Smart wearable technologies are becoming essential tools for real-time health monitoring, offering a new dimension of personalized medicine. Wearable devices equipped with biosensors, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity can continuously track vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and even detect early symptoms of diseases. This paper explores the latest advancements in wearable health technology, including flexible electronics, energy-efficient data processing, and integration with telemedicine platforms. Additionally, ethical concerns such as data privacy, cybersecurity risks, and user adoption challenges are discussed. The study provides insights into how smart wearables can be effectively utilized for preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and real-time health diagnostics.

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

.Every company certainly has operating equipment that usually runs continuously and relies on electricity as an energy source whose distribution must be appropriate to be efficient in its use. Every company that has important activities that use electronic devices, of course, must have a power backup so that sudden power cuts do not occur, because if this happens frequently it will cause damage to electronic devices, one of which is using a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is an electronic device capable of providing temporary backup power when the main power supply is cut off. This UPS is also an electronic device that can protect all types of electronic equipment that is vulnerable to current or voltage instability. The purpose of this study is to understand and know the working principle and how to maintain the use of UPS. The method used is the method of observation in the company to obtain research data. At PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry uses two types of UPS which have different capacities, namely 0.8KVA and 3KVA to supply power to each electronic device that is used regularly. Of the two types of UPS, it can be used to back up electrical power when the main power source is suddenly cut off.

The information system is one of the strategic means in patient care-oriented management. So far, Regional Hospital RAA Soewondo Pati has never conducted an evaluation related to the management information system (HMIS), so it is not known that the existing system is effective and efficient to answer patient needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hospital management information system with the structural equation modeling method approach. This research is a case study research with data collection method using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of his research stated that the quality of the system had a significant positive effect on the use of information systems. There is a significant effect of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a significant positive effect between the quality of information on the intensity of the use of information. In this study, the intensity of the use of information systems does not play a role in increasing user satisfaction in using information systems. User satisfaction has a significant positive effect on net benefits.

BUMDES Lantongau is one of the Lantongau Village-Owned Enterprises whose one line of business is to distribute clean water needs in four villages, namely Lantongau Village, Morikana Village, Katukobari Village, and Lakorua Village. In order to facilitate the registration process, meter recording, payment bills, service interruption information, and customer complaints, applications that facilitate all service processes. Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. Every toll road project development will require heavy equipment to facilitate work, one of which is rigid pavement work. Rigid pavement is a pavement construction using aggregate as raw material and using cement as a binder, so it has a relatively high level of stiffness, especially when compared to asphalt pavement (flexible pavement), so it is known and referred to as rigid pavement. The tool used for rigid work is the concrete paver, this tool is used because it is more efficient and can maintain the quality of the concrete. This study aims to be able to determine the productivity of the concrete paver heavy equipment. The data used is in the form of primary data obtained by observation, interviews and field data as well as manual calculations. The results obtained are the productivity of concrete paver heavy equipment with rigid work along 180 m wide 6, 7 is 43,5 while the ready mix productivity is 42.8 m³/hour with a production time of 6 hours 20 minutes.

Gas Engine Power Plant (PLTMG) is a type of power plant that uses dual fuel, namely LNG (liquid natural gas) and BBM (fuel oil). Along with the continuous operation of the Ambon Peaker PLTMG unit. In order to maintain a reliable, safe, and efficient electricity supply. So the performance of the engine performance will always be monitored regularly. One of the performances to assess the performance of the Ambon Peaker PLTMG unit is by carrying out a Performance Test. The method used in industrial practice activities carried out at the Ambon Peaker 30 MW PLTMG is practical work in the form of field research.

Adequate lighting in a classroom is characterized by the ability to see objects clearly and comfortably without creating shadows. Lighting can be sourced naturally from sunlight and artificially from lamps. Natural lighting is only available during the day, necessitating artificial lighting during overcast weather or nighttime. The Nursing Research Centre (NRC) classrooms at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (Unimus) are heavily used, requiring sufficient lighting to meet standards. This study aims to measure the quality of lighting in the NRC classrooms at Unimus and determine whether it meets the established standards. The study was conducted in the NRC classrooms at Unimus, using lighting evaluation methods based on SNI 6197: 2011and SNI 6197: 2020. The evaluation results indicate that the lighting levels in the NRC classrooms do not meet the standards, with an average illumination of only 200 lux. The study recommends replacing the existing lamps with 2x24 watt LED lamps with 2x2800 lumens, and the need for small electrical power so that it os more efficient.

Water is very important for all aspects of life on earth, agriculture is one of the fields that really need large amounts of water because of the use of water in the process of plant photosynthesis. Water that has good quality is if the water is not excessively polluted by harmful chemicals or minerals. One indicator that water is polluted is a change in temperature and pH (acidity) of the water. Temperatures that are too hot in the water will interfere with the growth of plants and other microorganisms. While the normal pH of water has a pH that ranges from 6.5 to 7.5. The quality of water and soil is very important in agriculture. The level of acidity (pH) and soil temperature are one of the things that affect plant fertility. Therefore, the quality of water and soil on agricultural land is one of the important things that needs special attention in its management. One solution so that water and soil quality can be monitored and managed efficiently is to utilize a Wireless Sensor Network based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The use of the ESP8266 Module as a WIFI module, is widely used by Internet of Things-based applications because the price is cheap so it reduces a lot of costs and has a fairly good speed of 80 MHz. This study aims to develop the concept of a Wireless Sensor Network by utilizing the ESP8266 module to monitor pH values using a pH Meter Analog Kit sensor and temperature from agricultural land using a DS18B20 Waterproof sensor and can be monitored at any time using a smartphone.

Financial management ability in terms of financial planning is one of the abilities that must be possessed by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by increasing their financial planning knowledge. The existence of good financial management capabilities can carry out effective, efficient, and useful financial planning, so that business actors are expected to increase the level of welfare in running their business. This community service activity is carried out with the aim that MSME actors have good financial planning knowledge. This community service activity uses the method of material presentation, discussion and question and answer. The result of this activity is that business actors can carry out financial planning on their business activities. By having good financial planning knowledge, business actors in Tiwulandu Village, Brebes are expected to be more advanced, smooth, and prosperous in running their businesses.

This study aims to assist a non-profit organization in compiling financial reporting automatically through the application of a simple financial reporting system. Orphanage or LKSA is an institution engaged in the social sector which is a non-profit entity. A non-profit organization is an organization that is engaged in community services that does not aim to make a profit (profit) but in its activities also requires funds for its operations so that it requires a financial report. Like other types of non-profit organizations, LKSAs are also required to be able to present reports in an accountable and transparent manner. This research was conducted at LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma which was started by conducting a situation analysis regarding the need for a simple financial application. Furthermore, the researchers designed a simple excel-based financial reporting system and implemented it in the process of preparing LKSA financial reports. The results of the study shows that a simple financial application that has been designed can be used by LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma for the preparation of financial statements so that the preparation of financial statements can be done more easily and efficiently. In addition, the financial statements produced are in accordance with non-profit accounting standards and describe the financial condition of LKSAs in full, so that accountability for the resources provided can be better described through these financial statements.  

Arabic is a foreign language which is quite difficult to understand for children who are just learning another language, besides their mother tongue. There are many obstacles encountered by educators in the introduction of Arabic to children. It is very important for the teacher to choose the right method to make learning more fun and easy to understand. Therefore in this study the researcher has the goal of increasing children's understanding of learning Arabic using the Total Physical Response method. This research was conducted at MIN 14 Hulu Sungai Tengah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that the TPR method: easy to understand and apply, does not require more power, does not require additional fees, contains elements of game movement so that it can relieve stress on children, learning time becomes more efficient, communication between teachers and children becomes more effective the child becomes more expressive

The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia, then it can cause a big impact on various sectors including the financial and service industries, one of them is the banking industry. The lockdown and social distancing and new normal policies carried out by the government turned out to be contrary to certain sectors that were unable to carry out these government policies efficiently, one of them is the banking sector. The purpose of this journal is to find out how big the impact of COVID-19 on the banking economic activities in Indonesia, as well as what solutions are given to overcome the impacts that arise from these problems.

Accounting information systems play an important role in recording a company's transactions. Because it can assist companies in working on their financial reports, so that the resulting data is well organized and can speed up the data processing process. CV. RR Wasilah Teknik is a company engaged in welding and lathe services. The main problem that occurs in this company is that it is still recording transactions manually and using Microsoft excel. This results in the system not running effectively and efficiently. So, it is necessary to make a computerized application. The research method is applied to the research phase such as data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the study are cash management applications that help companies record incoming and outgoing cash transactions. This application helps the system running in the company to be more effective and efficient.

This research is entitled "Budget Analysis and Realization of Regional Expenditures for the Health Office of North Sumatra Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic". This study aims to analyze budget control and regional expenditure realization at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office and prove whether regional budget funds have been realized efficiently. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods. The data collection technique in this study is in the form of documentation, and the data used is secondary data. The results of the research that has been done show that controlling or refocusing regional budget funds at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office for the 2020 and 2021 Fiscal Years is less effective in increasing the efficiency of budget realization by looking at the ≥ 90% efficiency level of budget realization. This is because the government focuses on controlling and handling Covid-19 through programs to fulfill individual health efforts and public health efforts, programs to increase the capacity of human resources for health, and programs to support provincial government affairs with activities such as conducting outreach to the public about the dangers of Covid-19, by implementing health and vaccination protocols and increasing medical personnel for the prevention and treatment of Covid-19.

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition make MSME actors must have a good marketing strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Ledys Cake SMEs in facing competition in the digital era. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach through structured interviews with business actors. The results of the study show that MSMEs provide added value and differentiation to the products and services provided, while in terms of price, they apply competitive prices. The application of technology is more widely used in culinary businesses through websites and social media to establish good relationships and communicate with consumers. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy carried out by MSMEs is that there is a 4P (Product, Promotion, Price, Place) mix. Product strategy in the form of innovation, promotion strategy in the form of price discounts, price strategy for every purchase of cake will get a bonus, and place strategy in the form of flexibility in sending cake orders, so as to maintain and improve the quality of the taste of the cake. Although there are financial constraints and product raw materials, we can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by managing finances and using raw materials efficiently. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of Village Fund management in Maregam Village during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is to copy the village budget realization report file. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a secondary data analysis approach with nonparametric test equipment using the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of village financial management based on an average effectiveness ratio of 98.33% was included in the "Effective". Meanwhile, the efficiency level based on the average efficiency ratio is 88.19%, which is included in the "Enough Efficient" category.  

This study aims to utilize rice washing wastewater as a potential raw material for bioethanol production using enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation methods. The wastewater is treated with amylase enzyme to break down starch into simple sugars, which are then fermented using yeast to produce ethanol. The research involves optimizing process conditions such as temperature, pH, enzyme concentration, and fermentation time. The results indicate that rice washing wastewater has the potential to be an efficient raw material for bioethanol production. Thus, this study contributes to the development of renewable energy sources and the utilization of agricultural waste to create a more sustainable economic cycle.
