CBT Room 2 at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, is used for computer-based lectures and practicums, which may lead to exposure to pathogenic microorganisms from device surfaces, such as computer mice. This study aims to identify pathogenic bacteria and fungi present on mouse surfaces and to evaluate the influence of room temperature and humidity on microbial growth. A total of 60 mouse samples were tested using Nutrient Agar (NA) for bacteria and Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) for fungi. The recorded room temperature was 25.6°C with a humidity level of 74%. The identification results revealed the presence of Bacillus sp., Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus sp., and Streptococcus sp. on NA media, with Gram-positive bacteria dominating (78.33%). Meanwhile, Aspergillus sp. (40.00%) and Penicillium sp. (38.33%) were found on SDA media. These findings indicate that, although the room's temperature and humidity are not at optimal levels, they still support the growth of mesophilic microbes. The implications suggest the need for routine sterilization efforts to prevent cross-infection risks in the learning environment.  

Adolescence is a period of human beings who are still experiencing excellent growth and development intellectually, physically and psychologically. The purpose of dedication is to improve the ability of young women to become Blood Add Tablet Care Cadres. The service method is carried out in junior and senior high schools in Syamtalira Bayu District for young women within a period of 3 months (June to August 2023). The implementation of community service is carried out by means of lectures, demonstrations, practicums, questions and answers and evaluations. The results obtained were 50 young women who were trained to become Blood Add Tablet Care Cadres at the junior and senior high school levels.

Practical lectures in their implementation require an understanding of how to carry out these activities. Not just knowledge, but understanding is needed. Lack of understanding can lead to inappropriate practicum results. The problem of this research is "How is the Effect of Understanding Material on Student Learning Outcomes in the typing basics practice course of the Semarang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department". The purpose of this study is the development of a conceptual integration model in understanding the material, to achieve maximum learning outcomes. The number of samples of this study were 89 respondents. The data collection method is done by giving a list of questions using Google Form. The t test results show that the Material Understanding variable has a t value of 11.522> t table 1.666 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.810 or 81%. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Understanding Material on Learning Outcomes with an influence of 81%.

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.
