A network is a system in which computing devices are connected to each other and can share data and resources. To establish a connection, these network devices follow certain rules called communication protocols, both through physical and wireless technology. The performance level of a Wi-Fi network, for example inside a building, can be measured by how well users receive the Wi-Fi signal. The goal of this network is to establish timely and precise communication between users and data senders. A successful Internet connection often depends on receiving a strong and consistent signal, while a fluctuating or weak signal is undesirable. A commonly used approach to measure the average Wi-Fi signal level in a building without needing to understand every detail of the building layout is to use Single Slope Modeling (1SM). This model bases its calculations on the distance between the sending and receiving devices, so it can be used to analyze the performance of Wi-Fi networks, as is done in the case of educational institution buildings. Apart from that, in an effort to optimize network performance, a genetic algorithm was also created which was implemented using the PHP language. This algorithm is based on the principles of genetic algorithms to overcome optimization problems that may arise in the context of such networks.

Discussion of language acquisition cannot be separated from the factors that influence it. Language acquisition is a process of acquiring a child's first language without any special learning about language. Language has an important position in human life, namely as a communication tool that connects individuals with each other. The irreplaceable role of language forces humans to be able to master language. Effective communication can be achieved if there is the same meaning between the communicator and the communicant regarding the message conveyed. The research aims to explain the form of wise expressions in the novels "Rindu" and "Pukat" by Tere Liye; the meaning of wise expressions contained in each wise expression in conversation; and the power of the meaning of wise expressions in conversation to make the writer a character. The research design used was descriptive qualitative with semantic studies and the sample in this study was 44 respondents. The results show that there are four forms of wise expressions used in Tere Liye's two works, namely wise expressions of advice, ethics/morals, education, and religion. The meanings contained in wise expressions in conversations according to Djajasudarma's theory in the novel "Rindu" include broad, emotive, dramatic, propositional, central, fictional and idiomatic meanings. Meanwhile, the meaning of wise expressions in "Pukat" includes broad meaning, motif, dramatic, propositional, central, pictorial and idiomatic.

This research was conducted to analyze student behavior in participating in the English learning process at school. This research uses qualitative descriptive techniques. The object of this research was 40 students in class XII of Hospitality and Culinary Management at Praja Pandawa Bangli Vocational High School. Data was collected through a system of observation, questionnaires and direct student and teacher interviews. This data analysis was obtained from observations in the field regarding students' attitudes or behavior when participating in the learning process. This foreign language is one of the languages that they must learn as prospective tourism actors. English has now become a mandatory language for tourism vocational students. Apart from language skills, what we need to pay attention to is that behavior or attitude is what really underlies everything we do. We don't only teach education about student behavior at school, but the role of parents is the most important. We can teach attitude, but change is based on each individual, as educators we can only give direction and direct, in the process the individual has the main role.
