The purpose of this study is to analyze how the company's strategy dominates the international market.  PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the companies that is able to enter the international market.  The products of PT Indofood in this study sell their products in several countries.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely scientific investigation that aims to understand a phenomenon in its natural social context through a process of in-depth communicative interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied.  From the results of this research, Indomie is the instant noodle brand of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in Indonesia and is the largest instant noodle producer in the world with 16 factories that produce 15 billion packs of Indomie each year.  Indomia is also exported to more than 60 countries around the world.  The application of continuous innovation, namely the construction of factories abroad, product strategy, quality maintenance, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy, customer relationship (consumer relationship building strategy).

Every toll road project development will require heavy equipment to facilitate work, one of which is rigid pavement work. Rigid pavement is a pavement construction using aggregate as raw material and using cement as a binder, so it has a relatively high level of stiffness, especially when compared to asphalt pavement (flexible pavement), so it is known and referred to as rigid pavement. The tool used for rigid work is the concrete paver, this tool is used because it is more efficient and can maintain the quality of the concrete. This study aims to be able to determine the productivity of the concrete paver heavy equipment. The data used is in the form of primary data obtained by observation, interviews and field data as well as manual calculations. The results obtained are the productivity of concrete paver heavy equipment with rigid work along 180 m wide 6, 7 is 43,5 while the ready mix productivity is 42.8 m³/hour with a production time of 6 hours 20 minutes.

This research was conducted by conducting DCP tests at 8 points in the field and then taking soil samples which would then be taken to the laboratory to test the physical properties of the soil. After all the data has been obtained, then analyze and formulate the DCP – CBR correlation formula and compare it with the correlation formula. After doing the research, it is found that the DCP – CBR correlation formula model studied has the formula Log CBR = 3.2322 – 1.512 Log DCP, where this formula is generally in accordance with the DCP – CBR correlation formula from the Ministry of Public Works because of the position of the curve. slightly above the curve of the DCP-CBR Correlation formula of the Ministry of PUPR

Diversity in culture, ethnicity, language is not only a wealth or treasure in living together, but can also threaten unity, harmony and harmony. Conflicts between cultures, ethnicities and languages ​​often occur in social life. This had a negative impact not only on inter-ethnic life, but also on religious life. The purpose of this research is to examine the threat aspects of cultural diversity, as an opportunity to build and strengthen a sense of brotherhood, love for one another and uphold mutual respect and respect for differences as a capital of religious and social life by students of SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method. Researchers use a descriptive approach. Data sources are students of grades 1, II and III. The researcher chose 3 students as representatives of the population. In addition, data was also taken from teachers and school principals. The technique of determining informants uses purposive sampling technique. Researchers also refer to research results that have been published in national journals in order to map the novelty of this research. The data collection technique is an open interview. The instrument used by the researcher is a list of questions. The analysis technique goes through three stages namely reduction, display and data verification. The author concludes that tensions and conflicts are caused by low understanding and awareness in responding to differences in ethnicity, language and culture. Development of local culture in schools as a constructive step in developing religious values. Therefore, it is necessary to revive local cultural values ​​as a living laboratory for students so that they can be used as a basis for developing an attitude of religious moderation in the wider community.

In a more specific context, the focus of this study is to describe the practical life of religious communities in the city of Larantuka, East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara which can be seen as the foundation and medium for grounding the ideals of religious moderation in Indonesia. The praxis of life in question is the reciprocity of young students in the city of Larantuka both within the school environment and among people who have different religious and ethnic backgrounds. Therefore, the basic question is how reciprocity among students in the city of Larantuka can become an inspiration and basis for efforts to instill religious moderation.

This study reveals how the relationship between the establishment of the monument and the traditional belief system of the Toba Batak people who still believe in the existence of the spirits of their ancestors. The actualization of this belief is manifested in the construction of an ancestral monument which is considered an embodiment of respect for the descendants of the clan that founded it. To reveal these data, in this study the authors used qualitative research. The data in the field were obtained through participatory observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The purpose of this study was to reveal the background of the establishment of monuments in clan groups in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency which represents the function and meaning of the erection of clan monuments in Balige District. Toba Samosir Regency also describes the organization and implementation of the case for the establishment of the Siraja Nababat, Manurung, Nommensen, Siagian, Sonakmalela and Sisimangaraja XII monuments in and analyzes the conception of the construction of the monument in the Toba Batak community. based on the conception of traditional beliefs that believe in the existence of their ancestral spirits in people's lives. The worship of ancestral spirits is manifested in the construction of monuments. This research was conducted in the Tourism Area in the City of Balige and Porsea – North Sumatra. The aims of this study include: (1) As a deeper learning material about the reasons why Batak Culture built the Tugu, and (2) To explore and promote the richness of culture, tradition, history in the Batak tribe. The results showed that (1) all visitors who came were very enthusiastic about the history of the construction of each existing monument, (2) the role of both local and foreign tourists had a positive impact on the community, namely the development of local community knowledge systems, the emergence of new livelihoods, getting to know language diversity, technological progress, the formation of social organizations, the emergence of the commercialization of hospitality, the shift in the value of solidarity in agriculture. The Wakhan Corridor is surrounded by the concerned region of Mekandar. The access strip is located at the intersection of four countries, the mainland of Afghanistan, Tajikistan, China and  Pakistan. The Wakhan Corridor has  been  the mainly vital intersection point of the Silk Road since its inception. This corridor has long been used by Europeans and Chinese as a trade path to reach the Indian plains and sea lines of communication in the Indian Ocean via the coasts of the Arabian Sea. At the joint of China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan lies a small extend of land in Afghanistan's Badakhshan province known as the Wakhan Corridor. Being a passage of the old Silk Road, this corridor is of great historical value. It still has a lot of room for increase in terms of tourism and regional connectivity. Wakhan region is considered relatively peaceful as there is no law-and-order problem.  Construction of  the  road  through  Wakhan  will improve regional trade and business, especially for Pakistan, Central Asia and Afghanistan. It could provide the fastest trade route for China to access Afghanistan and Pakistan for access to Central Asia. In this context, the research explores the possibilities of revitalizing the Wakhan Corridor through the construction of road infrastructure. This paper highlights the economical importance of the Wakhan Corridor in the light of the emerging regional scenario. Both ISIS and the Pakistani Taliban are essential to disrupt the corridor and create security challenges for development. To benefit from future trade improvements along the Wakhan Corridor, the three countries (Pakistan, China and Tajikistan) should focus on the security and political situation.

Traditional family medicinal plants or herbs or often abbreviated as Toga, are very beneficial for health and when planted around the house create a beautiful environment. Currently, people prefer to use chemical-based medicines for several reasons, including: the first is the lack of knowledge about medicinal plants, the second is the limited land for growing family medicinal plants, third, the lack of information dissemination about family medicinal plants on easily accessible media. or informative to citizens.From some of the problems above, we can draw the main points of the problems that are discussed and this writing tries to find ways to provide education to the community in terms of the types of family medicinal plants, as well as the design and implementation of the construction of the toga garden.The scope of this paper is related to the author's discipline, namely in the architectural realm and takes a case study on an empty land next to a security post located in RT 08, RW V, Sumurboto Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang.The purpose of writing related to knowledge of the types of family medicinal plants, toga garden designs and their implementation are: first so that people know about the types and benefits of family medicinal plants, second so that people understand the importance of family medicinal plants for health, third so that people maximize and utilize the land. that exist in their respective environments.

Internet cafes is a place which provides internet access infrastructure with a variety of connections and using computer as access device so that users can access the Internet and acquire services in the field of information technology. The purpose of this study is to find factors that exist in the service quality cafe business and know the dimensions of service quality are the most influential in the Internet service industry. The research method used in this research is Research and Development. The subjects in this study consisted of validation subjects consisting of material and media validators and test subjects consisting of 23 grade VII junior high school students. The instruments used in the study consisted of expert validation sheets, respondent questionnaires, and tests of mathematical understanding abilities. The use of sea sand in construction work from an economic point of view does have advantages. One of them is increasing the income of the sea sand collectors who are spread throughout the area in Fakfak Regency. In addition, the potential availability of sea sand is quite large and is able to accommodate all types of concrete construction work in this area. This study aims to determine and analyze the use of sea sand in the AC-WC mixture of course by doing the Marshall test. This study uses variations in asphalt content of 5.0%, 5.5%, 6.0%, 6.5% and 7.0%, this study was carried out using Marshall testing in accordance with the general specifications of Bina Marga 2018. The results of the research conducted showed a relationship asphalt content and Marshall parameters such as stability value, VMA, density, MQ at an asphalt content of 5.0%-7.0%, meet the specifications of 1932 kg, 19.84%, 2.26 gr/cm3 and 1031 kg/mm. Values of VIM, VFWA and flow at 5.5% asphalt content are known to not meet the mix spasticity, namely 8.07%, 59.71% and 1.67 mm. Based on the Marshall parameter data, the Optimum Asphalt Content value is 6.5%.
