Concrete volume calculation is a crucial factor in preventing cost overruns when preparing the Budget Plan (RAB) for construction projects. In arch bridge projects, the complex structural geometry often makes conventional volume calculation methods complicated and prone to errors, particularly due to the geometric complexity of the arch beams. This study aims to analyze the comparison of concrete volume calculation results between the conventional method and the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method using Autodesk Revit in terms of cost-effectiveness. The case study was conducted on the Short Span II Pulau Balang Bridge Duplication Project in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN), Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan. The research objects include substructures (bore piles, pile caps, abutments, piers, and wing walls) and superstructures in the form of arch beams. The research method employs a quantitative approach by calculating concrete volumes conventionally using AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, as well as calculating with BIM Autodesk Revit through three-dimensional modeling and Quantity Take-Off (QTO) exports. The results indicate that the BIM Autodesk Revit method generates a larger concrete volume compared to the conventional method, resulting in a higher total cost based on the BIM volume. The total cost for the conventional method amounted to IDR 142,613,245,996.12, while the BIM Autodesk Revit method amounted to IDR 143,127,208,186.60. These differences are influenced by the level of calculation detail, the simplification of shapes in the conventional method, and the precision of modeling in Autodesk Revit.

The construction of the Manado Student Dormitory (AMN) is one of the President's priorities, the construction of which is based on PP No. 106 of 2021. The aim of building the AMN is so that students from various regions studying in North Sulawesi can interact with each other and get to know and respect each other's cultures. After the pre-construction meeting (PCM) was carried out, the service user instructed that acceleration be made by shortening the implementation time. To implement these instructions, PT. Widya Satria implemented the BIM (building information modelling) system to accelerate the work, by modelling the construction phase starting from BIM 3D (modelling), BIM 4D (scheduling), and BIM 5D (quantity take off). Accelerating work is carried out by applying the fast track method so that any work that has a long critical path time can be shortened by overlapping work between one stage and another that can be done together. The implementation results simulate that the work can be completed faster than the contract time with a workforce requirement of 296 people, 1 (one) tower crane unit, and 1 (one) mobile crane work unit, even after implementing BIM in the construction of AMN Manado, all stakeholders It is easy for the holder to coordinate and control work progress.

This study aims to find out many cases of passengers who have special conditions due to illness, disability, the elderly, pregnant women, disabilities, the visually impaired and their children cannot do it alone, for that they need special services, namely in the form of wheelchair  users to help their journey while at the airport. This study uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documents and documentation as well as observations. The researcher immediately made observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during the interview and observations for the interview, the researcher interviewed 3 resource persons with document data obtained by the researcher from the documentation of the activities  of the medical officer in handling the Special Passanger (Wheelchair) when carrying out duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely Data collection, data reduction, presentation of discussion data and conclusions. The results of this study include, the performance of the Pasasi unit in Handling Special Passengger (Wheelchair) at PT. The Angkasa Gate of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali has been very good in terms of work quality, work quantity, responsibility, cooperation, and initiatives which all aspects have been very well carried out by the Pasasi unit officers in handling special passengers. Officers must have experienced obstacles, obstacles here such as the wheelchair that is used is not suitable for use such as the wheelchair wheel sounds,  Wheelchair passengers  do not have a companion in carrying out flights, and wheelchair  passengers do not bring a statement letter and other obstacles often occur experienced by the transit officer.

BIM technology in the construction world is growing. However, the application of BIM in Indonesia has not been carried out thoroughly. BIM technology can help quantity take off work that affects the success or failure of a project. BIM can reduce the error rate of quantity take off planning calculations compared to manual calculations. Tekla Structure is one of the software developments of BIM that can produce quantity take off building output along with 3D visualisation. This research conducts 3D modelling and discusses the comparison of quantity take off using BIM-based software Tekla Structures with a recap of the manual calculation contained in the initial Bill of Quantity for the X Building Project planning. This difference can be used as a consideration for the application of BIM in the initial calculation of project planning. The percentage difference obtained for the pile cap  resulted in concrete volume deviation of 0.69% and -19.1% for reinforcement volume. The spun piles work resulted in a concrete volume deviation of -0.8% and reinforcement volume of 8.45%. In the calculation of column work, the deviation value for concrete volume is 3.14%, while the volume of reinforcement is -12.2%. The results of the BIM quantity take-off are deemed more reliable due to the 3D visualization of BIM objects and the ability to adjust the detail of work elements.

This research is aqualitative research that aims to describe the Quality of Service Delivery of Cancer Health Training Pusdiklat Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and describes and analyzes the inhibiting and supporting factors for instructors in serving training participants at the Pusdiklat Health. Health services are activities or a series of activities to fulfill the service needs determined by law for each instructor, trainee and/or administrative services provided by the service provider. study uses the theory of quality of health services according to Kotler in Fendy Tjibtono (2016: 284), namely Assurance (guarantee) Emphty (empathy) Reliability (reliability) Responsiveness (responsiveness) Tangible (physical appearance), Quantity timeliness, effectiveness, independence and commitment work, analysis of research data is descriptive. Perfect research results. In terms of realism indicators, it has not worked perfectly, such as the skills of officers in using supporting facilities in the service process. On the responsive indicator, all officers who carry out health training services are classified as responsive to training participants. Assurance indicators in health training centers are very much determined by the performance of health services. Tangible indicators in the form of the appearance of the apparatus when carrying out services, comfort right when the service takes place. The Empathy Indicator puts the interests of training participants first, serves in a friendly, courteous and courteous manner, officers do not discriminate and are able to respect training participants.

Umumnya quantity take off di Indonesia menggunakan spreadsheet Microsoft Excel berdasarkan pada gambar dua dimensi dengan berpedoman pada SMM (Standard Method of Measurement). Dalam industri konstruksi saat ini penggunaan aplikasi komputer untuk profesi quantity surveyor sangat disarankan, yaitu dengan menggunakan Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM merupakan suatu sistem atau teknologi yang mencakup beberapa informasi penting dalam proses Design, Construction, and Maintenance yang terintegrasi pada pemodelan tiga dimensi (3D). Glodon Cubicost adalah salah satu dari berbagai jenis BIM untuk pekerjaan Quantity Take Off (QTO). Pada penelitian ini, analisis perbandingan quantity take off pada proyek tender pembangunan pabrik “X” di Jawa Timur menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Glodon Cubicost. Hasil perbandingan tersebut untuk pekerjaan struktur beton bagian struktur atas (kolom, balok, dan lantai) diperoleh selisih 0,58% untuk pekerjaan beton, 0,18% untuk pekerjaan bekisting, dan 1,15% untuk pekerjaan pembesian. Hasil selisih menunjukkan bahwa quantity take off menggunakan Microsoft Excel lebih besar dibandingkan menggunakan Glodon Cubicost. Quantity take off menggunakan Glodon Cubicost dapat mengurangi budget RAP (Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan) 0,511% dari RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya).

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities, especially for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of education, and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market.
