Increasing the prosperity of owners or shareholders is one of the goals of companies that have gone public. The high prosperity will increase the market performance of companies going public. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of financial performance in improving the stock price of companies going public. The population used in this research is 65 companies in the consumer goods sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 60 companies that meet the sample criteria. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, normality test, coefficient of determination, and t test. Financial performance variables are measured from three ratios, namely solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. The results showed that the solvency ratio and profitability ratio have a significant influence on the stock price of companies going public. The activity ratio shows that the results cannot affect the stock price of companies going public

This research produces Artificial Fiber Spinning Learning Media that applies Augmented Reality (AR) for Class XI Students of TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang as a learning aid. so that it can be used as a modern, effective, and interactive learning medium. This application was made with the aim of completing the limitations of depicting objects in existing learning media, helping students to more easily learn the material, improving student learning outcomes, and increasing the variety of media in learning. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. The final result of making this learning media is an application in the format android application, used on every android-based mobile phone. The validity value of the media expert obtained a value of 3.2 which was declared feasible, the results of the material expert validation test obtained a value of 3.6 which was declared very feasible, and was able to increase the average value of the artificial fiber spinning subject class XI TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang which Initially 61.5% with 17 students who had not reached the KKM to 80.5% with 4 students who had not reached the KKM.

ABSTRACTThis community service activity entitled "Socialization of Law No.13 of 1998 concerning the Welfare of the Elderly" aims to increase awareness of the importance of improving the welfare of the community in the elderly, so that the elderly can achieve increased welfare. This community service activity should be of benefit to various parties, including contributing to more awareness and improvement of the welfare of the elderly, especially in the city of Surakarta. It is the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially the third Dharma, and the results can be used as input to LPPM and as a support for other Tri Dharma activities, namely Education and Research. This community service was carried out on-line using the windows-teams facility with about 35 participants. The implementation was carried out by means of webinars using windows-teams due to restrictions on human meetings as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Keynote : socialization, welfare, elderly. ABSTRACTKegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berjudul “Sosialisasi Undang-Undang No.13 Tahun 1998 Tentang Kesejahteraan Lanjut  Usia” ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya peningkatan kesejahteran masyarakat pada kelompok lanjut usia, sehingga para lanjut usia nantinya dapat tercapai peningkatan  kesejahteraannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hendaknya bermanfaat kepada berbagai pihak, antara lain memberikan kontribusi untuk lebih menumbuhkan kesadaran dan peningkatan kesejahteraan para lanjut usia, terutama di kota Surakarta.  Merupakan pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya Dharma ketiga, dan hasilnya dapat menjadi masukan kepada LPPM dan sebagai pendukung kegiatan Tri dharma lainnya yaitu Pendidikan dan Penelitian. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara on-line dengan menggunakan sarana windows-teams dengan peserta sekitar 35 orang. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the rural economy in Sukajaya Village, a newly formed village from expansion. Through a qualitative approach, this study examines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the agricultural, MSME, and social sectors in Sukajaya Village. It was found that Sukajaya Village has advantages in agriculture and culinary MSMEs but faces challenges such as a lack of government support and understanding of the digital economy. This research also reveals social problems, especially in education. Proposed solutions include improving digital infrastructure, entrepreneurship education, and social interventions for schooling. This research provides important insights into rural economic empowerment that can help Sukajaya Village face challenges and seize opportunities.

Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.    

The safety of loading and unloading workers is influenced by several factors including K3 Management, Workforce Behavior and Personal Protective Equipment. Of the three, they have an important role in improving the safety of loading and unloading workers with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of K3 Management, Workforce Behavior and Personal Protective Equipment on the Safety of Loading and Unloading Workers at Nilam Terminal PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung  Perak SurabayaBranch The results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.21 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y= -1,150 +0,350 X1 + 0,408 X2 +0,318 X3 + . The results of the multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between K3 Management on the Safety of Loading and Unloading Workers (t count 4,092 > t table of 1.99085), Labor behavior on the Safety of Loading and Unloading Workers (t count 3.251 > t table of 1.99085), Personal protective equipment against loading and unloading worker safety (t count 2.944 > t table 1.99085), individually K3 Management, Workforce Behavior and Protective Equipment affect the safety of loading and unloading workers.

This study aims to identify the characteristics and perceptions of tourists, internal and external factors that affect the development of the company and develop the company's development strategy. Strategy of Agro Tourism Development Kaligua was prepared based on descriptive analysis with analytical tool that is: descriptive analysis to identify tourists' characteristic and perception, SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors influencing company development, and AHP to develop company development strategy. The result of identification of tourist characteristic that visited at Agro Tourism Kaligua Garden that is average tourist is dominated by young man with age <35 years amount 76% with income less than Rp 2.000.000 some 58%. Tourists judge Agro Tourism Kaligua has beautiful attractions, good facilities and positive institutional and promotional services, but affordability is still negative due to poor road quality and road guidance. Result of SWOT analysis, Agro Tourism Kaligua  has five strength factor with score 1.89, five weakness factor with score 1,3, five chance factor with score 1,88, and five threat factor with score 1,21. Having the position of corporate strategy in quadrant I with coordinates X of 0.57 and Y of 0.67 is on the SO position in the form of aggressive strategy that can create Agro Tourism Kaligua to use the strength and chances in determining company policy and develop development strategies to achieve the target profit in the future. The formulation of tourism development strategy of Kaligua Garden Estate is optimizing marketing, improving the quality of tourism, and developing tourism product. In general, Agro Tourism development strategy applied is the best with the status quo and followed by expansionary strategy. The main priority that must be done is to maintain the quality of tourism, especially improving the quality of service so that tourists can feel satisfied and comfortable tour at Agro Tourism Kebun Kaligua.
