The development of digital technology has driven significant changes in learning practices, including Indonesian language learning, which increasingly utilizes online platforms such as YouTube. In this context, digital literacy is not only related to the technical ability to access information but also encompasses ethical, critical, and character-building aspects of students. This study aims to analyze the integration of digital literacy and character education values in online learning through Indonesian language educational videos on YouTube. The research employed a qualitative approach using content analysis methods. The research data consisted of Indonesian language learning videos selected purposively based on the relevance of the material, channel popularity, and consistency of educational content. The findings reveal that Indonesian language learning videos on YouTube contain various character education values, such as responsibility, academic honesty, hard work, independence, tolerance, and communicative attitudes. These values are integrated through the presentation of materials, the use of polite language, contextual examples, and reflective invitations that encourage students to think critically. In addition, aspects of digital literacy are reflected in the ability of video content to guide students toward the wise, selective, and responsible use of digital media. However, the study also identified several limitations, particularly the lack of systematic explicitness of character values and the suboptimal two-way interaction between educators and students.

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh topologi star terhadap performa jaringan komputer di era digital, di mana akses internet Indonesia mencapai 72,78% menurut BPS (2024), menuntut infrastruktur andal dan efisien. Tujuan utama adalah mengevaluasi keunggulan seperti kemudahan pemeliharaan, performa stabil, serta keamanan terpusat, sekaligus keterbatasan kritis berupa single point of failure, biaya kabel tinggi, dan skalabilitas terbatas, dengan mitigasi melalui protokol redundansi FHRP. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan digital melalui analisis literatur dari jurnal, e-book, dan sumber daring. Hasil menunjukkan topologi star unggul untuk LAN skala kecil-menengah dengan throughput tinggi dan deteksi kesalahan mudah, meskipun rentan kegagalan pusat; integrasi FHRP berhasil meminimalkan downtime di bawah 1% serta mencapai uptime 99,9%. Secara keseluruhan, topologi star dikombinasikan redundansi menjadi solusi optimal untuk lingkungan enterprise modern, dengan saran penggunaan switch stackable, monitoring SNMP, dan VLAN untuk meningkatkan skalabilitas serta keamanan.

This research is motivated by the importance of phrase analysis in syntactic studies for understanding the structure and relationships among components within Indonesian sentences. As grammatical units, phrases play a strategic role in shaping meaning, so they should be examined in terms of their constituent elements and their functions in the text. This study aims to analyze the use of adjectival phrases and prepositional phrases found in news texts. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with observing and note-taking techniques, supported by a syntactic theoretical approach. The findings show that there are twenty-five adjectival phrases and sixty-eight prepositional phrases identified in five news texts published on Tempo.com in August 2025. “lebih cepat” is one example of an adjectival phrase found in the texts, while “ke arah pendemo” is an example of a prepositional phrase. These findings indicate that Indonesian phrases have systematic formation patterns and complementary syntactic functions. This research serves as a useful reference for the development of syntactic studies, linguistic learning, and the analysis of phrase usage in various language contexts.

This study aims to examine and compare various findings from previous research on the effectiveness of online learning among university students in higher education settings in order to obtain a comprehensive general conclusion. The research method employed is a literature review using a content analysis approach of scholarly publications published between 2019 and 2025. The data sources include relevant national and international journal articles focusing on online learning in higher education. The results of the review indicate that the effectiveness of online learning is influenced by three interrelated main factors. Psychological factors include learning motivation, students’ perceptions of online learning, and the emotional conditions experienced during the learning process. Pedagogical factors encompass lecturers’ creativity in designing learning activities, the selection of appropriate teaching methods, and the use of interactive and varied learning media. Meanwhile, technical or environmental factors include the availability and ease of access to learning platforms, the quality of internet connectivity, and supportive learning environments. Online learning offers several positive impacts, such as flexibility in learning time, cost efficiency, and enhanced student experience in utilizing digital technology. However, it also has the potential to generate negative effects, including boredom, stress, and difficulties in understanding course material when technical barriers are not resolved and learning activities are monotonous. Therefore, optimal management of psychological, pedagogical, and technical factors is essential to improve the effectiveness of online learning for university students.

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat mendorong perubahan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, sehingga pembelajaran abad ke-21 tidak hanya menekankan pemahaman materi, tetapi juga menuntut penguatan empat kompetensi inti atau 4C, yaitu berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Integrasi teknologi menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif, adaptif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mensintesis temuan dari sebelas artikel ilmiah yang membahas implementasi teknologi dalam mengembangkan keterampilan 4C pada pembelajaran modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah fokus, desain, serta hasil penelitian dari setiap artikel, kemudian mengintegrasikannya melalui analisis tematik untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih menyeluruh. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai bentuk teknologi seperti platform pembelajaran digital, aplikasi mobile, media interaktif, kecerdasan buatan, serta perangkat kolaboratif mampu memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik. Teknologi terbukti memperkuat kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui kegiatan analisis informasi dan pemecahan masalah berbasis digital; meningkatkan kreativitas melalui pembuatan konten multimedia dan eksplorasi ide; memperluas kemampuan komunikasi melalui diskusi virtual, presentasi digital, dan interaksi sinkron maupun asinkron; serta mendorong kolaborasi melalui proyek kelompok berbasis platform daring yang memudahkan koordinasi dan pembagian tugas. Secara keseluruhan, integrasi teknologi memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap pengembangan 4C, meskipun keberhasilannya tetap sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru, dukungan sarana, serta desain pembelajaran yang tepat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi digital pendidik dan penguatan lingkungan belajar berbasis teknologi agar keterampilan 4C dapat dioptimalkan dalam pembelajaran abad 21.
