One of the common vocations of Christians is to proclaim to all people of all ages. The age of the child is a golden age in development, it needs special attention in faith formation. Companions need to get enough training so that faith building in children will be right on target. Child assistance is usually carried out on Sundays so it is called Sunday school, Sunday School assistants are not professionals who get special education such as ECCE educators in schools. Many of these Sunday School faith companions are armed only to serve or guide this child's faith. This Community Service or PKM aims to equip Sunday School faith companions to be better in mentoring. With the right learning method or model, the faith materials given are in accordance with the child's reasoning and grasping power. The assistance was carried out by involving students to be directly involved in three rayon parishes in Semarang city and inviting all Semarang Rayon Sunday School Faith companions at Oak Tree Hotel on December 10, 2023, to share experiences and provide input to children's Faith Companions. As a result of this debriefing, Sunday School Faith Companions felt cared for and greatly helped in fostering faith in children.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

Abstract. Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a focus on the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) has become a major concern in the world of education since 2022. This research aims to understand the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten, focusing on the topics of implementation, objectives, benefits, advantages, and evaluation. The research method involves collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten has had a positive impact in increasing understanding of the values ​​of Pancasila, introducing local culture, and forming character and environmental awareness in kindergarten children. Evaluation of P5 activities is carried out through learning management and involving active participation from the surrounding community. In conclusion, the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning, building student character, and community participation and empowerment. The suggestion proposed is the need for cooperation between teachers, P5 coordinators, and parents of students to better adapt the P5 program.

Undocumented migrant children lose access to formal education. Therefore, a learning forum is provided, namely the guidance studio (SB) or Learning Center. This research uses a qualitative method using a case study approach. The aim of this research is to determine the form of social relations of NGO PERMAI in building a guidance studio for undocumented migrant children, to find out the form of support/contribution from related parties in helping fulfill education for migrant children. The theory used is Michel Foucault's theory of power relations. The results of this research are: The PERMAI NGO guidance studio requires support and assistance from other parties, this form of relationship is a collaborative relationship from (KBRI, ​​KJRIl, PPI and students from universities in Indonesia). The forms of support provided vary, such as material support or learning needs (desks, chairs, notebooks, boards, etc.) or support in the form of personnel as provided by PPI.

The background of this research is about optimizing company assets and limited resources in company operations. The aim is to find out whether the financial performance of the Cornflower Agent business is optimal or not. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. With this data, researchers can find out what types of fixed assets are used by Cornflower Agents, namely buildings, machines and vehicles. The limited resources in the Cornflower Agent business are human resources, because they have been replaced by machines that can make the grinding process easier.

This article discusses the differences in extracurricular activities between private and public schools in Indonesia. Private schools, supported by greater financial resources, offer a variety of activities with modern facilities. On the other hand, public schools, despite their limited budgets, still ensure equal access to education. Comparisons include infrastructure, fees, student numbers and extracurricular opportunities. Factors such as gender, religion and culture influence the offering of activities. Qualitative research methods and observations were used to explain the differences in planning, types of activities and assessment between the two. Field observations highlighted barriers in private and public schools, including facilities constraints. This article examines the strengths and weaknesses of the two schools observed, providing a holistic insight into the impact of educational institutions on student character building in Indonesia.

Culture is a determinant of the quality and even levels of human happiness. Culture is thought, reason and customs. However, the role of culture is so important, this culture still lacks attention from the government and surrounding communities. The Minahasa cultural museum in Tomohon City is a means of storing and providing information for the community and tourists to find out more about the culture in Minahasa, as a solution. The problem is that there is no Minahasa cultural museum in Tomohon City. With a Deconstruction Architecture approach by creating buildings that contrast with abstract and complicated shapes, so that they can attract tourists but can also attract local people to visit the museum.

Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fee (BPHTB) is a tax imposed on the acquisition of land and/or building rights. BPHTB payments in Magelang Regency require validation from BPKAD to be used as a condition for the process of transferring rights to land and buildings. The validation process usually takes quite a long time. This requires a special strategy to increase regional tax revenues in Magelang Regency. This research uses qualitative methods, namely data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research provide information that has been carried out by BPPKAD Sleman Regency to maximize regional tax revenues by developing the E-BPHTB system, so that the regional tax collection process is easier and faster. However, the problems in using the new system are still unfamiliar, so time is needed to adapt to using the system.

This research aims to see the use of technology such as social media in the creative economy so as to create new businesses for young entrepreneurs. To support this statement, this study uses the literature review method in finding supporting data. Almost all internet users must have social media, especially among teenagers and young people, so that it makes business people especially among teenagers and young people make creative new innovations in building a business. This shows an increase in creative economy development that has great potential and will have a significant impact on the Indonesian economy.

Entrepreneurial behavior and capital are interrelated and complementary in the context of business success. Entrepreneurship brings ideas and vision, while capital provides the financial impetus to turn those ideas into reality. The success of a business is determined by how these two elements integrate and are effectively managed by entrepreneurs. Therefore, a good understanding of entrepreneurship and the importance of capital will assist entrepreneurs in facing challenges and building sustainable and successful businesses. This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial behavior and capital on business success in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The method used in this study is quantitative research with data analysis using the coefficient of determination test. The sample in this study consisted of 30 respondents who are coffee shop/cafeteria owners in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial behavior has a positive and significant partial influence on business success, while capital does not have a positive and significant influence on business success. Simultaneously, the results show that entrepreneurial behavior and capital together have a significant influence on business success in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The coefficient of determination calculations shows that the entrepreneurial behavior variable accounts for 37.5% of the variance, while the remaining 62.5% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the village head in increasing the creativity of the economic development of the people of Kloangpopot village, Doreng sub-district. the people of Kloangpopot Village, Doreng District, Sikka Regency. Jenins research uses qualitative research, and data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the village head in increasing the creativity of the economic development of the Kloangpopot village community, Doreng subdistrict, Sikka district, had been carried out. This can be seen from community participation in the implementation of Kloangpopot village economic development going well according to 3 indicators, namely through motivator indicators that encourage or motivate the community to involved in implementing economic development in the village such as carrying out the programs that have been given, the indicator of the facilitator is that the village head as a facilitator always provides supporting facilities such as meeting places. such as the village hall facilitated by the village head to discuss economic development in the village kloangpopot, the mobilizing indicator moves or invites the community to participate in taking concrete actions to develop the village, for example mobilizing the community in village meetings. While the obstacle to the role of the village head in increasing the creativity of the economic development of the people of Kloangpopot village, Doreng sub-district, Sikka district, is the lack of availability of human and community resources that are not yet professional in building creative villages.

Industrial development by concentrating industries in a place, which is called an industrial area, is intended to suppress the spread of environmental impacts caused by industry. Another goal is that the presence of industry in the same place will have a double effect on society. However, these objectives must be followed by the fulfillment of strict criteria. These criteria start from the determination of land allocation for industrial estates, to the obligation to manage waste or environmental impacts caused. The industrial estate development policy must pay attention to environmental aspects, thus building an environmentally sound industrial estate.

Banjarwaru Village known as bamboo crafts village. Originally it was just a household product, it began to develop into a product that has aesthetic value. Sales of handicraft products are also starting to grow, they are starting to spread to other areas. Then the problem arises, namely inconsistent sales levels. To overcome this problem, the Cilacap State Polytechnic carried out Community Service activities by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities by inviting resource persons from business actors to discuss with Banjarwaru village craftsmen. The aim of this activity is that Banjarwaru village craftsmen can find solutions to increase the level of sales of their craft products. From the results of the FGD, it was found that steps that can be taken to increase sales levels are carrying out business legality, building networks with the government, consumers, and fellow business actors, and increasing promotions through digital platforms.

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

This research is entitled The Role of Cash Waqf in the Economic Development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School on the Rengas River, Batanghari Regency. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how cash waqf is managed at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. 2) To find out the role of cash waqf in the economic development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) In the process of managing waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, the fund management function starts from planning to realization. These stages are applied in every waqf fundraising process, the business preparation process, the placement of workers to the allocation of operating proceeds. In the implementation of waqf fund planning at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, including: Planning for types of business, Planning for waqf sources, Planning for managing the business needed, and Planning for income to be obtained and where to distribute it. The source of cash waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School comes from the waqf of the local government, parents of students and the general public. While the types of Islamic boarding school economic businesses funded by waqf funds are oil palm plantations, canteen businesses and buffalo livestock. 2) The forms of waqf in the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School are in the form of cash waqf, immovable waqf. Waqf of immovable objects in the form of palm oil fields and buffalo livestock. In addition, the waqf received is also in the form of cash and other objects such as building materials, food ingredients and Al-Quran manuscripts. This form of waqf is used for, 1) Development of Islamic boarding schools, 2) Consumption of students, 3) Learning facilities and infrastructure, 4) Honorarium of teachers and 5) Economic activities of Islamic boarding schools. 3) The existence of waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School plays a very important role for the economy of the pesantren residents at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in 3 ways, namely, firstly creating jobs for the students and for the pesantren's teachers, secondly increasing income for the students, teachers and the pesantren itself to meet daily needs and help meet the needs of Islamic boarding schools, thirdly increasing business capabilities for Islamic boarding school students and teachers in terms of sales, business and business management. As a result, the role of the waqf is able to increase the economic independence of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in the income of students and teachers, honorariums for teachers, and consumption as well as the development of Islamic boarding schools.

Competency/ability of Human Resources is also important in supporting the achievements and goals of the organization, in facing the rapid development of technology, organizations can no longer stand idly by, they will be crushed by the times, in the current era it could be said that people or organizations cannot sleep. amidst the hustle and bustle of development in all fields, the availability of highly skilled human resources is very necessary, the era of one-touch one service requires the ability to manage well, continuously, and consistently. To produce good human resources, implementing the 12-Year Compulsory Education program or graduating from high school is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of human resources that are more qualified and competitive. Through this program, it is also hoped that it will be able to become a solution in reducing unemployment rates, reducing school dropout rates, and increasing the abilities of the young generation who are ready and able to compete globally. The method used in this service is public speaking assistance and the formation of youth organizations. The results of this research show that teenagers from SMP 4 Kutacane already understand: exploring self-potential, step-by-step building self-confidence, public speaking, character education, and organizing. The aim of this research is to understand the relationship between teacher communication and students’ emotional intelligence in PAI subjects at SMAN 1 Rao Utara. This research was motivated by the low emotional intelligence of students. As a type of research, the author uses correlation research, which is a way to determine the closeness of a relationship between two or more variables which is explained by the magnitude of the correlation coefficient. The population of this research is all students of SMAN 1 Rao Utara, totaling 196 students and a sample of 49 students. The data collection technique for this research is a questionnaire. The results of research condected at SMAN 1 Rao Utara show that there is a relationship between teacher communication and students’ emotional intelligence in PAI subjects of 76.2% 23.8% the influence of other factors, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between teachers. Communication and emotional intelligence of students. Emotional intelligence of students majoring in PAI at SMAN 1 Rao Utara. Improving teacher communication, namely the ability to perfect teacher communication skills by making changes suvh as attending seminars, reading lots of magazines, studying independently, researching one’s own potential and abilities, participating in various trainings to develop skills, abilities and attitudes related to a teacher’s career and educating students. For ein and to intelligence, namely by knowing their own emotions, controlling their own emotions, encouranging themselves, knowing other people’s emotions and building good relationships.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be.
