Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

At the Wanayasa I Health Center UPTD, it was found that the medical record folder was torn so that the identity of the patient's medical record number could not be read and the officers often turned the folder over to view the contents of the medical record. Another factor is the lack of knowledge of medical record officers because their educational background is not a medical record graduate and has never attended training related to medical record management. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of the medical record maintenance system at the Wanayasa I Public Health Center UPTD. The type of research used was a qualitative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a very serious health problem in Indonesia. According to the Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) the highest ARI diseases were in the provinces of East Nusa Tenggara (41.7%), Papua (31.1%), Aceh (30.0%), West Nusa Tenggara (28.3%), and East Java (28.3%). In Riskesdas 2007, East Nusa Tenggara is also the province with the highest ARI. The time period for the spread of ARI in Indonesia according to Riskesdas in 2013 was 25.0%, not much different from that in 2007 which was 25.5%. People are sometimes reluctant to go to the doctor and tend to ignore this disease. For solutions to these problems, we need a system that can help the community in diagnosing respiratory disorders so that later the community can more easily consult to anticipate a worse impact. One system that can be used to assist diagnosis is an expert system. This system is not to replace the position of an expert, but to promote the knowledge and experience of an expert.
