In transformers installed and used in electric power systems, especially at substations (GI) there are often disturbances or problems. One of the problems with the transformer can occur due to the failure of the insulating oil which can be caused by a decrease in the value of the translucent voltage, therefore it is necessary to carry out maintenance to prevent and localize interference. Tap Changer oil is different from oil in the main tank (in terms of placement), in terms of type and function Tap Changer oil with oil in the main tank has similarities from the type of oil and its function as insulation, cooling and protecting windings from oxidation. From the results of the oil translucent voltage test study, it is known that the value of the penetrating voltage of the On Load Tap Changer oil sample used in the transformer is an average value of 38.8 kV, it can be known that the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 1) being filtered is 86.8 kV, the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 2) being filtered is worth 88 kV, and the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 3) being filtered is 98.2 kV.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a vital contribution to Indonesian economy. It is characterized by a large number which can accommodate a large number of workers. However, many MSMEs face many internal and external challenges in improvising their business. The purpose of this study is identifying challenges faced by MSMEs in terms of external aspects which include technological turbulence and market turbulence as well as internal aspects which include fear of failure, anxiety, disappointment, distress, and tension; and Qualitative methods with interview techniques are used to explore information from the experience of SMEs as resource persons who have been selected with certain criteria. The research’s findings show that the external barriers arise from limited knowledge and resources while the internal barriers of entrepreneurs arise from the personal lives and demands of business consumers. The research’s contribution is to provide facts for MSMEs to be used as a basis for evaluating business performance so that they can prepare corrective steps in improvising. In addition, the measuring instrument used as an interview protocol can be used as a reference for further study in similar topics.

PT. AIC uses a manual system in engine maintenance management. This makes it difficult to access in measuring the rate of damage, for acceleration information in maintenance management. This problem requires an identification to provide an effective machine maintenance management information system. The MTBF value will be able to detect machine damage, especially the piccanol gamma loom machine. The MTBF value can see the damage to the machine by looking at the condition of the machine, the data history of machine damage, the number of machine failures that occurred in a certain period. The MTBF value of the machine can control the reliability and know the life of the machine. Action maintenance can be done before the machine is damaged. After calculating the MTBF value of the piccanol gamma loom machine, it is still relatively small so the machine is still often damaged.

In order to address a number of issues, this study attempts to determine the most effective marketing techniques for Lazisnu items, particularly when it comes to social media marketing. Malpractice is the failure to use skills and knowledge that are common or fulfill the rules in their actions as a medical profession according to standards in the same environment. If it's true that a veterinarian has committed malpractice, can he be penalized? With the normative juridical method, it is answered that veterinarians who commit malpractice can be subject to legal sanctions in accordance with the Civil Code. There are elements that must be met to determine that an event is malpractice.

The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falling in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using. Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious infectious disease caused by bacteria, which can attack the respiratory system, namely the lungs. This disease annually contributes to the highest mortality in the world, including one of developing countries. To achieve successful treatment, patients must patiently take TB drugs thoroughly. There are several factors that influence the failure of treatment, namely from the patient himself, education, knowledge, and other social support.  The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge and motivation to adherence to taking medication for pulmonary tuberculosis patients in hospitals. H.Adam Malik in 2020.This type of research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional research design. The number of samples was 31 from April to June 2020. The research was conducted at RSUP. H. Adam Malik  at TB Polyclinic. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test to determine the relationship of Knowledge and Motivation to medication adherence in pulmonary TB patients.  Based on a hypothesis test using chi-square with a confidence level of 95%, there was no significant relationship between knowledge and medication adherence (p = 0.473). There was a significant relationship between motivation and medication adherence (p = 0.001). The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship of knowledge with adherence to taking medication and there is a relationship of motivation with adherence to taking medication in TB patients.

A common disease experienced by the elderly is hypertension. Cases of hypertension in Demak are quite high, one of them is in Mranggen village. This reality proves that many people still ignore hypertension. Because there are sufferers who feel no symptoms and there are symptoms such as headaches, weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath and blurred vision. If not treated immediately it will cause complications such as kidney failure, stroke, coronary heart disease and retinopathy. It is of course important to make efforts to control blood pressure. A combination of non-pharmacological management of deep breathing exercise and religious music is one of the efforts that can be made. The purpose of this study was to describe the administration of a combination of deep breathing exercise and religious music therapy to the blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients. This research uses descriptive case study research with a nursing care process approach.The number of samples is 2 respondents, with the criteria of elderly clients who have hypertension, clients who do not take medication during hypertension in order to determine the effectiveness of the action, clients who can communicate well, and clients who are willing to be respondents. Deep breathing exercises and religious music are carried out once a day for 3 days in 1 week with a duration of 15 minutes. Blood pressure measurement using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the procedure. The results showed that the blood pressure of respondent 1 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes, the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 160/70 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure became 150/60 mm Hg. In respondent 2 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 179/80 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure was 156/70 mmHg .

The success or failure of students in the learning process can be seen from the learning outcomes received by students. In this case, educators play an important role in determining student learning outcomes. Educators who know students' learning styles will understand the diversity of students' learning styles in receiving and processing information. This study aims to determine student learning styles and to determine the relationship between student learning styles and biology learning outcomes for class X MIPA students at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. This type of research is quantitative. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 8 Padang with a total sample of 45 students of class X MIPA in SMA who were registered in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The sampling technique was simple random sampling using a questionnaire containing statements consisting of visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. Each statement is 10 so that the total is 30 statements. The results of data analysis on the correlation test of 0.304 have a low correlation, meaning that there is a relationship between student learning styles and biology learning outcomes for class X MIPA students at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. The results of the t-test obtained t-test results of 2.048 indicating that there is a significant relationship. The result of the coefficient of determination of learning style is 55%, which means that learning style (X) contributes to students' biology learning outcomes (Y).

Lactation management is needed to support the successful management of breastfeeding. Failure of the breastfeeding process is often caused by some mothers who do not understand the correct way to breastfeed. Based on UNICEF data, only 30% of post partum primiparous mothers provide exclusive breast milk, this shows that babies in Indonesia still receive non-exclusive breast milk. The aim of this service is to increase knowledge about lactation management which consists of how to breastfeed, the benefits of breastfeeding, the correct breastfeeding position. The activity was carried out at the Bara Baraya Community Health Center, Makassar City on December 9 2022. The method used in this service was lecture and question and answer which began with a pre-test then providing information and then a post-test with a total of 7 participants. The results of the activity showed that those who had good knowledge before the counseling were carried out were 3 people (42.85%) and after the counseling it increased to 7 people (100%), this shows that the counseling was effective in lactation management for Primiparous Postpartum Mothers..

This study aims to determine the meaning of failure from a book entitled "Read this book when you fail: pretending to be successful is tiring" by K.L Rahayu. This book explains how to take failure and turn it into success. This book also provides knowledge of who we are, and various ways to know ourselves to achieve true success. This study uses a qualitative method, namely by deciding conclusions by outputting data and also focusing more on the morals and messages of this book. The results presented in this study, if you feel a failure, then immediately collect your spirit and throw away negative thoughts to quickly return to repairing things that have fallen apart. Failure should be considered a friend, so it will change bad things for the better and more colorful. A person's success is the product of a failure, therefore failure should never be considered the end of everything, instead, it becomes a big opportunity in the next step.

Pulmonary TB is an airborne infectious disease that mostly attacks the lungs. Knowledge is information that is captured by the five human senses, then developed through language and ways of thinking. Noncompliance and lack of understanding of the community in the use of drugs is one of the causes of therapy failure. Providing knowledge and understanding of patients in the use of drugs will have an impact on medication adherence and success in using drugs for therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pulmonary TB patients with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs at the Kombos Health Center Manado City. This study uses an analytical descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study used a sampling technique using total sampling with a total of 42 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire and using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of a = 0.05. The results of the study respondents had a low level of knowledge on medication adherence with a p value = 0.00, and had a low attitude towards medication adherence with a p value = 0.032. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pulmonary TB patients with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs at the Kombos Health Center Manado City.
