Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of chips in Pugeran Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency face structural obstacles in the form of limited internal governance and weak market penetration. Around 80% of business actors are still managed conventionally, triggering production inefficiencies and a lack of mastery of persuasive marketing language on packaging. This community service activity aims to reconstruct an effective division of labor based on HR governance mindset, build the capacity of practical skills in packaging copywriting and digital media, and change business behavior from conventional reactive to strategic proactive. The program is implemented with an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through three main intervention stages, namely diagnosis and reconstruction of MSDM, co-creation and marketing language assistance, and the adoption of proactive behavior through coaching and market simulation. The results showed a significant socio-economic transformation, characterized by the implementation of labor division SOPs that increased production efficiency by 18%, as well as the adoption of new packaging and persuasive copywriting techniques that expanded market reach beyond the region and increased average turnover by 22% in two months. In addition, a new social institution was formed in the form of the "Prosperous Pugeran Chips Craftsmen Association" and the emergence of young local leaders as agents of the program's sustainability.

This research aims to examine the cultivation system of porang as an intercrop in pine forests, analyze production costs, revenue, and income, as well as assess the feasibility of porang farming in Jatirejo District, Mojokerto Regency. The research employed a census method with 20 purposively selected porang farmers as respondents. Data were analyzed by calculating production costs, revenue, income, and the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). The results showed that most farmers applied the row planting system, which achieved higher productivity (4,507 kg/ha) compared to the random planting system (4,029 kg/ha), as orderly arrangement supports optimal growth. The average production cost in the row planting system was IDR 9,697,833, with revenue of IDR 42,250,000 and income of IDR 32,552,167. Meanwhile, the random planting system incurred an average production cost of IDR 8,369,500, with revenue of IDR 26,437,500 and income of IDR 18,068,000. The R/C ratio of the row planting system was higher, at 4.3, compared to 3.1 in the random planting system. These findings indicate that the row planting system is more profitable and cost-efficient, and porang farming is economically feasible to be developed as an intercrop in pine forests.

This study aims to examine how student interns perceive the performance of tax services at the Mojokerto Tax Office (KPP). This study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews with interns assigned to the service division, specifically at the Integrated Service Center (TPT). The interview results indicate that the tax service framework at the Mojokerto Primary Tax Office is viewed positively, is well-organized, and is beginning to evolve toward a modern and digital service approach through CORETAX technology. The shift toward digital services is believed to improve efficiency, streamline the process of obtaining a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), simplify annual tax reporting, and enhance access to additional tax services. Additionally, the quality of service provided by staff was rated as friendly, professional, interactive, and supportive in helping taxpayers understand the service process. Nevertheless, several challenges were noted, including a lack of general awareness among taxpayers regarding digital platforms particularly among older taxpayers increased wait times during the annual tax filing season, and occasional system disruptions that affected service delivery. Based on interview findings, the tax service framework at the Mojokerto Pratama Tax Office is considered fairly efficient, although there is still room for improvement in promoting the adoption of digital services, enhancing service facilities, and creating a more user-friendly system.

The 2025 Real Work Lectures use the Berdampak model (Real Work Lectures based on Community Impactful). The theme of our group's Community Service Program is the problem of household waste management in Bakalan Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, which requires proper handling. Open burning of waste causes air pollution and other adverse effects. In an effort to overcome this problem, KKN students have initiated the use of used barrels as a place to burn waste with minimal smoke. This program includes observation and socialization related to innovative technology in waste management. Through this activity, the community is introduced to the use of trash cans that reduce smoke pollution and produce briquettes as an alternative fuel from combustion residues. The program results show an increase in community awareness of waste management and the potential for reducing negative environmental impacts. This innovation opens up opportunities for the community to become a model of independent and sustainable waste management, which can be applied in other villages.

Bullying remains a serious issue in elementary schools, affecting children’s psychological, social, and academic well-being. Limited student understanding of the forms and impacts of bullying encouraged students of the Community Service Program (KKN) from Mayjen Sungkono University to implement an anti-bullying education program at Tawar State Elementary School. This activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding of bullying while fostering empathy and care toward peers. The program employed an educative–participatory approach through presentations, interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and ice-breaking activities tailored to the characteristics of elementary school students. The participants consisted of 39 students from grades 4 and 5. Evaluation was conducted through observations of student participation, enthusiasm, and their ability to answer questions related to the delivered material. The results indicated that most students were able to understand the concept of bullying, its types, negative impacts, and prevention strategies. Furthermore, students began to apply anti-bullying values in their daily social interactions within the school environment. Anti-bullying education is expected to serve as a preventive measure in creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive school environment that optimally supports students’ growth and development.

Public transportation plays an important role in supporting community mobility and accelerating regional economic growth. To improve public transportation services in East Java, the East Java Provincial Transportation Agency introduced the Trans Jatim Bus system. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, including long bus arrival times, the use of mobile applications that are difficult for elderly users, and inconsistencies in the availability of supporting facilities such as seating and trash bins at bus stops. This study aims to analyze the quality of Trans Jatim Bus services based on the service quality dimensions proposed by Wirtz and Lovelock. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that reliability has not met service standards due to prolonged waiting times. Responsiveness and assurance were found to meet service standards, as passengers expressed satisfaction with service responses and complaint handling. Empathy was considered adequate, although accessibility issues for elderly passengers remain. Tangible aspects were also sufficiently met, but inconsistencies were found in the provision of seating and trash bins at several bus stops. Based on these findings, the study recommends increasing the number of buses on corridor 2, evaluating bus schedules, conducting public awareness campaigns, and ensuring the consistent provision of seating and trash bins at all bus stops to improve overall service quality.

This community service was carried out at SMAS PGRI 1 Mojokerto City with the main goal of improving student discipline through the application of Japanese-style discipline culture. This activity is designed in a structured manner to have a real and sustainable impact on student behavior and the integrity of educational institutions. The method used is a participatory and applicative approach, so that students not only passively receive information, but also actively engage in the process of learning, reflection, and discipline practice. This approach emphasizes the direct involvement of students in activities that foster awareness, responsibility, and positive habits that support the creation of a conducive learning environment. The results of the implementation of activities are divided into three main categories. First, the short-term results seen immediately after the activity are increased students' motivation and understanding of the importance of discipline. Second, the medium-term results that appear within 1-3 months are in the form of real behavioral changes, such as punctuality, neatness, and compliance with school rules. Third, long-term results that contribute to strengthening the integrity of the institution as a school with a high discipline image. Thus, this community service is expected to be able to become a model for implementing a discipline culture that is effective, sustainable, and relevant to the needs of education in Indonesia.
