Chronic renal failure is a progressive and continuous destruction of kidney structures. Chronic renal failure occurs in susceptible individuals, analgesic nephropathy, destruction of renal papillae associated with daily use of analgesic drugs for years. Whatever the cause, there is a progressive deterioration of kidney function which is characterized by a progressive decrease in the Glomelurus Filter Rate (GFR) (Corwin, 2009). Chronic kidney failure is a failure of kidney function to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance due to progressive destruction of kidney structures with manifestations of accumulation of residual metabolites (uremic toxicants) in the blood (Muttaqin & Sari, 2011). as well as electrolytes and acid-base composition of body fluids, removing metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulating blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008).

In 2018, Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data showed that the prevalence of wasting in children under five in Indonesia was 10.2%, while in the age group under two years (baduta) it was higher, namely 11.7%. Nutrition Status Monitoring Data for 2017 also shows that the prevalence of wasting in under-fives is higher, which is 12.8% when compared to the toddler group, which is 9.5% (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Based on the WHO classification, wasting in the underdog group in Indonesia is categorized as a serious public health problem, with a prevalence in the range of 10-14%. Malnutrition that occurs in 1,000 HPK, besides being at risk of inhibiting physical growth (failure to thrive) and being susceptible to disease (metabolic disorders: DM. Hypertension, obesity), also inhibits cognitive development (motor cognitive impairment) which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future.

Stress is a large imbalance between physical or psychological demands and the ability to respond when there is a failure to meet the demands faced. One method that can be used to reduce stress is hypnotherapy. This study aims to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on the reduction of stress levels in undergraduate students of nursing. The research design used a quasy experiment with two groups pre and post test using a purposive sampling approach which was carried out on the final year students of undergraduate nursing. This research instrument using perceived stress scale. Data analysis using Paired T test. The results of the study on 32 respondents using the Independent T test on the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention with Control group obtained P value = 0.000 <? (0.05) there is a difference in the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention group with the group control. Based on this research, hypnotherapy is effective in reducing stress levels and is expected to provide input to other educational and research institutions so that it can overcome stress on students with hypnotherapy.

The use of information, media and communication technology has changed both the behavior of society and human civilization globally. The development of hospitals in Karawang is increasingly mushrooming, as well as the increasing number of degenerative diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, the increasing prevalence of chronic kidney disease. So it requires the handling of renal replacement therapy (Renal Replacement Therapy) because it is increasingly needed for cases of acute and chronic renal failure. The purpose of this research is to build an integrated and controlled information system that can simplify the patient administration process and reduce the effectiveness of the patient's time for dialysis. The methodology that the authors use in this study includes methods of identification and system design. System identification includes identification of the organization, running systems, and problem identification. The problems faced at this time in the Hemodialysis Installation. Patient data is not the same between patients who are served by hemodialysis (dialysis) and those in the application report, the transaction value for using tools and materials is sometimes empty or there is no transaction value in the application, it will cause losses to the customer. hospital. It is hoped that this system can eliminate the problems that have been happening so far.

The main function of the kidneys under normal conditions is to regulate fluids and electrolytes and the acid-base composition of body fluids, remove metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulate blood pressure and hormonal function. Cases of chronic kidney failure in the world have increased by more than 50%, in the United States which is a very developed country every year there are about 20 million adults suffering from chronic kidney failure and undergoing hemodialysis in more than 100,000 patients, while in Indonesia, according to the Indonesian Kidney Diatrans Foundation, YDGI), in 2007 there were about 100,000 chronic kidney failure patients but only a few patients were able to undergo hemodialysis. Kidney replacement therapy in Indonesia was started in 1972 in Jakarta (Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital/FKUI), in Bandung in 1976 (Hasan Sadikin Hospital/FK UNPAD).
