This study aims to examine in depth the organizational structure and communication patterns implemented by Karang Taruna Sendang in Karanglor Village, Manyaran District, over a three-month research period. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered from primary sources through direct interviews and observations, as well as secondary sources including organizational documents involving fifteen informants consisting of the chairperson, administrators, and active members. The research subjects were determined using a purposive sampling technique, and data analysis was conducted through an interactive model, while data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources, methods, and time. The findings indicate that Karang Taruna Sendang implements an all-channel (star) communication pattern characterized by open deliberation mechanisms prior to the execution of every activity agenda. This effective communication pattern and smooth information flow have proven capable of minimizing organizational barriers and generating various tangible work programs that provide positive contributions to youth development and the welfare of the community in Karanglor Village.

Information System Analysis, Design and Development 2026 Asosiasi Pengelola Jurnal Informatika dan Komputer Indonesia

This study investigates the role of Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) in driving innovation within organizations. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining survey-based structural analysis and in-depth organizational case studies to explore how different EIS capabilities influence organizational innovation. The study focuses on four key EIS capabilities: functional capabilities such as workforce management and customer value creation; technological capabilities including ERP systems and real-time analytics; dynamic capabilities, especially organizational learning; and collaborative innovation through external partnerships. The survey results reveal that EIS capabilities, particularly data analytics and integration, significantly enhance organizational agility, decision-making, and innovation outcomes. In-depth case studies provide detailed insights into how these capabilities are applied in real-world organizational settings, illustrating their impact on process and service innovation. The findings indicate that the effective integration of EIS across organizational functions, along with improved access to data, contributes to operational efficiency and innovation success. However, challenges such as integration issues, resistance to change, and lack of skilled personnel were also identified as barriers to successful EIS adoption. The study contributes to the literature by offering a comprehensive understanding of how EIS capabilities drive innovation and highlighting the importance of organizational culture and leadership in the adoption process. The research provides practical recommendations for organizations to leverage EIS for fostering innovation, such as focusing on EIS integration, overcoming organizational barriers, and ensuring leadership engagement. Finally, the study suggests future research directions, including the refinement of multi-method approaches and the need for longitudinal studies to better understand the long-term impact of EIS on innovation outcomes.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are essential for improving the quality, efficiency, and continuity of healthcare services. Despite mandates requiring full implementation of EMRs in Indonesian healthcare facilities by the end of 2023, many hospitals continue to face challenges in achieving effective adoption. This study aims to analyze the implementation of EMRs in the outpatient services of Nur Hidayah Hospital, Yogyakarta, using the 5M framework: Man, Money, Machine, Materials, and Method. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving key informants from medical records staff, registration officers, and IT personnel. The findings revealed that while the availability of staff and supporting infrastructure such as computers and software was generally adequate, limitations persisted in human resource specialization, training access, and system integration. Financial planning for EMR-related needs was done through annual budgeting (RAB), but coordination between departments remained minimal. Key challenges included slow internet connectivity, limited IT staff, and lack of specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for EMR usage. Overall, the EMR system has been implemented in most outpatient units, yet not all units have fully transitioned due to technical and organizational barriers. This study concludes that optimizing EMR implementation requires not only technological readiness but also organizational alignment, continuous staff development, and robust inter-departmental coordination.

This study explores the barriers and challenges organizations face when implementing green management practices. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews with 15 key informants and document analysis, the research reveals complex interconnections between organizational, resource-related, and external barriers that impede successful implementation. The findings highlight a "green management commitment paradox" where surface-level support for environmental initiatives, without corresponding structural changes, hinders implementation efforts. The study identifies three primary barrier categories: organizational resistance and leadership commitment issues, resource allocation challenges, and external regulatory pressures. The research contributes to both theory and practice by providing a nuanced understanding of how these barriers interact and influence implementation success. The findings suggest that organizations need to adopt a holistic approach to environmental management, considering both technical and social dimensions of change to achieve effective implementation of green management practices.
