Parents who have children with Down syndrome experience various dynamics and problems to be able to accept the circumstances that occur. Parents' self-acceptance is an important aspect in caring for, educating, and raising the baby. This study aims to determine the effect of self-acceptance on coping strategies of parents who have children with Down syndrome. Research using quantitative methods with a sample of 287 parents, who are members of the Down Syndrome Parents Association Foundation (POTADS). there are 46 statement items on the coping strategy scale (r = 0.873) and 16 items on the self-acceptance scale (r = 0.714) on a Likert model scale. The results of data analysis using simple linear regression tests show that there is a significant effect of self-acceptance on coping strategies with a sig value. <0.05. through the regression equation Ŷ= 77.608 + 1.090X. The correlation coefficient value is 0.489 and the coefficient of determination (R Square = 0.239). 23.9% self-acceptance influences the coping strategy of parents at the POTADS Foundation.

The goal of this PKM is to solve partner issues through digital sales applications (digital marketing) so that PPL products can reach a wide number of people. via a participatory approach, activities for farmers are being implemented by working together to develop answers via digital sales methods. Indonesia, like the rest of the world, is going through difficult circumstances. This is because the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, causing people's income to fall. As a result, one must be able to comprehend the numerous benefits and roles of using digital tools, motivating citizens and entrepreneurs to use digital tools in all activities. The advancement of digital marketing has an impact on the advancement of product advertising. The strategy employed to attain this goal is discussion combined with direct training at the Luwuk Farmers Association. By always following health rules, keeping your distance, and wearing a mask, this method is deemed in conformity with the goal of this service. It is intended that by participating in this activity, people would gain a better understanding of what it means to use digital marketing to boost corporate competitiveness. The majority of members feel optimistic about carrying out this activity.

Adolescence experiences physiological, psychosocial, cognitive, moral and sexual development. Physiological changes in adolescence are the result of hormonal activity under the influence of the central nervous system. Physical differences between the sexes are determined on the basis of primary sex characteristics, namely the internal and external organs that carry out reproductive functions, such as the ovaries, uterus, breasts and penis. puberty and fat accumulation) but do not play a direct role in reproduction (Wong, 2015) Leucorrhoea in medical circles is known as leukore or fluor albus, which is discharge from the vagina. Leucorrhoea is a candida yeast infection in female genitalia and is caused by a yeast-like organism, namely candida albicans. Under normal circumstances, the vagina produces a clear, odorless, colorless fluid, the amount is not excessive and is not accompanied by itching. Leucorrhoea is the most common complaint in women. Leucorrhoea can occur under normal circumstances (physiological), but can also be a symptom of a disorder that must be treated (pathological) (Clayton, 2018). The method of carrying out this activity is: education in carrying out proper personal hygiene in adolescents to prevent abnormal vaginal discharge which is characterized by itching, odor, and green color so that it has an impact on infection. This activity began with the preparation of proposals and administration of activities in February 2023.
