Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Remote temperature monitoring is needed in hazardous area conditions or fast data retrieval is needed without being limited by distance. This condition can be overcome by monitoring and measuring the temperature from a remote location using internet technology that is currently developing, namely the Internet of things. There are many implementations of remote temperature monitoring systems, but the measurement results of these sensors sometimes have very significant differences even for measuring the temperature of the same object. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an effective and efficient remote temperature monitoring system. The temperature measurement process uses the LM35 and MLX 90614 sensors based on Internet of things technology using the Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. After obtaining the results of temperature measurements using different sensors, the measurement results are analyzed and compared with standard temperature measuring instruments to obtain an effective and efficient implementation. Community service is carried out to the general public, and the target of the service is the al-bayyinah Muslim study group, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember. This service is in the form of training in reading the Koran properly and correctly through the Qira'ati method, the executor first surveys the field what are the current needs of the community. In an effort to popularize the Koran, currently there are various methods that are quite helpful in facilitating the process of learning to read the Koran properly and correctly. However, the general problems encountered in teaching the Koran today are: Quality of Education, Qualifications of Ustad Teachers, Uncertain Study Time, Learning Methods used are lacking/not mastered. Based on the implementation of good and correct Qur'an reading training through the Qira'ati method in Krajan Lor Hamlet, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember is the standard for the quality of learning outcomes for mothers who are not the same. Between one and another, due to differences in educational background and also the family environment, each Muslim congregation must be different in absorbing material, it shouldn't be 100% uniform. but the levels of differences that are too far apart indicate that something is lacking in the learning process, be it from the elements, teacher, means, or methods used. The development of various methods of reading the Koran at this time indeed enriches the variety of the learning process, but if the use of the method chosen by the Koran teacher or institution does not comply with the standards required by the method maker, then from the learning process to the product produced it is definitely not standard. It is often found in our society that the ratio of the teacher of the Koran to the number of students is not balanced. The number of Koran teachers is less than the students who are ready to be taught, and even then the quality of teachers is not evenly distributed, there are even ustad who are reckless because there are no Koran teachers who are ready to teach.

Post-spinal anesthesia nausea and vomiting (PSANV) are common side effects that can affect patient comfort and recovery after surgery. This condition often disrupts the recovery process and may extend the post-operative care period. One non-pharmacological method that can help reduce nausea and vomiting is deep breathing techniques. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of deep breathing techniques in reducing the incidence of nausea and vomiting after spinal anesthesia. The method used in this study is a pre-test and post-test design, with an intervention consisting of deep breathing exercises for patients undergoing surgery with spinal anesthesia. A pre-test was conducted before the intervention to assess the incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients. After patients practiced deep breathing exercises for a certain period, a post-test was performed to evaluate changes in the frequency of nausea and vomiting post-operation. The results showed a significant reduction in the frequency of nausea and vomiting after patients practiced deep breathing techniques. This technique has proven to be a simple, safe, and effective method to enhance post-operative comfort. Therefore, the implementation of deep breathing techniques can be recommended as part of post-spinal anesthesia management in healthcare facilities to improve patient recovery quality.

Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. Teachers are required to maintain stability in speaking and acting as a reaction to the practice of integrity values that do not know place, time and situation. The personality in question does not create a chasm to limit oneself in interacting with others, but how the whole existence can be a role model. School is a place of interaction in the daily life of a teacher, here the teacher does what is his responsibility and obligation in fostering students (towards the desired goal). The implementation pattern certainly requires good performance starting from personality, discipline and how a teacher can be relied on and become a role model for students. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.

Provisions regarding dishonorable discharge are regulated in Article 53 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 concerning Administration of TNI Soldiers, which regulates dishonorable discharge from military service, as an implementation of the provisions of Article 62 paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning Indonesian national army. The aim of this research is to show that the norm for imposing an additional penalty of dismissal by a judge in a court trial is Article 26 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which confirms that the defendant, based on the crime he committed, is deemed no longer fit to remain in the military. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that from the perspective of Military Criminal Procedure law, it can be said that dismissal is the sole authority of the Military Judge taking into account the unfitness of the soldier to be retained to continue serving in the military environment, so that this authority cannot be delegated to a civilian Judge, because the decision will be made basis by the TNI leadership to be followed up. For these military members, dismissal from military service is the end of their career and service within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the consequences of which will be followed by the termination of the rights they have received so far.
