries. Furthermore, monetary tightening policies implemented to control inflation have created trade-offs with economic growth, increasing the risk of global recession. On the fiscal side, government interventions such as energy subsidies have helped mitigate short-term impacts but have raised concerns about long-term fiscal sustainability. In addition, the energy crisis has slowed the transition toward renewable energy, thereby exacerbating climate change risks. The study highlights the interconnectedness between geopolitical conflict, macroeconomic instability, and environmental sustainability. Therefore, coordinated global policies and integrated economic strategies are essential to address these multidimensional challenges effectively.

This study aims to analyze the political strategies implemented by the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera faction in advocating community aspirations within the North Sumatra Provincial Regional House of Representatives. The research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with Hannah May Lisa as a PKS staff member and Riduansyah as a faction expert staff at the DPRD Secretariat of North Sumatra. The results indicate that the PKS faction’s political strategy in advocating public aspirations involves several stages: gathering community aspirations through recess activities and direct communication with constituents, internal faction discussions to determine priority issues, and political communication and collaboration with other factions and the regional government. In addition, the role of faction expert staff is essential in providing policy analysis and supporting data for the decision-making process. Therefore, faction political strategies play an important role in ensuring that public aspirations are accommodated in regional public policies.

This study aims to examine the legal protection of workers' rights who are terminated due to economic recession and to analyze the use of economic recession as a valid reason for termination of employment. This is a normative legal research that uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The research relies on primary legal materials such as the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Civil Code, Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, and Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, as well as secondary legal materials including books, journals, and scholarly articles. The results of the research show that: 1) an economic recession can be considered a valid reason for termination of employment within a company, as it may fall under the category of force majeure, provided that the company still respects the employment agreement and principles of fairness; and 2) legal protection for workers who are laid off due to an economic recession is divided into two forms: internal legal protection (based on the contents of the employment agreement) and external legal protection (based on statutory provisions). In this regard, workers still have the right to receive severance pay, long service pay, and compensation for entitlements.

The administration of government in a country is not only found in the center of government. The central government gives authority to regional governments to carry out their own government. Various dynamics in changes in regional government policy range from centralized to decentralize. In carrying out his duties, a people's representative must know what the constituents he represents want. There are many ways that people's representatives must do to find out what the people want. One way is to communicate between the two. Communicating with constituents is a mandatory thing that cannot be done by people's representatives. The people have the right to convey what they want to the people's representatives to fight for in a public policy. One form of communication between people's representatives and those represented is through DPRD recess activities. The research was carried out to analyze the effectiveness of the recess in the Badung Regency DPRD which was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The implementation of a recess for members of the Badung Regency DPRD is a mandatory matter which has been regulated in statutory regulations and regional regulations. It is not technically regulated; it only regulates the period and limits of the recess and the recess is held three times a year. The recess activities are carried out in various ways. However, in its implementation, several technical activities are regulated in the recess activities, namely the time of the activity, place, activity targets, discussion process, accommodating community aspirations and even written and verbal reporting of recess results. Observation results show that Badung DPRD members have engaged effectively with their constituents during the recess period, gathering important input and concerns that are crucial for formulating local government policies. This interaction underscores the importance of active participation and accountability in ensuring that the legislative process is aligned with the needs and aspirations of the community.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the policy for implementing recess activities for council members in accommodating the aspirations of the community in East Java Province, based on the perspective of effectiveness theory. The recess is a formal mechanism designed to bring the legislature closer to the community in order to absorb input and hopes that can be integrated into the legislative and budgeting process. This study identified four main aspects of effectiveness: goal achievement, efficiency, relevance, and policy impact. Using qualitative research analysis and data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research results show that even though research is an important means for the community to convey needs, its implementation still faces obstacles, such as violations of follow-up to aspirations that have been received and a mismatch between community priorities and the development programs being implemented. This research provides encouragement for follow-up mechanisms and increasing legislative capacity in managing community aspirations so that res activities are more effective and relevant in supporting development at the regional level.

Hemophilia is a genetic disorder resulting from impaired blood clotting. This disorder can be caused by coagulation factor abnormalities due to a deficiency of clotting factors, including vitamin K. A lack of vitamin K disrupts the coagulation process, increasing the tendency for bleeding. This article aims to determine whether there is an influence of vitamin K levels on the blood clotting factors in hemophilia patients. Searching any information needed by analyzing kinds of papers of recent research from the year of 2014 until 2024. Online databases like PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, Scopus, and ResearchGate  are utilized by inserting relevant keywords, such as hemophilia, blood clotting factors, vitamin K deficiency and extraction. From 10 articles reviewed, a relationship was identified between vitamin K levels and blood clotting factors in hemophilia patients. Individuals with severe hemophilia experience bleeding episodes characterized by delayed onset, as well as bleeding into muscles, joints, and other internal structures, including the brain. Hemophilia is typically diagnosed through the identification of low or absent levels of FVIII:C or FIX:C. The genes encoding FVIII and FIX are located on the long arm of the X chromosome. Hemophilia A and B are the only hereditary clotting disorders inherited in a sex-linked recessive pattern. Vitamin K levels can influence the blood clotting factors in hemophilia patients, particularly those factors synthesized artificially.

Student delinquency cannot be separated from the impact in science that is constructed on the pattern of subject-object relationships. Through the objectivity of the education system in Indonesia, goals, principles, social organizations, teaching methods, assessments, students, curriculum, facilities and funding, this relational pattern is rooted. Violence against children is no longer limited to the private sector, but extends to wider society. Schools are places where violence occurs in children and this is a concern that is often discussed. Not only teachers can commit violence against students, but fellow students themselves can also commit violence against children. Bullying is the form of violence most often perpetrated by female students, and physical violence, such as fighting and threats, is most often perpetrated by female students. There are four times when children are most likely to experience violence. During recess, after school, when changing classes, and when no one is in class. Most violent incidents occur outside the school environment, not within the school environment. One way to prevent bullying at school is to explain the causes of the problem by considering the function and role of education at home, school and society.

The global economic recession is a global economic downturn that affects the domestic economies of countries in the world. The stronger the economic dependence of one country on the global economy, the faster a recession will occur in that country. In 2020 the country of Indonesia and even the world are exposed to the COVID-19 virus which has an impact on the country's economic growth, even the world economy. This is the trigger for an economic recession. This has led to many different public perspectives on the occurrence of a global economic recession whose opinions or reactions are expressed on social media Youtube. The data was obtained by crawling techniques from social media Youtube with a total of 500 comments used. The data is then labeled (class) with a lexicon-based method with an Indonesian language dictionary. From the labeling results, it was obtained 185 positive labeled data (37%) and 315 negative opinions (63%). The data preprocessing stage is carried out in preparation for the data to be processed for sentiment analysis. Of the many opinions obtained, an analysis of public sentiment regarding the 2023 global economic recession will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm. This study also applied the TF-IDF word weighting method with the n-gram feature used, namely bigram (n=1). The system will be evaluated using a confusion matrix. The implementation results show a prediction model with a total of 500 opinion data with a comparison of training data and test data of 9:1, producing an accuracy value of 84.00%, a precision value of 75.00%, a recall of 30.00%, and an f1-score of 42.86%. The performance of the system model built in this study can be said to be good.

Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a cross-sectional imaging technique based on the principle of magnetic resonance of hydrogen atoms due to radio frequency (RF) signals with the same frequency as the precession frequency (lamor frequency). MRI at the beginning of its development used a semiconductor magnetic field with a power of 0.5-1.5 Tesla, but now MRI uses a superconductor magnetic field with a power of 1.5-3 Tesla. One of the advantages of brain MRI in epilepsy cases is that it can display clear information about the anatomy and pathology of the head in general in the temporal lobe area. The use of 3D sequences with isotropic voxels such as SPACE (Sampling Perfection With Application Optimized Contrasts With Varying Flip Angle Evolution) is very useful for generating images with high resolution, thinner cuts, and multi-level reconstruction can be performed in several fragments that allow the acquisition of 3D sequences at one time. Methods: The type used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach by conducting interviews with 2 radiology specialists, 1 neurology specialist and 3 radiographers related to MRI brain examinations with clinical epilepsy in August-September 2023 in the Radiology Unit of Prof. Dr. I. G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital. G. N. G. Ngoerah Denpasar. Results and Conclusion: This study used five (5) patient data who had clinical epilepsy. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation in the radiology unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital, it can be seen that the procedure for examining MRI Brain with clinical epilepsy is that there is no special preparation, only filling out inform consent. The patient is positioned supine on the examination table with a head fixation device with a head first body position and hands beside the body. Radiographers put the patient into the gantry by setting the isocenter i n the middle of the glabella. After positioning the patient the radiographer sets the parameters using axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), sagittal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), coronal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) dark fluit, axial T1 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) axial Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) and Susceptibility Weighted Imaging (SWI) and coronal T1 SPACE IR isotropic sequences. In addition, the role of coronal slice T1 SPACE sequences is to clearly see the presence of partical dystrophy, to see the thickening or irregularity of the cortex cerebri clearly. In addition, it is also to see the calcification of the temporal lobe and to measure the volume of the hippocampus.

This research to analyze the contribution of variables from three economic policies, with monetary policy through interest rate variables, exchange rates, and money supply in facing economic recession. Where the fiscal policy variable is through tax value. Then macroprudential policy through Non Performing Loan and Capital Adequacy Ratio variables. This study uses secondary data or time series, namely from December 2019 to February 2021. The data analysis model in this study is the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model which is seen from being sharpened with Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD), Panel ARDL, and Different Tests. The results of the IRF analysis show that the stability of the response of all variables is formed in period 8 or the medium and long term, where the response of other variables to changes in one variable shows different variations, both from positive responses to negative responses or vice versa, and there are variables whose responses remain positive or remain negative from the short term to the long term. The results of the FEVD analysis show that for the short-term inflation variable it is influenced by inflation itself and in the medium and long term it is influenced by interest rates. For the JUB variable in the short term it is influenced by JUB itself and in the medium and long term it is influenced by NPL. For the interest rate variable in the short term it is influenced by JUB while in the medium and long term it is influenced by the exchange rate itself and CAR. For the tax variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by the tax itself and JUB. For the NPL variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by JUB and tax. For the CAR variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by JUB and tax. Then the results of the ARDL Panel analysis show that the country that is able to become a leading indicator in controlling the economic recession in the Four of The Group Twenty, namely Turkey, is only done by interest rates. While South Africa is done by interest rates, taxes, NPL, and CAR. For Russia, it is done by all variables, namely the amount of money in circulation, interest rates, exchange rates, taxes, NPL, and CAR. Meanwhile, Indonesia is carried out by exchange rates, taxes, NPL and CAR.

Globalization has penetrated the territorial boundaries of countries in the world, and has affected the order of people's lives, namely in the political, economic, social, cultural and legal aspects. Indonesia as a part of the world community cannot be separated from these influences, including the influence of the development of narcotics abuse. This paper will discuss the problem of the influence of globalization on the development of narcotics abuse, as well as strategies to deal with the development of narcotics abuse in the era of globalization. The discussion shows that the problem of narcotics abuse seems endless in Indonesia. For this reason, a strategy is needed in overcoming narcotics abuse, namely with pre-emptive, preventive and recessive efforts. Besides that, it is necessary to cooperate with the police of other countries in the form of cooperation between countries, the ASEAN regional area and internationally through the United Nations (UN) through the Interpol forum.
