Along with the development of the industrial sector, companies are competing to create quality and affordable products. To support production, automation tools have emerged that help the production process so that it is faster. One of the machines that is widely used by large factories is a 3-phase induction motor. 3-phase induction motors are often used in driving equipment in industry because they have a simple construction, are relatively cheap, lightweight, have high efficiency, and are easy to maintain. This study utilizes the A3114 hall effect sensor device, PZEM-PP4T Sensor, 20x4 LCD, ESP32 module, Relay, Mitsubishi D700, MCP 4725 Sensor. The tests carried out showed that the performance of the sensor for measuring speed, voltage, and current on 3-phase motors has a high level of accuracy. Testing of motor speed shows a difference in speed value (Rpm) between the hall effect sensor and the tachometer, with an average accuracy percentage of 4,12%, indicating that the hall effect sensor has a fairly good level of accuracy. For voltage measurement, the Pzem sensor compared to the Multitester produces an average accuracy percentage of 0,90%, indicating that the pzem sensor is very reliable. Meanwhile, current testing shows a difference in value between the pzem sensor and the multitester with an average accuracy percentage of 0,98%, indicating a fairly high level of accuracy. Overall, this system can be relied on for measuring operational parameters of 3-phase motors because it has consistent and good accuracy. With this research, the 3-phase induction motor monitoring system which was originally done manually has changed to automatic and has a fairly high level of work efficiency.

This study aims to examine the impact of a 6-phase design using an asymmetrical dual 3-phase design on the torque and speed of an induction motor, where the newly designed motor still uses a 3-phase power source. The research compares the performance of a conventional 3-phase induction motor with that of an asymmetrical 6-phase induction motor design, focusing on torque and speed. This motor is only designed in terms of its windings, so the motor's position remains unchanged. The 3-phase system applied to the 6-phase induction motor design ensures that the 6-phase motor operates within a 3-phase system. The study also explores performance improvements, particularly in torque and speed, by redesigning the windings of a 3-phase induction motor into an asymmetrical 6-phase motor. The induction motor used in this research has the following specifications: 3-phase, 2 A, 1390 RPM, 50Hz, 0.75 kW, and 380Y. The study aims to understand the effects of the asymmetrical 6-phase induction motor design, particularly regarding torque and speed. The results show that the torque and speed of the two motors differ due to the asymmetrical 6-phase winding design. In a conventional 3-phase induction motor, the winding coil layer distance is 120°, whereas, in the asymmetrical 6-phase induction motor, the distance between the first and second layers is 30°. Based on this analysis, the asymmetrical 6-phase induction motor design demonstrates better performance compared to the conventional 3-phase induction motor.

Induction motors are components that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and are very much in demand among industries, with low prices, sturdy construction and easy maintenance making these induction motors used for heavy industrial applications. However, the 3-phase induction motor at this time chooses a low torque and speed so that it affects the efficiency of the induction motor performance, which will decrease.  This study examines the effect of unsymmetrical 2-layer 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of 3-phase induction motors using the finite element method. This research was conducted using Ansys software, which aims to see the magnetic flux density and the effect of 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of a 3-phase induction motor using the finite element method. The induction motor that is the reference for this research has specifications of a 3-phase induction motor: 0.75 KW, 1 HP, 220/380 V, 3.5/2 A, 50 Hz, 1390 rpm. This research aims to analyze the impact of a new coil winding design in 3-phase induction motor on effiiciency, with the objective of creating a new 3-phase induction motor with improved performance. The research was conducted in the Electric Power System Laboratority, Department of Electrical Engineering, Padang Institute of Technology, and focuses solely on efficiency and its relationship to motor output power. The study involved redesigning the coils of a conventional 3-phase induction motor into a 6-phase coil design without altering the motor’s position, followed by testing both motors and comparing the efficiency of the conventional 3-phase induction motor with that of the redesigned 6-phase motor using the asymmetrical double methode. The result show that the efficiency of the 6-phase coil-designed motor increased compared to the conventional 3-phase induction motor.   importance of maintaining data security and implementing AI strategically to provide optimal benefits for consumers and business development.

This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing strategy through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. AI has shown a transformative impact by outperforming traditional methods, especially in optimizing big data-based marketing strategies. With the ability to analyze consumer behavior in depth, AI enables businesses to personalize marketing efforts and improve user experiences more efficiently and responsively. However, challenges such as data privacy, high initial investment, and reliance on data quality remain major concerns that must be addressed. This study also evaluates the effectiveness of using AI across marketing channels, which shows significant differences in their impact on business strategy. In addition, the integration of AI-based fitness equipment is considered to have a major contribution in increasing consumer satisfaction while driving online business growth. The results of this study provide valuable insights into the effective implementation of AI, as well as highlight the importance of maintaining data security and implementing AI strategically to provide optimal benefits for consumers and business development.

The research issues include the performance of three-phase induction motors and the impact of load on three-phase induction motors. This study aims to develop a driving system for empty fruit bunches (EFB) processing machines using induction motors at PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng, South Sumatra. The research was conducted at PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng in South Sumatra, from May to June 2024. Primary data in this research were obtained through observation and interviews, while secondary data were gathered from document analysis. In the context of this research on three-phase induction motors, document analysis techniques can be used to analyze various documents such as scientific literature, technical specifications, maintenance reports, production records, or other documents related to induction motors. The research methods include system requirements analysis, system design and implementation of the driving system, and performance testing of the developed system. The results show that the use of induction motors can provide better operational efficiency in EFB processing. This research is expected to contribute positively to improving the efficiency and productivity of PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng's operations.

Electric motors with an electromagnetic devices that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, so it can be that electric motors are include in the category of dynamic electric machines. The research to find out the design of the circuit form protoype from wye delta, how to replace the system control circuit starting wye delta, and obtain a large result measuring the flow current of the 3 phase induction motor when the motor starts the motor running. Method used between another study of literature, than to do design and testing of tools and data retrieval. The results of the system test is effective, obtained, digging, initial current, electric motor with value, with the acquisition of measurement results when using the wye system on R, S, and T phase each 0,6 ampere, 0,8 ampere, and 0,6 ampere. When using the delta system on R phase of 7,5 ampere,S phase of 8,5 ampere, and T phase of 8,3 ampere. Prototype from thid tools operates with controller system, using a toll called a semiautomatic control system, whit an electromagnetic working principle ehere the main function of the contactor is as a magnetic switch.

This article discusses children who experience movement and motor barriers / disabilities, disabilities include children with special needs because they have physical disorders that interfere with movement due to congenital bone structure abnormalities, illness, or due to accidents, such as polio and paralysis, The way to communicate with children with disabilities is by: (1) Everyone must change his perspective on children with disabilities and realize that everyone has disadvantages and advantages; (2) Everyone shall pay attention to the readiness of the school, including its administration, principal, and students; and (3) provide special facilities for persons with disabilities. The frequency setting is VSD (variable speed drive) or inverter. In controlling the speed of a 3-phase induction motor using a VSD or inverter, the PWM (pulse width modulation) method is used. PWM is a method of manipulating the signal width, which is described by pulses in one period. In collecting data, the methods used are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The data obtained in the observation are the values of frequency, voltage, and current at the output of the VSD, which goes to the source of the 3-phase induction motor. The results obtained from setting the motor speed by setting the frequency at 25 Hz are 1500 rpm, 30 Hz is 1800 rpm, 35 Hz is 2100 rpm, 39.1 Hz is 2346 rpm, and 40 Hz is 2400 rpm. By adjusting the input frequency to a 3-phase induction motor using a VSD or inverter, it can be concluded that the higher the frequency, the faster the rotation speed of the pump motor, and the resulting water discharge in sucking water will also be greater.

PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture is a company engaged in the production of furniture such as doors, tables, chairs, cabinets, bookcases and other interior equipment. As one of the companies that have succeeded in producing finished goods in large quantities, PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture relies on the help of an electric motor at every stage of its production, including one of the wood pellet production machines, namely the biofuel pelletizer molding machine which has four different types of motors. In order to work optimally, electric motors need a protection system that can protect them from threats. In this study, the protection system used is Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) which functions as an overload controller so that the electric motor is not easily burned or damaged. In this case, the TOR must be adjusted according to the capacity of each induction motor so that when an overload occurs, the TOR will automatically cut off the current flowing in the motor so that damage can be avoided. The TOR trip standards in this study uses the NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) standard with the method used, namely Research and Development (R&D) where this method is carried out to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The data collection was obtained through journals and books.

Pada PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture  merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang furniture yang memproduksi seperti gitar, pintu, lemari, kursi, meja maupun perlengkapan interior dan eksterior. Untuk mempermudah dalam proses pengerjaan barang jadi maka pada perusahaan ini menggunakan mesin pengamplas kayu atau bisa disebut dengan mesin wide belt sander yang memiliki amplas berbentuk selendang  di gerakkan oleh motor induksi. Dalam mesin ini terdapat  lima jenis  motor induksi. Supaya pengoperasian mesin dapat dilaksanakan dengan optimal dalam mesin wide belt sander ini terdapat sistem proteksi yang mampu mengatasi dan meminimalisir terjadinya beban berlebih pada motor induksi, sistem proteksi ini ialah Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB). Pada dasarnya mpcb ini harus disetting terlebih dahulu sesuai dari kapasitas masing – masing motor induksi supaya  pada  saat  pengoperasian mesin dapat terkontrol secara efektif. Kata Kunci:

Penggunaan motor listrik dengan kontaktor sebagai pengendalinya dapat menyebabkan arus (starting) motor melonjak saat start pertama dihidupkan. Dalam perkembangan teknologi, Variable Speed Drive (inverter) berfungsi untuk mengurangi konsumsi energi listrik dalam mengendalikan kecepatan putar motor listrik dengan mengubah prinsip frekuensi inputnya, sehingga dapat memungkinkan upaya penghematan konsumsi energi dan peningkatan produksi terhadap kapasitas pabrik. Penggunaan motor listrik yang fungsinya sebagai penggerak mesin merupakan contoh penggunaan motor listrik yang tidak efisien dan membutuhkan energi yang cukup besar, Selain itu, penggunaan motor listrik masih menggunakan cara tradisional, yaitu dengan mengguakan kontaktor. penggunaan kontaktor dapat menyebabkan arus (starting) motor melonjak saat start pertama dihidupkan. Lonjakan arus start yang cukup besar ini juga berdampak pada pemborosan konsumsi daya. Namun, lonjakan ini dapat di minimalkan dengan memodifikasi teknik pengendaliannya yaitu menggunakan VFD. VFD dapat mengatur lonjakan arus startin sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diperlukan, yaitu dengan cara mengubabh frekuensinya.

Pengaturan kecepatan dalam menggerakkan motor induksi yang biasanya digunakan pada mesin baik pada sektor perumahan maupun industri sangat perlu diperhatikan karena dapat menghemat daya dalam penggunaannya. Umumnya, motor induksi bergerak relatif konstan. Seperti halnya pada penelitian ini yang mengamati motor induksi tiga fasa pada Pumps Training System (trainer sistem pompa) yang diatur frekuensinya.Adanya pergerakan rotor pada motor induksi yang bergerak relatif konstan berdampak langsung pada kecepatan motor induksi yang mempengaruhi pergerakkan sistem pompa air. Dampak tambahannya tentu pada laju aliran dan tekanan air yang dihasilkan selama proses penampungan. Adapun upaya untuk mengurangi dampak pergerakan motor induksi listrik 3 fasa adalah dengan mengatur kecepatan putaran rotor pada motor induksi listrik 3 fasa pada sistem tersebut. Solusi yang digunakan untuk mengatur kecepatan putaran motor adalah dengan menggunakan salah satu jenis inverter yang biasa dikenal dengan Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Dengan begitu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui laju aliran dan tekanan air pada Pumps Training System dengan penggunaan VFD sebagai upaya untuk mendeteksi laju aliran dan tekanan air yang dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan putaran pada motor induksi tiga fasa baik pada kondisi arah putaran pompa sentrifugal normal maupun terbalik (invers).   Kata Kunci: aliran, kecepatan, motor induksi, pompa, VFD.

Perkembangan teknologi di era sekarang berkembang sangat cepat salah satunya di bidang industri. Di Indonesia industri mengalami kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, baik industri besar maupun kecil, berbagai teknologi bermunculan, dari teknologi yang baru ditemukan hingga perkembangan teknologi sebelumnya. Motor induksi adalah motor yang menggunakan medan magnet agar dapat mengubah energi listrik menjadi energi kinetik serta memiliki slip antara medan magnet stator dan medan magnet motor. Motor tiga fasa memiliki fitur yang dapat diatasi dalam beberapa instalasi, salah satunya adalah sistem penggerak bintang (Y)-delta multi sistem (Δ) yang sederhana dan dapat diakses oleh semua orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem kerja pada star delta dengan motor tiga fasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sehingga hasil dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan merancang sistem kontrol dengan beberapa tombol seperti star, delta dan off. Dimana hasil realisasinya pada rangkaian putaran motor akan mengalami kecepatan yang lebih tinggi ketika ditekan tombol delta. Jadi kesimpulannya tombol-tombol tersebut dapat mengatur kecepatan putaran motor induksi dari minimum hingga maksimum.

Salah satu cara paling umum untuk mengontrol kecepatan adalah dengan menggunakan sensor enkoder Data yang dihasilkan akan ditampilkan di komputer atau laptop Anda. Saya tahu pengamatan mereka. Semakin banyak motor memiliki biaya perawatan yang lebih rendah selain efisiensi, torsi, kecepatan dan variabilitas. motor DC ini memiliki proses pergantian yang lebih cepat dan biaya perawatan yang lebih rendah, yang menyebabkan sikat menjadi percikan api dan cepat menjadi rusak. Rotor terbuat dari kumparan dan diinduksi oleh medan magnet berputar stator, yang menyebabkan arus listrik di rotor. Kecepatan putaran rotor jauh lebih lambat daripada kecepatan putaran medan magnet stator. Akibatnya motor induksi cenderung kurang efisien dibandingkan motor DC kecepatan tinggi, bisa fluktuatif, dan biaya perawatannya lebih rendah, sehingga digunakan motor DC brushless atau biasa dikenal dengan motor BLDC.

Permasalahan kelistrikan yang sering terjadi pada motor induksi ialah tidak seimbangnya tegangan phasa yang menyebabkan kinerja motor induksi yang semakin berkurang. Ini ditandai dengan adanya kenaikan temperature yang menyebabkan umur motor induksi tersebut berkurang. Oleh karena itu penulis mengangkat topik ini sebagai tugas akhir untuk mengetahui pengaruh tegangan tidak seimbang terhadap temperature motor induksi lima phasa, analisis ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk isolasi dan proteksi pada motor induksi itu sendiri. Motor induksi lima phasa pada keadaan tegangan tidak seimbang terjadi kenaikan temperatur yang lebih tinggi dari keadaan motor induksi lima phasa di beri tegangan seimbang, yaitu 0.36 0C/m untuk tegangan seimbang, 0.72 0C/m untuk tegangan tidak seimbang 1% dan 0.84 0C/m untuk tegangan tidak seimbang 3% berdasarkan pengukuran thermometer infrared. Sedangkan pengukuran menggunakan pengukuran resistansi yaitu 0.64 0C/m untuk tegangan seimbang, 0.934 0C/m untuk tegangan tidak seimbang 1% dan 1.147 0C/m untuk tegangan tidak seimbang 3%.
