About UAS subjects biology made by the teacher SMAN 11 of Bengkulu before never analyzed either quality and quantity. The purpose of this study is to analyze about UAS biology at the school year 2018/2019 in the base  with a taxonomy of bloom and the lurch. In this research using the descriptive with a quantitative form of research and qualitative. The collection of technique used is data a interview. The instruments are used is the sheet about UAS biology and inquiries interview teachers biology. The result can be seen  from the lurch about UAS made by the teacher carried out in SMAN 11 of Bengkulu is the category of being by 60% and the distinguishing about be categorized enough and both have the proportion  of the devision of the same of 36%, the results of the devision of the distribution of the difficulty of based on a taxonomy of bloom not meet criteria, due to the problem is more classified as in the category of C1 and C2 of 40%.Keywords : analysis about,  taxonomy of bloom, UAS

This study aims to develop a valid and reliable instrument and can be used to measure the behavior of high school students regarding water pollution. The steps undertaken to develop this instrument are the development of a collection of question items, validation of a collection of question items, taking opinion experts, trials, instrument administration, documentation, calculating the validity and reliability of instruments using trials of this instrument which contains the habits of water pollution. The validation stage was submitted to one high school biology teacher and two biology lecturers. The instrument test was conducted with a group of 20 high school students with 15 questions. The results showed that the Corrected Item-Total Correlation of 15 questions created and validated there were 6 questions that were positive while 9 other questions were negative. Then for the value of Reliability Statistics for Cronbach's Alpha is 0.469 and Cronbach's Alpha Based on Standardized Items is 0.417. The conclusions from the results of the study as a whole assessment instruments are good and can be used.Keywords: Behavior, Water Pollution, Instrument Development.

This study aims to develop valid research instruments and can be used to measure the knowledge of high school students as equals about water resources. The stages in the development of instruments carried out are the development of a collection of question items, validation of a collection of question items to school namely to biology teachers and to biology lecturers, taking expert opinions, testing validated instruments, administering instruments, and calculating instrument validity and reliability. This instrument contains statements to measure knowledge about water resources. The instrument validation phase was handed over to one biology teacher, and two biology education lecturers. The trial of this instrument was conducted on 26 high school students equivalent. The results of this trial show that out of the fifteen item items only six items are suitable that can be used to measure high school students' knowledge of water resources. The six question items consist of true and incorrect item items. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is -0.65. According to these findings, it can be concluded that the instrument is invalid and cannot be used to measure students' knowledge of water resources.Keywords: Instrument Development, Knowledge, Water Resources.
