Putra Mandiri Woodcraft (PMW) faces sales instability, ranging from 30% to 145.48% of the set target, which affects production efficiency. This study aims to formulate an effective marketing strategy to increase sales volume and business competitiveness. The methods used in this study include the IFE and EFE Matrix analysis to identify internal and external factors affecting the company, SWOT analysis to formulate various strategies, and QSPM to determine strategy priorities based on the Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) value. The analysis results show that Putra Mandiri Woodcraft has an IFE score of 2.70 and an EFE score of 2.80, indicating that the company's internal condition is quite strong, although the response to external factors is still moderate. The company's main strengths lie in product quality and consumer trust, while its weaknesses are the lack of innovation in product design. Based on the SWOT analysis results, eight potential strategies were found, and the QSPM shows that expansion through a marketplace based on product quality and more varied designs is the main priority with a TAS value of 6.16.

This community service activity, carried out by KKN Group 62 Rempang Eco City, Senbulang, Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji, aims to enhance the skills and economic value of coastal communities through the utilization of gonggong shells (Strombus sp.) as raw materials for handicrafts. Gonggong is widely known as a food source, while its shells remain underutilized and are often discarded as waste. The program was implemented through a training activity on making keychains from gonggong shells in Rempang Eco City. The methods included socialization, demonstration, and hands-on practice accompanied by guidance from the facilitators. The results show that participants improved their ability to process gonggong shells into simple craft products with potential market value. Although the activity was still limited to initial production and did not yet cover marketing, it successfully provided new insights and opened opportunities for creative entrepreneurship within the community. With further assistance and development, gonggong shell utilization is expected to evolve into a sustainable handicraft business that contributes to the economic welfare of coastal communities.

This study aims to identify and analyze the preparation of financial statements based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in the Mebel Kerajinan Jepara business. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using primary data obtained directly from business owners. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation of accounting records, and documentation of transaction evidence and records used in preparing financial statements. The data were analyzed descriptively to present systematic, factual, and accurate information about the actual accounting practices in the field. The findings reveal that the preparation of financial statements at Mebel Kerajinan Jepara has not yet fully complied with SAK EMKM. The business only keeps simple records of income and expenses in a notebook without producing complete financial statements such as the statement of financial position, income statement, and notes to the financial statements. The main constraints identified are the limited understanding of the business owners regarding the importance of accounting and the absence of human resources with accounting expertise. These findings highlight the need for assistance, training, and capacity building for business owners in the field of accounting to produce standardized financial reports, enhance business credibility, and support decision-making as well as access to financing. Thus, this study is expected to serve as a reference for local governments, educational institutions, and other related parties in providing accounting guidance to micro and small business actors.

Agricultural tools are important for agrarian communities. However, for some people in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, very few people have businesses in the agricultural tools sector. In fact, this can be a promising business opportunity. Knowledge about making blacksmith agricultural tools is generally obtained from generation to generation. Some blacksmiths in Banyumas generally only produce agricultural tools such as kudi and work machetes, because the need for these tools never stops, is always needed by farmers or workers, and the equipment produced does not require high design, even tends to be monotonous because the main thing is its function as work equipment. That is why Science and Technology for the Community (IbM) was implemented at the Pandai Besi Kirso production house on November 6, 2025, as a method of increasing production. IbM was continued with training in techniques for selecting raw materials, making potions that can improve the quality of iron, and making a variety of new products with high quality both in terms of strength and aesthetics. It was identified that agricultural tool craftsmen generally (1) Have limitations in equipment, (2) Lack expertise in metal blending, (3) Lack of innovative product variations, not only quality but also unique ethnic ones and (4) Low management quality. The implementation of IbM is expected to be able to minimize the problems of agricultural tool craftsmen's businesses, so that the blacksmith craftsmen's community businesses can develop and have a positive impact on the existence of MSMEs in Banyumas Regency.

Wood is the main element that determines the quality of a furniture product or other wooden crafts. Furniture was originally a wood carving craft industry, so that the furniture products produced emphasize the artistic aspect (carvings). The lack of knowledge of furniture companies and laypeople in this industry results in difficulties in determining the decision to choose wood to be used as a material for good and quality furniture crafts. Determining the quality of wood for furniture crafts needs to be strengthened by the increasing needs of the furniture industry. This industry has a high demand for quality wood raw materials to produce durable and aesthetic furniture products. Therefore, determining the quality of wood is crucial in ensuring the success of production and customer satisfaction..

The creative industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth in recent years, causing increasingly tight trade competition and various innovations in product marketing. This research focuses on the handicraft industry, especially accessories such as bracelets, necklaces and rings. Even though stringing looks easy, the biggest challenge is creating a unique design and ensuring the strength of the connecting rope so that it doesn't come loose easily. As technology develops, handicraft producers are now utilizing digital marketing to expand their market reach. Digital marketing, which involves the use of social media for promotion, has become a key strategy in the industry. This research specifically highlights the use of the social media platform TikTok as a digital marketing tool. TikTok, which is popular among teenagers and young adults, provides e-commerce features such as TikTok Shop and live shop, which allow manufacturers to sell their products directly through the app. Through this research, we explore the effectiveness of TikTok as a digital marketing medium for handicraft producers, as well as how this platform can support the growth of the creative industry in Indonesia.
