This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the actualization of school leadership based on the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah (Aswaja) at SDIT Mutiara Palabuhanratu, Sukabumi Regency. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of various parties involved in school management. The results of the study show that school leadership integrates Aswaja values, namely tawassuth (moderate), tawazun (balanced), i'tidal (firm/straight), and tasamuh (tolerant), in policy making, curriculum management, and character development of students. The actualization of these values has an impact on the creation of a harmonious, inclusive, and oriented learning environment for the development of moderate Islamic character. An important point found is the integration of Aswaja values in the school's visions and missions, student discipline, and religious programs such as morning dhikr and dawn lectures. These programs support the formation of righteous, intelligent, and outstanding students, while strengthening the school's identity as an educational institution based on moderate Islamic values. This research confirms that Aswaja-based leadership not only serves as a normative guideline, but also as a practical strategy in building a school culture that is sustainable and relevant to the needs of the community.

The assessment of student achievement is one of the main indicators in measuring the effectiveness of the educational process in Islamic boarding schools. The assessment process that has been carried out manually tends to be subjective, so it has the potential to cause a discrepancy between the student's achievement and the results of the evaluation received. This research aims to develop a decision support system that is able to assess student achievement in an objective, measurable, and transparent manner by applying the PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) method. This method is used because it has the ability to manage various assessment criteria simultaneously to produce fair and rational alternative rankings. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive by involving a number of students as research samples. The data was analyzed through the stages of determining weight, calculating preference values, and determining the values of leaving flow, entering flow, and net flow as the basis for determining the final ranking. The results of the study show that the PROMETHEE method can provide consistent and accurate ranking results, by placing students who have academic excellence, discipline, and positive personalities in the top position. These findings prove that the PROMETHEE method is effective in overcoming the subjectivity of the assessment and increasing the transparency of the evaluation process. Practically, the resulting system can help the pesantren in determining outstanding students more efficiently and based on data, as well as theoretically strengthen the application of multicriteria decision-making methods in the context of Islamic education.’

Lecturers are a key element in improving the quality of education in higher education. Effective assessment of lecturer performance is essential for evaluation and improvement of education quality. Instituito Profissional de Canossa (IPDC) evaluates lecturer performance through manual methods involving students, this process often produces inaccurate data and slows down decision making. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can accommodate all the criteria needed in decision making using the promethee method to assess lecturer performance. Promethee was chosen in this research because of its ability to consider data characteristics and provide more accurate results. This DSS will consider three assessment criteria, including education, community service and research. The results of the DSS implementation with the Promethee method can provide recommendations for lecturer performance rankings that help the quality assurance team in identifying outstanding lecturers.

Low motivation to learn and limited conceptual understanding are significant challenges in learning biology at the junior high school level, especially in abstract material on the classification of living things. This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of animated videos on student learning motivation and learning outcomes. A quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of one group pre-test and post-test was used in this study. The research sample consisted of 25 students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 2 East Likupang. Data was collected through observation sheets to assess learning motivation and pre-test and post-test tests to evaluate learning outcomes. The results of the observation showed that the average motivation of students reached 86.32% in the outstanding category. The average pre-test score of 59.57 increased to 81.09 on the post-test, indicating a significant improvement in concept comprehension. The t-test corroborates these findings with a significant value at a 95% confidence level. These results show that animated videos can present a visualization of complex concepts in an engaging and contextual way, thereby increasing students' focus, active participation, and absorption of the material. In addition, the use of this media also supports the development of students' collaborative skills and critical thinking. This research confirms that animated videos are a strategic alternative in effective science learning, especially in school environments with limitations of conventional visual media. It is suggested that the application of this media be expanded to various materials and levels of education.

This research examines the influence of the existence of zoned schools on equal access to education in Malang district. The problems in this research are the pros and cons of school principals, teachers, parents and students regarding the school zoning system in Malang district. Based on research conducted by researchers, many school principals, teachers, parents and students do not agree with the existence of a school zoning system. Because students who excel and are competent do not get favorite schools to support their long-term careers. On the other hand, from the teacher side, teachers are very depressed and stressed because they find so few talented and high-quality students in the learning process at school. This research uses qualitative methods in the form of interviews with school principals, teachers, parents and students in the school environment. The research results prove that in the absence of an educational zoning system in Indonesia, you will find many students who excel and excel in elementary, middle and high school. Because with the student zoning system there tends to be no competition between students and other students. However, this has led to a decline in the quality of education in Indonesia through the school zoning system.

The determination of outstanding students is based on different criteria, depending on the type of achievement that is to be measured. At SMK Migas Cepu, this assessment is typically based on the highest academic score from the class promotion exam. However, this method is considered less accurate and problematic in terms of grouping students. To address this issue, a clustering method using the K-Means algorithm can be applied. The purpose of this research is to build a K-Means model to determine outstanding students. The data used in this study comes from the report card ledger of class XI Machine A and B for the year 2022, which includes 71 students at SMK Migas Cepu. The RapidMiner tool was used to build the K-Means model and cluster the data based on student characteristics. The first test conducted using Excel resulted in two clusters: 35 outstanding students and 36 non-outstanding students. Meanwhile, the second test using the RapidMiner model produced two clusters with a distribution of 26 outstanding students and 45 non-outstanding students.
