People with mental illness are people who have physical, mental, social, growth, development, and quality of life problems. Family can be a key factor in healing. Families must have cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities. The purpose of the study was to find out the correlation between knowledge about mental disorders with the ability of families to care for people with mental disorders at the Poigar Health Center, Poigar District. The study used descriptive analytic method with cross sectional approach. The sample was 33 respondents with non probability sampling, total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data that has been collected was then processed by running the SPSS computer program version 25.0 to be analyzed with the chi square statistical test with a significance level (α) of 0.05. The results of the study with the chi square test showed a p-value of 0.000 with a significant level <0.05. The p-value (0.000) is smaller than α (0.05) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that there is a significant correlation between knowledge about mental disorders with the ability of families to care for people with mental disorders.

This study conducts an exploratory data analysis combined with machine learning techniques to identify early signs of student depression. We investigated various factors affecting mental health among students, including sleep duration, dietary patterns, history of suicidal thoughts, family history of mental illness, and their relationships with depression across age groups and academic pressure. The study also examined the influence of gender on academic stress levels. Three machine learning models such as Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) were utilized to predict depression. The performance of these models was evaluated, achieving accuracy rates of 84.97% for Random Forest, 84.85% for SVM, and 81.16% for KNN. The findings highlight the effectiveness of these models in predicting student depression and underscore the importance of targeted mental health interventions based on key factors influencing mental health among students.

work stress is becoming an increasingly important issue in the workplace safety (K3) perspective. Factors that influence work stress have a significant impact on employee health and organizational productivity. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that contribute to the level of work stress and its impact on K3. The research method used is a literature study that investigates various factors that can cause work stress, including excessive workload, role conflict, lack of control over work, lack of social support, job insecurity, and unsafe working conditions. In addition, the impact of work stress on K3 has also been analyzed, including an increased risk of work accidents, reduced attention span, and increased risk of physical and mental illness. Research shows that factors such as high job demands, lack of job control, and unsafe work environments contribute significantly to workplace stress levels. In addition, work stress also negatively affects K3, increasing the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. The practical implications of these findings are that organizations can influence workplace stress through intervention programs such as stress management training, encouraging work-life balance, increasing social support, and improving managed work conditions. Therefore, these initiatives not only improve K3 and employee well-being, but also help improve productivity and performance throughout the organization.
