The development of student learning creativity is inseparable from the role of teacher competence as an educator in transferring effective learning, as well as in SKI learning. This paper aims to see how the four SKI teacher competencies are implemented at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah. This study used a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. As for the results of the study: (1) There are aspects of pedagogic competence that have been fulfilled, it can be seen that the teacher has provided educational learning, can communicate and interact actively, (2) Aspects of personality competence as seen by the stability and personal integrity of a teacher, being fair, honest, objective, and also disciplined in carrying out assignments, (3) Aspects of professional competence that can be seen from the mastery of material, structure, and also scientific thinking concepts that support the subjects that the teacher already has, (4) Aspects of social competence of teachers who can accept the advantages and disadvantages of others, and are able to adapt to the environment, especially to students.  

Educating is the duty, mandate, and responsibility of parents, teachers, or authorized educators. in any environment and situation, an educator must make students able to absorb and understand the material and teaching that is directed and conveyed. In addition, the totality of teaching staff is also a capital in achieving the expected educational goals. Educational work is not only a family obligation, but also an obligation for educators in schools. school as a formal educational institution in the sense that it is carried out on the basis of strong regulations and with certain conditions and a certain basis.

The purpose of this research is to: 1) is to find out the structure of the novel (characters, plot, and setting) that builds the storytelling in the novel Bukan Pasarmalam by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. 2) Is to know the social values contained in the novel Bukan Pasarmalam by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. 3) is to know the moral values in the novel Bukan Pasarmalam by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. 4) is to find out the relevance between the novel Bukan Pasarmalam and learning Indonesian language and literature in high school. This research method uses content analysis method, using a qualitative approach. With the method used, this study found the results that: 1) The structure of the novel Bukan Pasarmalam describes people's lives in Indonesia before and after independence. In this novel, Pramoedya describes the sadness, suffering and difficulties of the post-independence Indonesian people. 2) the findings and results of the analysis of this novel, it is known that the novel Bukan Pasarmalam contains social values through social interactions within the family and society. These values include: the value of affection, the value of compassion, the value of protection, the value of religiosity, the value of caring, the value of equality, the value of togetherness, the value of sincerity. 3) The moral values contained in the character I are in the form of behavior that most are worthy of being an example for everyone such as being responsible, patient, guarding one's tongue, and being religious. 4) The social values and moral values in the novel Bukan Pasarmalam can be relevant to the 2013 curriculum for Indonesian language and literature subjects in class XI high schools, there is material about analyzing the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of literary works, one of which is Indonesian novels which contain values cultural, social, moral, historical, and religious with basic competencies: identifying life values contained in a collection of short stories and analyzing messages from two fiction books (novels and poetry), while the learning materials: short stories, short story contents, values life, short story intrinsic elements, novel elements and reviews of novels.  

Along with the growing public awareness of personal and environmental health, lipa sabbe products with natural colors are increasingly popular. Natural dyes are advantageous because they do not need to be imported, are safe for human health during the manufacturing process, do not pollute the environment, and are safe. Although synthetic dyes are easier to use, they are harmful to health, produce hazardous waste, pollute the environment, and are made from imported materials. This study aims to determine the types of plants that can be used as natural dyes for lipa sabbe. Qualitative methods with literature studies sourced from journals, books, or other related scientific articles are used in this research. The results showed that natural dyes in lipa sabbe became one of the Science Learning Resources with natural dyes including extracts from cocoa shell waste, coconut fiber waste, oil palm shell waste, rambutan peel waste, mangosteen peel waste, guava leaf waste, mango leaf waste and avocado leaf waste is plantation waste that can be used as a natural lipa sabbe dye. PT GMP Sukses Makmur Indonesia is a company engaged in the production of Bubble Wrap (bubbled plastic). This company produces 818,680 rolls with an average monthly production of 68,223 rolls. The problem that often arises at Pt Gmp Sukses Makmur Indonesia is the high production machine delay time with a downtime of 705.43 hours and a breakdown of 663.33 hours in one year, so the engine performance is less effective. This can lead to not achieving production targets which cause losses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Bubble Wrap production machine using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) measuring tool and to find the causes of the problems that have been carried out using the ORE method on Bubble Wrap production machines during the period September 2021 – August 2022. ORE is a method that is useful in measuring the effectiveness of production time by taking into account the resources which include humans, machines, materials and methods. In the ORE method there are seven factors that are measured including readiness, availability of facility, changover efficiency, availability of material, availability of manpower, performance efficiency, dan quality rate. The results of measuring machine effectiveness using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) method for Ektruder machines were 76.41%, Crushers 99.59%, Cooling 98.99%, Mixers 99.79%, and Air Compressors 98.88%. Based on the method used, it is known that in the Bubble Wrap production process, the extruder machine does not meet the ORE standard of 85%, while the influencing factors are performance efficiency and quality rate. where the value of performance efficiency and Quality rate does not meet the standard so that it affects the high value of Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE).

From birth to adulthood, there occurs development, and as a woman, the body's organs develop flawlessly and entirely. In comparison to a male, a woman's body develops differently, especially in terms of the reproductive organs, genitalia, endocrine system, and skeleton. The fast-paced and practical lifestyle elements of today's metropolitan society have an impact on the food ingested, which is bad for the body's health. The majority of high-risk illnesses, including heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, stroke, depression, and others, affect women more than males. The Community Service Partners are the management of the Family Welfare Development Team (TP-PKK) in West Bungo Village, Bungo Regency. The majority of PKK administrators, besides their activities as housewives, also work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions, where due to business, consumption patterns and types of food eaten are unhealthy, such as fast- food which can be bad for the health of the body. especially reproductive health. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to provide training and skills for TP-PKK administrators in making traditional herbal drinks with raw materials from rhizome plants such as Ginger, Turmeric, Temu Lawak, Kencur, Galangal which are very useful in helping to maintain body and reproductive health. in productive Ages.

This community service aims as village development literacy for the Village Head, Village Officials and Village Youth. The workshop was held in Bandungan, Semarang Regency, and program implementation was carried out in 5 selected districts in Central Java Province. This activity is supported by LPPM ITB Semarang and Unicef, which is included in the Program for Handling Out of School Children in Central Java Province. Through the lecture method with visual media supporting devices and ending with a question and answer session, it is very effective in delivering material. This was shown by the enthusiasm of the participants in the question and answer interaction at the discussion forum.

Information and communication technology that has become increasingly sophisticated makes information spread quickly without the boundaries of space and time. This is very dangerous for teenagers who are still confused about what they can and cannot do. The type of research design used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 23 people, consisting of 21 students/I SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City, 1 teacher counseling guidance and 1 vice principal in the field of public relations. Data were obtained by means of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and In-Depth Interview. Students' perception of sex education is to explain problems related to how to interact with the opposite sex, reproductive organs, intimate relationships, and juvenile delinquency. Perceptions related to the threat of not getting sex education are that they can fall into promiscuity and free sex, get pregnant out of wedlock and can get reproductive diseases. Students' perceptions regarding the benefits of getting sex education are being able to distinguish between good and bad, and being able to avoid promiscuity. Schools provide support in efforts to prevent free sex for their students by way of socialization related to sex education by counseling guidance teachers assisted by other relevant agencies and institutions. The informant's perception of the perceived barriers in obtaining sex education is that many consider sex a taboo subject and a negative thing. The activity of providing sex education at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City is expected to be able to apply sex education as one of the materials taught to students at school. Although activities were hampered due to the pandemic, it is hoped that the school will continue to provide sex education materials in the form of online meetings or socialization from various media.    

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

Teenagers are the next generation of the nation. Adolescent girls in their life cycle experience menstruation. Menstruation is a natural cycle that occurs in a woman's body. Some women experience disturbances in the process of the menstrual cycle. So that every woman should know the problems that occur in her body so that early detection of accompanying diseases can be carried out. This activity aims to provide information and increase youth knowledge about reproductive health and PCOS. This educational process uses the lecture method with the help of leaflets. The results obtained from this activity are that young women understand reproductive health, especially menstruation and PCOS and understand the importance of early detection. The assessment is based on the response and enthusiasm of the participants in receiving the material provided. Including the positive response of participants in answering questions correctly when asked questions by the speaker.

A small cassava chip business is a household business that produces snacks made from special cassava snacks. The single most important factor influencing the performance of small businesses in Singapore is their marketing strategy, which takes into account their products, prices, promotions and distribution locations. This research was conducted in the small business community of Bandar Khalipah Village in Percut Sei Tuan district. The purpose of this study was to understand the mix marketing strategies used by the Singapore government. Descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques with notes, and documentation are the methods used for analysis.  Research results 1) the marketing mix strategy used by small businesses in Singapore is a product made with good quality materials, good quantity, has a handle, and is wrapped in plastic. The quoted price is equal to the price. The traditional promotional method still used in Cassava Chips is "lewd mouth to mouth" and "place/distribution channel" is "products marketed slim in the place of production then exist" i.e. "channeled to consumers" through "wholesalers". 2) Product and price are internal determining factors. Externally influenced factors include increased sales during peak hours, while internally influenced factors include sluggish production and promotion locations. External factors that become obstacles include business competitors and seasonal raw materials.

The onset of stretch Marks makes some people feel insecure. The author made a scrub made from gotu kola leaves. This study aims to determine how to make scrub leaves gotu kola, knowing the feasibility sensory test and knowing the condition of stretch marks after using scrub leaves gotu kola. This study was conducted by observation, interviews, questionnaires, experiments, documentation, and literature. The analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The manufacture of powder starts from the preparation of tools and materials, washing, weighing, drying, rarefaction, weighing dry leaves. The powder is taken to taste and mixed using olive oil. The product results are submitted to five expert validators to test the feasibility of the product using sensory tests. The feasibility of the product was tested by color averaging 4,7 in the very decent category, aroma averaging 4,1 in the decent category, texture averaging 4,1 in the decent category, ease of use averaging 3,9 in the moderately decent category, packaging averaging 4,9 in the very decent category. There is an improvement in the product that is more mashed powder, mixing powder using warm water and olive oil in a ratio of 1:2 and cooling scrub enough 5-10 minutes. Based on the results of the feasibility of the product can be concluded concluded that the product scrub leaves gotu kola feasible to be a new innovation in the manufacture of scrubs. The use of scrubs for 6 times conducted by 10 respondents resulted in the condition of stretch marks that fade, skin texture becomes more flat and the stretch decreases.

Clothing is a cultural phenomenon that cannot be separated from the meaning of signs. It can be studied using a semiotic approach. A fantasy dress with the source of the Srikandhi puppet idea was associated with a fashion meaning. The purpose of this final project was to know the process of making ready to wear fantasy the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach. The method used in this research was qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature, interviews, and documentation. The process of making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style includes; determine fashion design, fashion design analysis, preparation of tools and materials, determine sizes, basic pattern making, material cutting, exhibitions, ironing of upholstery materials, process of sewing clothes, and finishing. Making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach must pay attention to various elements, such as designs, motifs, colors, and accessories so that it can be meaningful. The suggestions of this Final Project were; in making fantasy clothing should not eliminate the characteristics of the source of the idea. So that clothing can be created that matches the source of the idea.

Streetwear is a typical street fashion clothing. The cross-stitch tucks technique is a fabric manipulation technique that has a 3-dimensional wavy texture. The use of fabric manipulation techniques in today's clothing is rarely used, thus giving rise to the idea of making a cloth with a combination of fabric manipulation, a type of cross-stitch tucks that has its own uniqueness. The combination of the cross-stitch tucks technique as a combination on streetwear will add to the impression of flexibility because this technique has a 3-dimensional wave effect on the surface. The aim of this report was to find out how to use the cross-stitched tucks technique as a combination of streetwear. The method used was a qualitative method. The results obtained from the use of the cross-stitched tucks technique as a combination of streetwear are as follows, making designs, preparing tools and materials, sizes, basic patterns, breaking patterns, cutting materials, merging, sewing and the finished product. The manufacture of streetwear used fabric, namely cotton fabric, drill fabric and jeans as well as batik fabric. Suggestions in this study were: the success of the cross-stitch tucks technique lies in the pressing and suppression process because it has a very small size. The use of tools in the manufacture of cross-stitch tucks is needed so that the results are appropriate.

The sewing techniques in clothings can be added as a  value for the beauty of clothing. This research uses fabric manipulation techniques. Fabric manipulation is a technique of manipulating textile materials by using the technique of decorating fabrics to form new textiles. This writing aims to knowing the process of making tucking techniques using denim fabric on a croptop. Tucking technique is a fold that reduces the size of the fabric, it is usually folded in one direction or another. Method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The process of fabric manipulation with tucking technique using the denim fabric begins by determining the tucking technique that will be used. The tucking techniques used are pin tucks, bow-tied tucks and undulating tucks. After determining the technique that will be used, then prepare the tools and materials. The conclusion of the process of  making fabric manipulation with the tucking technique using denim fabric on the croptop is that tucking is made with great care in the measurement of each fold so that the results are accurate. The use of denim fabric with tucking technique can form the appropriate wave, the great is caused to make it look neater and less wrinkled. In the tucking process, you must pay attention to the fabric needs, so that when folded it is according to the pattern and it should be marked  so that it does not slide the folds. The choice of material should be considered well in the making of tucking, because the thickness of the material and the the composition of the material greatly affects the result of the tucking wave.

Weaving is a unique variation whose manufacturing method is quite complicated and requires precision and patience. The process of making woven fabric which is quite complicated with unique results makes the writer interested in choosing woven as a variation of dramatic exotic clothing in the clothing. The problem discussed is how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The aim is to find out how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. Increasing consumer demand, including in the fashion sector, is directly proportional to the waste generated. Unconsciously, the fashion industry is one of the contributors to global pollution. One of the contributions is with a sustainable fashion. Awareness of environmental sustainability encourages environmentally friendly clothing styles become more popular. Designers are competing to make design collections with sustainable materials, It is the ecoprint fabric motif. Ecoprint means the technique of making motifs on cloth by tracing the leaves and then boiling them. Almost 100% of ecoprint fabrics are made using natural materials that are biodegradable. Creating fabrics with ecoprint motifs requires fabric materials derived from natural fibers, both plant and animal fiber. The dyes used come from nature, including from stems, leaves, flowers, fruit skins which when boiled are able to produce the same colors as chemical substances. The motif from leaves that produce natural colors, arranged in such a way is created kind of motif formation. Experimental methods of various in arranging leaves and flowers will produce unique different styles of motifs. Ecoprint as an alternative to sustainable Indonesian ‘Wastra’ expected will become more popular because of the uniqueness of the motifs, sustainable and the high selling price.

Implementing a box culvert system on bridges is an economical choice due to the reduced material use. This system has a joint that blends between the slab and the abutment walls and pillars. With a stiffer joint, the moment that occurs is smaller than a simple beam system. Box culvert foundations are commonly shallow foundations. Consequently, it is vulnerable to settlement, particularly the abutments that receive soil loads from the bridge embankment. Therefore, making the displacement in the abutments greater than in the pillars. The existing box culvert structure at the study site in Semarang, Indonesia has a span of 2 x 15 meters. Reinforcement has been previously carried out using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) to treat cracks. Though, as time passed, the treated cracks reopened and new cracks developed. Structural cracks occur at a negative moment, so that the reinforcement yielded. A reinforcement using CFRP does not increase stiffness—thus, a reinforcement with adding external reinforcement system is used. This reinforcement is done by adding 400 x 200 WF profile—connected mechanically by attaching anchors to the slab. Reinforcement with a WF profile is safer due to its mechanical system, which makes it easier to implement and monitor.  

Teenagers with inadequate knowledge about cosmetics are more likely to use harmful or unlawful goods. Students at SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta have never received instruction on the selection and application of beauty products. This counseling session is anticipated to raise the SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta students' awareness of the importance of utilizing adolescent-appropriate and safe skin care products and how to select them. This counseling procedure is conducted offline for counseling participants at Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. The given counseling material addresses a variety of adolescent skin conditions, as well as the many types of skincare ingredients and how to choose the appropriate one based on the adolescent's skin. Compared to the Pre-test, which was administered prior to the presenter's explanation of the topic, there was an increase in knowledge on the Post-test. Therefore, it can be inferred that participants gained knowledge from this activity's material and conversations, particularly in regards to the skincare material offered.

The module is a book written with the aim that students can learn independently and in the module contains the basic components of teaching materials so that students can understand easily. The advantages and disadvantages of the module are that students can learn independently using the module and the teacher is no longer the only source of learning for students. Education has used various ways in theteaching and learning process. One of the general users of website users in public schools is the use of web-based learning aplications that contain tutorials, exercises or vidios that are developed and uploaded to web.
