The capital market is a place for various investment instruments, ranging from short-term to long-term. Before buying shares in the capital market, investors need to analyze the share prices of selected companies to predict large profits. The higher the share price, the greater the possibility of making a profit. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the stock prices of companies in the hotel, resort, and shipping sub-sectors listed on the IDX for the period 2019–2024. The dependent variable in this study is stock price, while the independent variables are financial performance and sustainability report disclosure. Financial performance variables are proxied by DER, Current Ratio, ROA, and TATO. This is a quantitative study using secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports taken from the companies' official websites. The number of samples used in this study is 10 companies using classical assumption techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, determination tests, and ending with hypothesis testing. The results show that DER and Current Ratio have a negative effect on stock prices. ROA, TATO, and sustainability report disclosure partially have no effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, financial performance and sustainability report disclosure simultaneously affect stock prices.

This research focuses on designing the shortest path to a docking station for the charging system of a robotic coffee delivery system on a cruise ship. With the growing demand for more efficient and innovative services in the maritime industry, autonomous robots are increasingly being used for tasks such as delivering coffee to passengers. However, these robots face unique challenges in the confined and dynamic environment of a ship, particularly in terms of power management and recharging. The goal of this research is to create an efficient charging system using a power bank and Internet of Things (IoT) technology to minimize downtime and ensure continuous robot operation with minimal human intervention. By utilizing sensors such as the MPU 6050 for motion detection and the TCS 3200 for color recognition, the robot can autonomously navigate the shortest path to the docking station for charging, while IoT enables real-time battery capacity monitoring. This helps reduce the time spent on non-operational tasks and improves the overall efficiency of the system. This research not only enhances the robot’s ability to operate autonomously in complex environments but also provides a flexible and scalable solution for the maritime industry to integrate advanced robotics into their service operations. The results of this study contribute to the increased adoption of autonomous systems in the maritime sector, particularly in improving service efficiency on board, reducing the need for human intervention, and ensuring smoother service delivery to passengers.

PT. Pelayaran Cahaya Papua Dumai Branch is one of the companies operating as a Shipping Agency (ship agency) which provides domestic and international services. PT. Pelayaran Cahaya Papua also provides ship services such as ship needs (reflagging, fresh water, bunker), and also provides services for processing ship certificates that are entering their expiry date. The discussion presented in this paper is the Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate (SSCEC) Certificate Extension Procedure at the Class I Port Health Office (KKP) by PT. Dumai branch of the Papua Light Cruise. In the Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate (SSCEC) Certificate Extension Procedure, the company deals directly with relevant agencies, both government and private (companies). By having a good relationship with the shipowner (ship owner) who has been given the authority to make a Letter of Appointment (LOA) agreement to agent their ships, the Company can more freely convey information regarding ship certificates because information regarding ship certificates has a very important role in managing the arrival and departure of ships. To obtain data, the author used 2 (two) types of observation methods in collecting data, namely direct observation of field study and library study. Thus the author can conclude that the procedure for extending the Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate (SSCEC) at the Class I Port Health Office (KKP) has been running smoothly.

Before carrying out sailing activities as a navigator on a ship, the thing you must prepare is, prepare everything related to the cruise plan. This aims to minimize the occurrence of accidents on ships when sailing. Making passage plans is usually made using paper maps, but this is a long and inefficient method to do. So, with current technological advances, several systems and tools have been created to make it easier to create passage plans, namely digital maps or better known as Electronic Charts. Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) is a tool whose function and system can provide information about navigation and whose use is to back up existing equipment, so that it can be accepted and considered to meet the requirements determined by the 1974 SOLAS convention & its amendments. Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) is an integration of various navigation tools, namely Global Positioning System (GPS), Radio Direction and Ranging (RADAR), Automatic Identification System (AIS), Echo Sounder and Gyro Compass. Starting from this awareness that there are many advantages in operating ECDIS on ships, we should realize that using ECDIS to make shipping plans (Passage Planning) can help lighten the burden on officers on board ships in designing a good and safe shipping route. The impact of making a passage plan that is inaccurate/not rechecked on the nautical chart that is generated as input to ECDIS and causes accidents when the ship is navigating.
