Prediabetes will become a widespread health problem and have a serious impact (emerging epidemic. Prediabetes condition is a condition of a person before suffering from diabetes mellitus which is characterized by an increase in hyperglycemic status above the normal laboratory threshold value, but does not increase in diabetics. The prevalence of diabetes increases every year, data shows 5-14% of prediabetic conditions will become diabetic every year. There has been a shift in the age of people with diabetes, from previously a disease that affects the elderly, to a disease that attacks at a young age. If young age is identical with type 1 diabetes, now individuals are the group of young adults also suffers from type 2 diabetes mellitus. Likewise with prediabetes, the number of young adults who experience prediabetes is increasing every year. Students are a group of young adults who have a combination of risk factors for hyperglycemia. Life such as reduced physical activity because it is not necessary to exercise regularly for a certain period of time such as in the previous education period makes students have a high risk of developing prediabetes conditions. Efforts to detect non-communicable diseases early in the community are expected to help reduce and prevent the incidence of prediabetes that occurs in Kesdam IV/Diponegoro Akper students.

ABSTRACT Community Service Activities titled "Increasing Political Awareness of Beginner Voters in the Digital Era" aims to promote the importance of political awareness in this political year especially in the digital era, so that novice voters can wisely sort out positive political communication and then be able to exercise their voting rights. appropriately. Community Service should be beneficial to various parties, including contributing to foster more awareness about politics, especially in the city of Surakarta; It is the third Dharma Perguruan Tinggi and the results can be valuable input for the development of the LP2M Unit and as a supporter of other Higher Education Tri Dharma activities, namely Education and Research. Community Service was attended by 50 participants of vocational students in the city of Surakarta. The output of this Community Service activity can be published in Proceedings in the Senadimas.Keywords: Awareness, Beginner Voters, Politics, Digital Era ABSTRAK Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang berjudul “Peningkatan Kesadaran Politik Pemilih Pemula di Era Digital” ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan tentang pentingnya kesadaran politik di tahun politik ini terlebih di era digital, sehingga pemilih pemula dapat memilah dengan bijak komunikasi politik yang positif dan kemudian dapat menggunakan hak pilihnya dengan tepat. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini hendaknya bermanfaat bagi berbagai pihak, antara lain memberikan kontribusi untuk lebih menumbuhkan kesadaran tentang politik terutama di Kota Surakarta; Merupakan pelaksanaan Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang ke tiga dan  hasilnya dapat sebagai masukan yang berharga bagi perkembangan Unit LP2M dan sebagai pendukung kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang lain yaitu Pendidikan dan Penelitian. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 50 peserta siswa-siswi SMK di Kota Surakarta. The purpose of training therapy and functional activities in the elderly is to increase understanding of how to do exercise therapy and increase functional activities in the elderly in Raya Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency. The implementation method carried out in this community service activity is by conducting two-way discussions or communication and by conducting demonstrations by strengthening the process of internalizing knowledge because of direct practice carried out to the community, especially the elderly. The activity plan carried out is by conducting surveys, analyzing the needs of the elderly, socializing exercise therapy programs and functional activities to the elderly, as well as carrying out exercise therapy programs and functional activities, as well as evaluating whether the program is able to improve the health of the elderly in Raya Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency
