. The Agropolitan Program based on corn commodities in Gorontalo Province aims to enhance agricultural productivity, improve farmers’ welfare, and strengthen the competitiveness of corn. This study examines the progress of program implementation and its impact on production, quality, export volume, and competitiveness. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing SWOT analysis and the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method. Data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, relevant institutions, as well as limited observations and interviews. The results indicate that the Agropolitan Program has contributed positively to the expansion of harvested areas and increased corn production, particularly during the 2020–2024 period. This increase is not only evident in terms of quantity but has also begun to show improvements in the quality of yields, although these improvements are not yet evenly distributed across regions. However, export performance remains fluctuating, with unstable RCA values, indicating that the competitiveness of corn in the international market still faces various challenges. This condition is influenced by limitations in logistics infrastructure, weak farmer institutions, dependence on middlemen, and the suboptimal integration of the value chain from upstream to downstream. In addition, access to technology, financing, and market information remains a significant constraint that needs to be addressed. It is concluded that the success of the program requires strengthening institutional capacity, improving distribution efficiency, and implementing sustainable and integrated export policies to support the stability and long-term competitiveness of corn.

Penarukan Village, located in Tabanan Regency, is predominantly inhabited by communities engaged in freshwater fish farming, particularly Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The high demand for Nile tilapia in Tabanan and surrounding areas poses a challenge for farmers to manage the growth and development of the fish to ensure optimal quality. During the cultivation process, various issues arise that require effective solutions to support the sustainability of this sector. One of the main problems faced by fish farmers is related to the quality of biofloc pond water, which is still monitored using conventional methods. Poor water quality that does not meet the optimal living standards for Nile tilapia can hinder growth, reduce fish health, and negatively impact production yield. Manual monitoring methods are also prone to inaccuracy and complicate the data analysis process needed for effective decision-making.To address this issue, a technology-based solution has been proposed in the form of a real-time monitoring system using the “SI-NILA” mobile application integrated with a microcontroller-based Internet of Things (IoT) system. This system allows for continuous monitoring of pond water quality and automated pH control to maintain suitable conditions for fish growth. This innovation is expected to improve efficiency and effectiveness in fish farming practices, minimize the risk of crop failure, and promote the digital transformation of aquaculture in Penarukan Village, contributing to the sustainable development of the freshwater aquaculture sector.

This study aims to describe and analyze: the effectiveness of the implementation of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget policy and the implications of the implementation of the Regional Budget and Expenditure policy in Lumajang Regency. The data analysis technique uses the technique developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, Identifying bases for interpretation, Developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study show that regional financial policies in Lumajang Regency, especially the policy of increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD), are inseparable from the Central Government's policies in the framework of financial relations between the Central and Regional Governments. Meanwhile, the Lumajang Regency Government's policies to increase Regional Original Revenue (PAD/Pendapatan Asli Daerah) include: Digitalization to increase the efficiency and transparency of financial management, Adjustment of regional taxes and levies, Re-collection of taxpayers, Cooperation with the private sector and NGOs in the management and collection of regional taxes and Improvement of regional tax management management. The model of the implementation of the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) policy implementation model in Lumajang Regency is Top Down. The Government of Lumajang Regency, East Java is committed to continuing to encourage an increase in Regional Original Revenue (PAD). The contribution of Lumajang Regency's PAD in 2024 compared to the APBD (Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daeerah) structure only reaches 16 percent, so that to meet the needs of the expenditure budget in the APBD budgeting structure, it still depends on transfer funds, To reduce dependence on transfer funds, the government is optimizing regional tax revenues, especially from the Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2). The implication is that to increase regional tax and levy revenues, efforts are needed to increase production and business capacity in the regions. Increasing production capacity and business activities is an important factor to increase regional tax and levy revenues. In addition, it is also necessary to increase the capacity of regional tax administration as one of the requirements to increase tax capacity and effort in the regions (taxable capacity and tax effort).

Aquaponics is a combined system of fish farming techniques and hydroponic plant cultivation. Fish manure and feed residues are very dependent on the supply of nutrients in the aquaponic system of red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) aquaculture. The level of production of vegetable crops in a certain area is also influenced by the total nutrient input ratio of feed to domestic fish per day. The aquaponic system utilizes optimum water supply for each commodity by utilizing a recirculation system. The type of fish used is fish that live in freshwater, a type of tilapia. Fish farming includes the maintenance of fish, which pays attention to the growth and development of fish. Hydroponics itself is a way of farming without using soil as a medium but using water which contains controlled nutrients containing the essential elements needed for plant growth. The location of this research was conducted in Losari Village, Kec. Gondang, Kab. sleepy. It aims to increase the demand for vegetables, limited land and space, efficiency in land use, and decoration. In addition, this cultivation system allows for increased production of cultivated products with limited land and water sources, and creates its own beauty. (9 pt).
