Cooperatives have a strategic role in supporting the local economy and improving community welfare. However, many cooperatives face challenges in managerial and leadership aspects that hinder their competitiveness. This article discusses the results of community service programs aimed at improving managerial capacity and leadership at the Prosperous Citizen Development Cooperative in Pamekasan. The approach used includes training, mentoring, and hands-on mentoring, with a focus on strengthening strategic planning, operational management, and innovative leadership skills. The target of the program is cooperative administrators and key members who have a strategic role in the organization. The results showed significant improvements in managerial skills, leadership mindsets, and member involvement in strategic decision-making. This program also has an impact on more professional cooperative management, increased competitiveness, and strengthening the cooperative's external network. However, the evaluation of the program identified several obstacles, such as participants' time constraints, low levels of digital literacy, and resistance to change. To overcome this obstacle, it is recommended that there be more focused continuous training, flexibility in implementation time, and collaboration with external parties such as the government and educational institutions. This article emphasizes the importance of strengthening the capacity of human resources to support the transformation of cooperatives into competitive economic entities. This approach not only provides internal benefits for cooperatives, but also contributes to the development of the local economy in a sustainable manner. Thus, this service model can be a reference for the development of cooperatives in other regions.

This community service activity aims to develop ornamental plant agribusiness in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, North Sumatra, through the use of digital technology and increasing understanding of business legality. Bangun Sari Village has great potential in cultivating ornamental plants, but is still limited in terms of using technology for marketing and business management. Therefore, this activity involves training and workshops that focus on the use of social media and e-commerce platforms to expand market reach, as well as providing knowledge regarding the importance of business legality. The results of this activity show that the majority of participants succeeded in adopting digital technology to market their products more efficiently, increase their awareness of the importance of business legality, and expand their market network to outside the region and international markets. Thus, this activity not only improves digital skills, but also encourages significant social change, with agribusiness actors starting to see the potential of ornamental plant agribusiness as a professional and sustainable business. In the future, it is hoped that the application of digital technology in ornamental plant agribusiness will become more widespread, provide new economic opportunities for society, and support the sustainable growth of the agribusiness sector at the local and national levels.

This study examines the relationship between education level and understanding of insulin therapy among type 2 diabetes mellitus patients undergoing insulin therapy at RSUD dr. M. Soewandhi Surabaya. Using a descriptive observational method with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from interviews and medical record observations from 100 patients aged 15-64. The findings reveal that most patients had low educational backgrounds, with 27% never attending school and 39% only completing high school. Regarding insulin therapy comprehension, 10% demonstrated good understanding, 55% moderate, and 35% poor. The highest comprehension was insulin usage rules, while the lowest was injection techniques. The study underscores the need for tailored health education to improve patient understanding, particularly for low-education groups. Limitations of the study include the single-site setting and potential response biases from interviews. Future research should expand to include diverse populations and examine non-educational factors influencing therapy comprehension, such as cultural and economic conditions.

The issue of plastic waste in Indonesia has reached a critical level, with an annual production of 64 million tons. To address this challenge, an educational approach that integrates practical and meaningful aspects, especially for the younger generation, is necessary. This study implements Project-Based Learning (PjBL) with an upcycling approach to enhance students' environmental awareness, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. The methods used include socialization and hands-on practice, where students are encouraged to create economically valuable products from plastic and paper waste. This activity involved 36 teenagers divided into groups to produce upcycled products such as plant pots and pencil holders. The results of this project indicate an increase in students' awareness and skills in waste management, as well as the creation of upcycled products with market value. This study further confirms that project-based learning can positively impact environmental and entrepreneurial education in schools, aligning with the goal of nurturing a generation that is both environmentally conscious and economically self-sufficient.

The low level of public awareness in participating in early childhood education services is due to a lack of information and heavy economic conditions/burden which means that early education is not a top priority for the community compared to food and clothing needs. This socialization activity needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis by involving various related parties (stakeholders), including the village government, mothers and PKK cadres, parents of children, the private sector and campuses so that they receive financial support, personnel and human resources to support carrying out similar activities. in the future. Rural economic transformation is a strategic step in improving the welfare of rural communities, especially in the era of globalization that drives intense market competition. One important aspect of this transformation is education and the implementation of halal production labeling. The application of halal labels not only increases consumer trust but also opens up opportunities for local products to be exported to global markets that increasingly emphasize product halalness. Education about the importance of halal certification at the village level becomes crucial in enhancing the quality and competitiveness of local products. Moreover, empowering communities through training and mentoring in the halal certification process can accelerate economic transformation. This research aims to analyze the impact of education and the implementation of halal certification on rural economic growth and identify the challenges faced in the process. The findings reveal that villages that have implemented halal certification experienced increased income, wider market access, and improved product quality. However, obstacles such as a lack of knowledge and high certification costs need to be addressed through more inclusive policies and government support.

This Community Service activity aims to ensure that every woman is able to have a management strategy in managing household finances so that economic prosperity can be achieved in the family. Participants in this activity are given an understanding of the management strategies applied in managing household finances which will result in output from the participants, namely that each participant knows the level of financial needs, is able to make financial plans well in accordance with the flow of the management process, has an effective financial management strategy and practice in preparing routine financial budgets. It is important to carry out this activity because of economic instability and the increasing cost of living nowadays. Community service is an important activity in increasing community capacity and welfare. In an effort to support sustainable agriculture, training on making liquid organic fertilizer (POC) with high nitrogen content aims to provide knowledge and skills to the community to use organic waste as a basic ingredient for fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer which has a high nitrogen content plays an important role in increasing soil fertility and plant productivity without damaging the environment. This training includes an introduction to organic materials that are easily available and available nearby, fermentation techniques, as well as methods for making appropriate POC to produce fertilizer with high nitrogen levels. This training also explained the ecological and economic benefits of using liquid organic fertilizer compared to synthetic chemical fertilizer. Training participants are taught from basic theory to practical application, so they can apply this knowledge to plants. With this training, it is hoped that the community can increase agricultural productivity, reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers, and create a friendlier and more sustainable environment.

Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) is a scholarship given by the government to high school graduates and equivalent who excel but have economic limitations to continue their studies at university level, both at state and private universities. The Indonesian government has issued the KIP-K since 2020 as a form of educational assistance. In North Maluku Province, especially on Sula Island, there is still minimal information regarding KIP-K. This service activity aims to share information regarding the benefits of higher education and how to obtain a KIP-K scholarship for students who have financial limitations. This community service is carried out at SMAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, MAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 7 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 9 Kepulauan Sula and SMAN 11 Kepulauan Sula. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely socialization and mentoring. The implementation of this activity went well, smoothly and was full of enthusiasm from the participants, especially students who wanted to continue their studies at university level. The final result of this socialization and mentoring is that the participants have succeeded in creating their own accounts, filling in data and registering for KIP-K.

The people of Pecekelan Village, Sepuran District, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java, face a unique challenge in the form of an unpleasant odor from cattle pens adjacent to settlements, reflecting a strong agrarian life but interfering with daily comfort. In response to this situation, the Community Service Lecture (KPM) team from the University of Al-Quran Science developed an innovation in making aromatherapy candles made from used cooking oil as a natural solution to eliminate the smell of cages. This initiative not only aims to overcome the odor problem, but also to utilize household waste into useful products, create economical and environmentally friendly solutions, and improve the quality of life of village communities. This program is carried out through a series of activities including socialization, aromatherapy candle making training, product trials, and basic entrepreneurship training. Early results show effectiveness in reducing cage odors, improving home comfort, and creating a healthier environment. Furthermore, this program increases public awareness about waste management, encourages active participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness, and opens up new economic opportunities. This simple but impactful innovation has the potential to be applied in other areas with similar problems, promoting a sustainable approach in addressing environmental challenges at the household level while empowering local communities.

The economic growth of the people of Sendangkulon Village, Kendal Regency, is greatly influenced by the harvest of shallots, which is the main commodity in the area. However, changes in the price of raw shallots often become a challenge for farmers. To overcome this problem, the Sendangkulon Village government collaborated with the Central Java Province Training and Cooperative Center and PT Sinergi Brebes Inovatif to initiate training on shallot processing. This training aims to increase the selling value of red onions by teaching people how to process them into value-added products, such as fried onions, onion crackers and chili sauce. Apart from that, this training also covers digital marketing techniques to help people market their processed products more effectively. This program is expected to increase the economic empowerment of the Sendangkulon Village community and reduce poverty levels. However, challenges remain, especially in mastering digital marketing which requires further socialization.

Bullying cases in Indonesia often occur in educational settings. In recent years, incidents of bullying among children in schools, ranging from elementary to college levels, have become more frequent. This phenomenon shows a decline in morality among children today. This socialization activity is carried out by observation, namely direct observation to the field (field research), where after that, preparation and planning are carried out and prepare materials for presentation as well as the use of film media as one of the learning media. Bullying is a form of abuse of power, with various forms such as verbal, physical, and social actions that aim to humiliate and hurt their victims. The consequences can be severe and long-lasting, affecting mental and emotional health. Bullying can be influenced by various conditions including physical, psychological, economic, social, cultural and gender differences

As people's consumption levels increase, the plastic waste produced will also increase. It's normal if in the future it becomes a serious environmental problem. We need a technology that is able to replace plastic waste into products that have a long life so that they do not return to waste in a short time. Making paving block products from plastic waste is another way of utilizing plastic waste over a long period of time, in order to increase utilization efficiency and reduce the environmental burden on plastic waste and form innovative products into building materials. The most important problem with plastic is plastic waste which cannot be decomposed naturally. Cleaning up plastic waste takes a very long time, and also the use of plastic can hardly be regulated. Based on the results of surveys, interviews and observations conducted on the community around Kuala Village, the community's awareness of waste processing is very minimal and there are lots of piles of plastic waste which can have a negative impact on health and disrupt the preservation of environmental functions, including residential environments, forests, rice fields, and rivers. To reduce the volume of plastic waste that is not managed properly, efforts are being made to utilize plastic waste to make paving blocks in Kuala Lemang Village. to explore the potential for using plastic waste as an alternative material in making environmentally friendly and sustainable paving blocks. Plastic waste collected from the surrounding environment is processed into mixed materials in making paving blocks. This process involves chopping, mixing with conventional materials such as sand, and testing the strength of the final product. Public acceptance of plastic-based paving blocks has proven positive, especially after trials in the local environment. This research contributes to better plastic waste management and offers new economic opportunities in the construction sector, while supporting sustainable development.

The creative economy is a concept for realizing sustainable economic development based on creativity. Improving the welfare and prosperity of society in a country is very dependent on the level of economic development. Developing a village economy means making the village economy independent. Cepokomulyo Village is a village with an area that is mostly agricultural land and local crafts that have the potential to be marketed more widely. This makes it easier for people to explore economic potential through abundant fertile land to fulfill their daily activities. However, this potential has not been fully developed optimally due to limited infrastructure, human resources and market access. With this, KKN UIN Walisongo Semarang students play a role in empowering MSMEs to increase and disseminate the economic potential that exists in Cepokomulyo Village by carrying out several activities including holding educational seminars related to digitalization by inviting speakers who are experts in their fields to increase community insight into the economic and digital fields. marketing, providing skills training through processing village agricultural products, as well as helping to build marketing networks. This research uses qualitative research methods through primary and secondary data collection. Meanwhile, the subjects of this research are MSMEs in Cepokomulyo Village. It is hoped that the MSME development empowerment program will have an impact on effective and productive sales, higher quality, and products that can be recognized by all groups in order to compete at national and international levels, provide motivation to the community, and reach wider marketing reach.

The Ngudi Lestari Waste Bank program, located in Tinjomoyo Village, Banyumanik Subdistrict, Semarang City, is an innovative effort to address the increasingly pressing waste problem in urban environments. This waste bank serves as a center for waste collection, sorting, and processing, transforming waste into economically valuable resources and educating the community on the importance of recycling and waste management.This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method to evaluate the Ngudi Lestari Waste Bank initiative. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results indicate that Ngudi Lestari Waste Bank is effective in raising environmental awareness, changing community behavior patterns, and strengthening social solidarity. Support from the government is crucial in expanding and optimizing the program's impact. With various future development plans, this initiative is expected to become a sustainable waste management model and be adopted by other regions, as well as a concrete example for waste management solutions at the local level.

Toddler age is a period of rapid growth and development, a state that is vulnerable to nutrition and susceptible to disease. Diarrhea in toddlers if not treated seriously can cause pain, to severe dehydration or fluid loss that ends in death. The current diarrhea control program is more prioritized on diarrhea control programs for toddlers. This research method is cross-sectional with a population of mothers and toddlers with a sample size of 175 respondents. The results of this study showed the influence of the mother's education level (p-value 0.011), exclusive breastfeeding (0.003), socio-economic (0.008), hand washing habits (0.007) on the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the Tanjung Sekayam Health Center Area, Sanggau Regency. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of the mother's education level, exclusive breastfeeding, socio-economic, hand washing habits on the incidence of diarrhea. It is expected that health workers will carry out health promotion activities about the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers to prevent infectious diseases that will result in stunting.

This research aims to launch the development of mosque activities in Bukit Peninjauan 1 Village, Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency, in order to increase public awareness of the function of mosques as centers of social and religious activities. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, which includes in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), participant observation, and documentation. The research results show that people's perception of mosques is still limited to their main worship function, with low awareness of the potential of mosques as educational, social and economic centers. The level of community participation in non-worship activities is also relatively low, with the majority of the community only active in congregational prayers and routine recitation activities. Some of the main challenges identified include limited resources, lack of community support, and inadequate facilities. This research concludes that to optimize the role of mosques as multifunctional activity centers, more intensive outreach efforts are needed, program development that is relevant to community needs, as well as collaborative support from various parties. With these steps, the Al-Amin Mosque in Bukit Peninjauan 1 Village has the potential to become the center of a more active and productive community life.

One of the problems in Indonesia that is still being discussed is stunting. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is supported by data from the Ministry of Health in 2021 which reached 24.4%, in 2022-2023 it will fall to 21.6%, and the government hopes that in 2024 it can fall to 14%. Stunting is not only about the problem of a child's height, but is more serious, which has an impact on the individual's quality of life due to malnutrition, which can lead to chronic diseases and a decrease in the child's intelligence level. This can affect the body and brain. Based on research in Protomulyo Village, it was found that the prevalence of babies below the red line was 27 under five, which occurred in babies aged 0 months-5 years.
