Increasingly advanced technological developments can also have negative impacts. One of them is cybercrime, namely phishing. The existence of phishing will also refer to a scam or fraud. This research aims to increase public knowledge in the Bandarharjo village environment about the dangers of phishing and scams in daily life. This community service activity is an effort to increase community knowledge. The method of transmitting the material is through giving lectures, discussions, and distributing leaflets. The use of these methods and media is effectively applied to increase public awareness regarding the dangers of phishing and scams. According to the evaluation carried out, the level of public knowledge has improved and they are aware of the importance of socialization regarding phishing-type cybercrimes. It is hoped that this activity can have a positive impact and long-term benefits in raising awareness of the dangers of cybercrime in the future in people's daily lives

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

This research discusses the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at the UNP Laboratory Development High School. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the character of students with six main dimensions, such as faith, diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking and creativity. Implementation of P5 is carried out through project-based activities involving these elements, with a focus on the theme "Local Wisdom." UNP Laboratory Development High School implements P5 every three months, involving all education stakeholders. P5 evaluation does not focus on written grades, but rather on strengthening character, especially local wisdom which describes the culture, identity and ethics of the local community. This program aims to prepare students to face the challenges of globalization while maintaining harmony with Pancasila values ​​and local wisdom. The research method used was qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews with the P5 coordinating teacher. The findings show that P5 involves project-based activities aimed at strengthening students' competencies and character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. The implication of this research is the importance of character education that integrates local wisdom in learning to create a competent and characterful generation.

One of the technological developments in the economic sector that has had a big influence is Fintech, which is an innovation in the field of technology in terms of transactions for giving and receiving loans, without having to meet face to face, or what is better known as online loans. The legal provisions governing conventional agreements are the same as the legal provisions governing online agreements. Due to the negative impact of illegal online loans, it is necessary for the Community Service Team (PkM) of the Faculty of Law, University of Semarang (USM) to hold outreach and counseling with the theme "Increasing Understanding of the Trimulyo Genuk Semarang Community Regarding the Legal Aspects of Online Loan Agreements". This activity uses 5 (five) methods, namely, pre-test, counseling, question and answer, post-test and evaluation methods. The results of this activity showed an increase in public understanding by 69.2%.

Abstract. Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a focus on the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) has become a major concern in the world of education since 2022. This research aims to understand the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten, focusing on the topics of implementation, objectives, benefits, advantages, and evaluation. The research method involves collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten has had a positive impact in increasing understanding of the values ​​of Pancasila, introducing local culture, and forming character and environmental awareness in kindergarten children. Evaluation of P5 activities is carried out through learning management and involving active participation from the surrounding community. In conclusion, the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning, building student character, and community participation and empowerment. The suggestion proposed is the need for cooperation between teachers, P5 coordinators, and parents of students to better adapt the P5 program.

The aim of this research is to find out how this curriculum is implemented, in Indonesian language lessons in class VII MTs Negeri 3 Subang, how the independent curriculum is implemented. This research was conducted qualitatively and data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the Project Based Learning (PBL) approach, formative evaluation and literacy improvement for students, are all used to adopt the independent curriculum. The implementation of this curriculum has resulted in increased student independence and the development of soft skills. Overall, the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Negeri 3 Subang supports student independence, facilitates critical learning, and develops Pancasila character. The obstacles faced require further attention to increase the effectiveness of curriculum implementation, although there are obstacles related to the availability of books and teacher understanding. The effectiveness of the curriculum is assessed through student self-evaluation and teacher observation. Limited resources and teachers' understanding of the curriculum are some of the obstacles. This research provides insight into the difficulties and opportunities of an independent curriculum to improve the quality of education at the secondary level.

MSMEs Ning Saudah is an instant herbal medicine product business located on Jalan Penjaringan Sari, Rungkut District, Surabaya. The owner of the business is named Nur Saudah. This research explores the role of product and packaging innovation in improving branding in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the instant herbal beverage sector, with a focus on the case study of MSME "Ning Saudah". Instant herbal drinks have great potential in the modern consumer market who is increasingly concerned about a healthy lifestyle. The challenges faced by MSMEs involve price competition, changes in consumer trends, and ambitions to expand market share. This research aims to analyze the influence of product and packaging innovation on increasing the branding of "Ning Saudah" MSMEs. The implementation method involves a two-month Merdeka Entrepreneurship (WMK) internship, with steps such as product analysis, research and development, production, packaging innovation, testing, marketing and evaluation. The research results show that through product and packaging innovation, "Ning Saudah" MSMEs succeeded in strengthening the attractiveness of the product and creating a strong brand image. A well-planned marketing and branding strategy also contributes to increasing product visibility. This internship program not only provides benefits for MSMEs in overcoming challenges, but also provides valuable experience for students.

The advancement of Industry 4.0 demands production systems to operate more efficiently, adaptively, and securely in facing global challenges. One promising technology that addresses these needs is the Digital Twin (DT), a digital representation of physical systems that enables integration between the real and virtual environments. Through DT, production processes can be modeled, monitored, and tested in real time, allowing for evaluation and optimization before implementation in actual systems. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of DT in modeling automated industrial systems, particularly in relation to improving production efficiency, quality control, energy savings, and operational safety. The research employed an experimental approach based on simulation within a robotic production line consisting of machines, sensors, actuators, and conveyors. The research stages included identifying system components and workflows, developing a DT model that integrates physical and virtual layers with Internet of Things–based data connectivity, and conducting simulations representing diverse operational scenarios. The findings indicate that DT implementation enhances operational efficiency, reduces production errors, and optimizes energy utilization. Furthermore, DT proves effective in strengthening safety aspects by enabling early detection of potential disruptions and providing preventive recommendations before significant impacts occur. Compared to conventional simulations, DT offers a more realistic, adaptive, and relevant approach to the needs of modern industry. The implications of this study highlight DT’s strong potential to become a new standard in the development and control of automation-based production systems, driving the creation of smarter, more efficient, and sustainable industries.

In Indonesian education system, junior high schools have an important role in the growth and development of students who are in the teenage age range. Therefore, a community service program was carried out, Solar Hydroponic Training as a Learning Media for Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng Middle School Students. This activity aims to train students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng in optimally utilizing the school environment's natural resources by managing solar powered hydroponic plantations, which in the process can become an effective student learning medium to increase students' insight and skills. This training was carried out for 4 months with various training methods which included counseling, demonstrations and direct practice carried out during the implementation process which included the socialization stage, seeding training, system installation and transplanting, cultivation assistance, harvest & post-harvest assistance and evaluation. The target of this activity is all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng, totaling 42 students with the assistance of 2 teachers. During implementation, this program has achieved all the specified targets, including the establishment of a hydroponic green area that can be managed by students, which in the process has increased students' knowledge about hydroponic concepts and renewable technology, this is supported by the results of direct evaluations with teachers. companion along with the results of a comparison of post test and pretest scores which were quite significant.

This research aims to ensure accuracy, ease of use, and effectiveness in the learning module development process which aims to increase understanding of the content of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). In this research, research and development (R&D) methods are used using the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the research results, it is known that the results of expert validation of teaching materials obtained a score of 96% and validation of material experts obtained a score of 91%. In the practicality results obtained from the response questionnaire to teachers and students after using the teaching modules used, the practicality results for teachers were 94% and students were 98%. In the results of its effectiveness by giving evaluation questions to class X students, an average of 83.7 was obtained, while the KKM for class The results of this research show that the learning module that has been created meets the third evaluation standard, namely validity, ease of use, and effectiveness.

The SME empowerment policy is generally directed at supporting efforts to overcome poverty and inequality, create job opportunities and increase exports, as well as agricultural and rural revitalization, which are national development priorities. In addition, the development of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is directed at making a significant contribution to creating job opportunities, increasing exports and increasing competitiveness.This Community Service Activity (PKM) is focused on MSMEs in Pagerharjo Village, Kulon Progo Regency. The reason for choosing this service location is because Pagerharjo Village is an Independent Cultural Village which has implemented the Preneur Village program since 2019. The Preneur Village is currently still active and developing. The problem with MSMEs, under the management of BUMDes Binangun Pagerharjo in Pagerharjo Village, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo Regency, is the lack of entrepreneurial spirit and financial bookkeeping which, on average, is still done manually.The results of the service include responses and evaluations from participants regarding the training that has been provided. The response was given by the Director of BUMDes who was impressed with the training provided which was different from the training that had been provided previously. Previous training involved mostly listening to lectures, whereas the current training involves participants being active in solving the various problems they face. The evaluation results show that the participants' knowledge has increased and their insight into their business has also increased. It turns out that producing a business is not only based on generations, but also requires innovation so that marketing will continue to develop and financial management will also improve.

This study aims to describe how the stages of implementation stream training informal sector workers in labor offices transmigration province of East Java in the expansion work, analyze the obstacles encountered in the planning of the training program, as well as modeling appropriate training in accordance with conditions on the ground and input from various parties, this research use descriptive qualitative research methods, techniques determination of informants using purposive sampling, these techniques have been because the researcher wants to focus on parties who know the conditions on the ground. Results from this study is the first training conducted regularly and the classical, the purpose of training has reached short-term goals in training but in the long term they need more motivation for the trainees, second, obstacle training during implementation consists of matter and the overcrowded curriculum tend to be the same as the previous training, time constraints, participation is not optimal, overall, limited time, resources and costs in the post-training evaluation and monitoring, the third development training model has not been implemented in this training.

This literature study aims to analyze and describe the integration of moral values ​​in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on coastal local wisdom for elementary school students. The focus of this study is to identify moral values ​​that are relevant to the lives of coastal communities, analyze strategies for integrating coastal local wisdom in PAI learning, and describe the potential for developing PAI teaching materials based on coastal local wisdom. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach. The sources of research data are journal articles, reference books, curriculum documents, and relevant previous research results over the past ten years. Data collection techniques are carried out through identification, classification, and content analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Moral values ​​that are relevant to the lives of coastal communities include gratitude for the gifts of the sea, honesty, cooperation, courage, patience, and responsibility for the environment; (2) The strategy of integrating local coastal wisdom in Islamic Religious Education learning can be done through the development of contextual teaching materials, experiential learning methods, and authentic evaluation; (3) The development of Islamic Religious Education teaching materials based on local coastal wisdom has the potential to increase the relevance of learning, strengthen local cultural identity, and facilitate the internalization of moral values ​​in elementary school students. This study concludes that the integration of moral values ​​in Islamic Religious Education learning based on local coastal wisdom is a relevant and potential strategy to be implemented in elementary schools in coastal areas, especially at SDN 007 Panipahan.

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. Community service activities are carried out at Bintang Timur Kindergarten in Pematang Siantar in order to help children at an early age understand android educational games that are suitable for consumption by the child himself. Educational games as a support for children's cognitive development so that parents must understand various types of educational game applications, how to choose the right educational games, and how to install on cellphones. The implementation method used is presentation, demonstration, practice, brainstorming, and sharing about educational games to the Principal at Bintang Timur Kindergarten, Pematang Siantar.  This activity was carried out through three stages, namely 1) socialization, 2) mentoring, 3) monitoring and evaluation. The results of the implementation of this activity are:  1) understanding of android educational games as a support for children's cognitive development in the very good category.  This is indicated by the percentage of indicators of achievement of recognizing educational games (96%), choosing educational games (89%), installing educational games (93%), and implementing educational games (86%); 2) obtained a positive response as seen from the attendance indicator of participants reaching 93% of the target and enthusiastic participants during the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity. The ultimate goal of introducing educational games is that parents are IT literate so that they are able to monitor their children in using cellphones, especially when playing games.

The findings and analysis of the research are, 1) The Principal's Performance in Fostering Teacher Professionalism at UPT SD Negeri 141 Gresik includes: peer tutor assistance, training and workshops, mentoring and collaboration, observation and feedback, curriculum development, research and innovation, use of technology, discussion and reflection, qualification improvement, and career plan development; 2) Forms of teacher professionalism include: continuous development, commitment to students, reflection and renewal, professional ethics, collaboration, involvement in decision-making, use of technology, effective classroom management, monitoring and evaluation of students, communication with parents, development of learning materials, career development, and involvement in school activities; 3) Supporting factors include: school management support, resources, school culture, effective communication, professional development programs, constructive performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, understanding of teachers' needs; and inhibiting factors include: limited resources, resistance to change, unclear vision and goals, internal conflicts, time pressure, curriculum incompatibility, high administrative demands, uncertainty of the school environment. In general, school principals must provide professional services in the field of education in order to organize the educational process effectively and efficiently.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. The purpose of carrying out this research is to find out: (1) The steps for implementing individual guidance by the principal for teachers to increase teacher work productivity at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok, and (2) The magnitude of the increase in teacher work productivity after implementing individual guidance developed by the school principal . This research is school action research analyzed using a qualitative approach. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok in 2019. The research results obtained were: (1) The implementation of individual guidance can be developed based on the steps: (1) Guidance on developing learning models through comparative studies and follow-up planning, followed by analytical guidance SWOT; (2) Guidance on the implementation of educational administration, followed by providing direct feedback on the results of the teacher's work; (3) Advanced guidance sets reliable targets, developed through joint evaluation of program targets for other teachers who are also experiencing the same problems; (4) Guidance on how to carry out collaboration with other teachers in more depth, up to the ability to demonstrate the materials needed by other teachers; (5) Guidance on effective and efficient work strategies, which are developed through training in determining optimal quantity figures and how to measure them, namely through scoring techniques; (6) Developing motivational guidance; (7) Building independence so that teachers avoid plagiarism-based activities, and guidance in making effective plans; (8) Guidance in making effective work planning coupled with innovative aspects; (9) Encourage teachers to implement programs to increase teacher competency through seminars and workshops followed by implementation of the results of new experiences from teacher activities; (2) The implementation of individual guidance is able to increase teacher work productivity in schools by resolving teacher problems in the development and implementation of learning programs in schools.

The development of puemla learning media on the material of practicing the Pancasila precepts of Pancasila learning subjects in grade 2 elementary schools is intended to facilitate understanding of the material, obtain meaningful learning and increase motivation in learning. Learning media is a learning tool that helps students improve their thinking, attention, and abilities or skills. the method used is 4D which consists of define, design, develop, and dessiminate. (1) the defining stage of define is to conduct a needs analysis on students, which aims to find out the basic problems needed in the development of learning media and to find out about the advantages and disadvantages of learning media used by teachers so far, media analysis, and analysis of students, (2) the design stage of design that is done first is to choose material that suits the characteristics of students, (3) the development stage of develop is the process of creating it into reality, (4) the spread of dessiminate is a real rarity whether the learning system that is built is successful, in accordance with expectations or not. The results showed that puemla learning media can increase the motivation of students and in accordance with the characteristics of students who can be used as a means of supporting the learning process as evidenced by the evaluation of the board of teachers at SDN Klagen, Wilayut village, Sukodono District and the enthusiasm of students in grade 2.
